Ive been living in Stonebridge for 7 years now and always felt safe, sadly I had to leave recently but I will say the experience was very pleasant every single year! The neighborhood is very clean and yes does have rules but that’s what made the neighborhood looked like a homely higher scale location. The office staff and Veronica, the manager, was beyond friendly and super professional. Veronica was very helpful to my family and I! Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a safe neighborhood for your family. Plus you get your own parking lot and shed and plenty of room to call your own without feeling suffocated by neighbors. Also every one of my neighbors are incredibly helpful, respectful and above all classy. Living in a single household(living alone)... having a positive living environment made me feel safe and protected. Best of all you’re RIGHT next to Alamo Ranch and several schools to make your community that much more appealing!

I lived here for 5 years, and then my cousin took over the lease for 7 years. The neighborhood was always clean, well-maintained. The office staff and Veronica, the manager, were friendly, professional, helpful, courteous, and efficient when it came time for us to sell our home in order to relocate to a different area. We appreciate their help in making the transition as smooth as possible, and would gladly recommend that anyone looking for living accommodations other than an apartment consider this neighborhood.

Great place ! Nice big trees with nice foliage

I have been living here for 3 years and I love this place. Sonia Lezama is the kindest and nicest person I have ever met in the leasing office. Since I moved here Sonia has done more than the administrator herself. I have never had a problem with the maintenance staff they are very prof.e This is a safe, clean and friendly neighborhood to live.

The management reserves the right to evict you if you dont maintain the lot when they tell you to. They also reserve the right make you pay for any damages they cause to the lot or home. They also reserve the right to increase their fees indefinitely.Trust me dont waste your time or money. Read the other reviews.

My husband and I purchased a Mobile Home from Stone Bridge in 2007, Both our kids were going to college in San Antonio, This was the best decision we couldve made. The community was always clean, well maintained , and the staff was very courteous , helpful, and attentive to our needs. Now that our children have moved on, Veronica, the manager, did an AMAZING job in helping us sell our mobile home and made it a very easy transition.....would very much recommend Stone Bridge Communities!

Beautiful place love that one of the street names is huckleberry

The management is very rude, the rules in the neighborhood seem to apply to the residents and not management. For instance you cant park anywhere or you will get towed. Then you turn and you will see the managers parking in the no parking areas. You would think that with this pandemic going on they would at least allow us to move our vehicles before towing us away. Some residents are struggling to pay and then they have to pay to get their vehicles out of impound. Thats a little heartless if you ask me. And thats all I have to say about that.

I lived here between 2009 and 2014 and its the nicest mobile home park Ive ever lived in. There are a lot of rules to keep it looking nice, and i just dont understand the negative reviews because it was a great place to raise our young one, safe, quiet, they have a pool and a playground for kiddos.

Easy to get to and gracious place.

I have been in the market to purchase a mobile home. I have looked at many communities and Stonebridge was the nicest one by far. Both Sonia and Brandie in the office were very helpful to me. The community is very clean. I saw how people complained about obeying the rules and the rules being enforced but because they are being in forced is why the community looks so nice. And yes I finally purchased a mobile home in this very park and Im very excited To move here.

I live here its quite strict rules expensive lots

Im not sure why there are so many negative reviews. Ive been living here for over a year and a half, and I like it here. I feel safe and the neighborhood is kept clean. There have been a few times that there has been some miscommunication between myself and the office in relation to mowing the yard, but as long as you reach out to them, they are very reasonable people. They do have strict rules, but that is to keep the neighborhood clean and tidy, cant complain about that as I have seen neighborhoods without strict rules, and it shows. Neighbors are great and I have had zero problems with kids supposedly shooting bb guns at the garbage cans and reading the reviews was the first I had heard about it. Also, lot rent does go up yearly, and has to. We live in a city where property values are rising yearly, and our lot rent reflects that. Just keep that in mind and if you owned a home on your own land, you would be paying a great deal in property taxes living in this area. It is the price you pay for living in a great school district. You cannot blame the community for that.

I’m sorry but this place is like living hell. Can’t breath without the office harassing you for living. If you do the simple tasks that they ask of you like power washing the cement driveway or power washing your porch all you get is more tasks to do on top of that. It’s as though what they ask of you is never enough. It is very difficult when you have to rent a power washer with the money that you don’t have clearly because of the fact the management robs you from your money and CHARGES for every little thing you can think of. “Your grass hasn’t been cut in 38 hours NO PROBLEM! We will cut it for you gladly. there will come a charge fee attached to your door.” For most, we work everyday and sometimes two or three jobs to pay these fees that many we cant cut our grass right away. Doesn’t stop there. “You bet it’s family friendly if your willing to get towed from your family events and weekday visits from your family.” Believe me we’ve had to pay multiple times to get our cars out of the pound for being in the streets for too long or for accidentally being parked maybe an inch in the grass on our own driveways. Gladly cannot stress to you that our own kids can take our pets on a friendly walk in the back of our yard (on a leash) with out the office people coming and driving there carts in the back of our yards only to express that you cannot be outside alone. Without a doubt best place to live if you’d like to go swimming in the community swimming pool when it’s open every solar eclipse due to always having to maintain the pool. It may sound great when you are looking to lease or buy but trust me if you wanna be robbed from your money and feel harassed to the point it doesn’t feel safe to live here then join stonebridge community mobile homes and start stressful live here!

This is the absolute greatest place to live if youre interested in a manufactured home. My experience purchasing a home here was smooth and easy. The office staff are wonderful and pool is always clean. Maintenance is on top of everything! I have no complaints at all. Enforced rules are what makes this place such a beautiful neighborhood to be apart of. Great management!!!

Bad Reviews - Please read themI have lived here over two years. I pay my rent on time every month. I have been harassed more than once over the grass being cut by them. I started taking videos of the days that I cut my own yard so they couldnt tell me that they did it. Also, was diligent and took videos of when they cut it and the quality of their work. It seems like once you are on their radar they start thinking of fines for you. Blinds, paint, animals, (non existent parties) water bottles everywhere.If all you saw were water bottles did you check to see if the recycle bin was knocked over by the wind before you called the landlord to accuse me of having a party over the weekend? No you didnt. My landlord calls me to tell me that I should not be having parties and pick up my trash.I explained that I did NOT have a party, I will pick up the recycle bin that must have either gotten too full or knocked over once I come home from work. (stormy weather)Then the Office suggested that if my neighbors have a party and beer bottles are thrown in my yard, that maybe I should tell them about it.Why would I want to make my neighbors life miserable by having them fined for everything when all I have to do is either ask them to pick up the mess or do it myself.Stop harassing hard working people and please stop fining us. Do you think that we have money for this???? WE LIVE IN A MOBILE HOME!!!!

We just moved in a few months ago and I love it here!!! The community is great;) Always nice and clean never any issues. They have monthly parties and pot lucks for the residents which I think is very cool. Sonia and Brandi in the office are so sweet always greet me and my boys when we walk in or pass by. They truly have my kids spoiled with Popsicles and candies when the come in with me. Lol glad we made the move and purchased a home in Stonebridge:)

Visiting a friend. They explained another increase in lot payment. Now 600 a month. Property looks good. Pool. Clubhouse. Price gouging. You can always move your mobile home....

We called the number on the website talked to an incredibly kind and helpful man named Cory set up and time to go see the property at 1pm when we got there we were wer they are out to lunch I asked okay what time do they come back and was told they leave and come back whenever they feel like it I told her I talked to Cory and had an appt set up and she said no one works there by that name and walked away. I waited about an hour and a half and at 220 no one was there yet and I had an infant with me so I left. At 323 I get a call from and unfamiliar number and voicemail saying are still showing up or notVery rude very unprofessional.

They will charge you for everything and make fun of you behind your back, but in front of other residents.Just plain garbage, if you read this, dont buy or rent here.They are now forcing elderly and disabled residents to do things to the exterior of their homes, even if they are in nice condition, while neighbors with trashy trailers dont have to do a thing. Following that, if the resident doesnt get it done in time, they will charge $25 extra a month for a lease that doesnt exist any more.If you really want a nice place to live, this is NOT it! They will nickle and dime you at every corner, like $10 for indoor pets, even if you own the trailer. They will charge you for mowing fees even if you mow your own yard. Every turn you will get charged for something. On top of that, you are paying over $600 for a lot fee with no real benefits to that price.If you want to get screwed and throw your money away, then come have headaches. In all reality, if the management company really cared or paid attention, they would look at these comments and start taking care of business, by first clearing out management in their office! I live here. Convenient to everything you need in San Antonio. The only downside is the office is super aggressive about parking on the curb. They will tow, and quickly, if a vehicle is there after a certain time.

I hate it!! Yes, the community is quiet, nice looking etc. but their rules and regulations are horrible!!! They are picky for everything!! PLEASE READ!!You have to have a visitors pass and if you have unexpected company and the office is closed youre screwed. They have a huge parking area and no one really parks there but you will get towed for parking there if you dont have a pass.The visitors parking area should be just that a parking area for VISITORS. Why do you need to have a pass to park? Someone needs to change this or they will lose people.You cant park in the street after 9 or you will get towed. So dont have anyone visit after that or you wont see your car.You cant have anything on your porch, you will get a violation. Get a 3rd violation and you will get a ticket.You MUST keep your grass cut or you will get charged $40 dollars!!! So paying for your space isnt enough you have to pay to also cut the grass that is on THEIR land.To make the driveway bigger on THEIR land is your responsibility. You will be paying for the work. So when you move the next people who gets your space will benefit from your bigger driveway.It is not worth it. I have been there for 3 years and its only getting worse. If i had the money to move I wouldve moved my home along time ago, but I am moving as soon as I find something.If you drive around you will see a lot of vacant mobile homes probably fed up with their violations.Shall we talk about the staff? They are rude and smart alek. Hi any one , please. HELP !!!!!! I am Vietnamese so my english not good wishing any one HELP me , in June 2016 I bought the mobilehome in stonebridge San Antonio , TX $47.000 dơwn payment $10.000. At that time I AND my wife sign all the document , we check the mobilehome the refrigerator out of order , washing and dryer very dirty we ask Veronica to fix for us but She did not do , so we go to the office ask them to take them way and one guy came to move the refrigerator , washing and dryer put in store behind the house and talk he will come to get thềm soon , few Dáy later he came back get the washing and dryer machine only , he left the refrigerator in store , in front of the house there is a big tree alot of branches wave on the roof , I ask Vernorica HELP me to cut all the branches on the roof but SHE tall me SHE did not do , when we sign the documents we ask Monica to help us set up autometic withdraw payment every month. And we moved in on June -22 -2016 we think the house belong to us , so we buy all the furnitures , refrigerator , washing and dryer machine , do the dive way $1200 , the deck $2200 at that time we think every tháng okay , we have plan for vacation end of August but , We start to pay the rent side in July , we did not see the bank get money of the Morgate , I ask Monica but SHE say , SHE did not know in August same thing , they did not get my payment untill August 23 I got an email from the bank they did not approve my loan , they ask us to apply again , you know at that time we already bought alot things we in debt how can we apply , you think it my fault we ask them HELP they sell the house they have to collect the money but they did not do that untill the problem happen , and then we have to go out of town in 5 weeks , they take me to the court while we were not Home when we came back after discuss. We have to rent the house and pay $1750 for the lawer and then everything OK , serveral months later there was a strong wind ít blow out the cover of the roof , I take ít go the office to tell them fix for me , they promise to fix but they wait untill the heavy rain come and the house get flooded , finally they fix for me but too late , 7 or 8 month later the cover in the middle of the house droped down they come fix again ,si cư we move in untill 3 month before we move out the master bathroom can not be close some one come to fix but nothing change , and now we move out they still keep my deposit money , I want to get back my money they did not want to pay ,they have my email and phone number they do not tell me anything untill March 3 I get the letter from debt collection that I owed them $441 and here the list. $50 Clock back splash $360 dryer ( they took ít ). $520 Refrigerator (it was out order before We move in )$30 blind $10 door bedroom $90 other blines , unbelieveable they can do it , I hope some one in company read this and HELP me they are bully and dítinguish me thank for your reading and helping me

Run and don’t look back. Unless you’d like to be harassed every other week then this is not the place for you. Management sends maintenance people to inspect every inch of your home and will constantly send letters for repairs, while other homes are practically falling apart. They will criticize every repair but if you look at the homes they are trying to sell they are in no better condition! This place is a joke and so is everyone who works in that office. I have not met one happy resident who lives here. If given the chance I’d leave in a heartbeat.

I am a resident of Stonebridge and have lived here for nearly 11 years. It is the best Mobile Home Community I have seen. Rules are enforced and that is the way it should be. It is clean, quiet and the Office Personnel are professional and courteous.

Stonebridge or Sun communities should not allow or permit their full time employees or their employees family member to post a review. This should be deemed as direct conflict of interest based on the fact Stonebridge or Sun communities is that person’s means or source of income.*****Consider these facts before buying or renting from in the Stonebridge Mobile home (aka: Sun Communities Inc., Sun Homes, etc.). I move in about 2010 now in 2015 I was told I would be charged an ADDITIONAL $10. 00 more a month if I did not sign another yearly lease. That is $120.00 a year. Now in 2016 that price over doubled to a big $21.00 a month or $252.00 a year. If that doubles again in 2017 or by 2018 that would be an additional $42.00 a month or $504.00 a year.**** They charge an additional $55. a month for lawn care (which is optional); whereas, a company contracted employee uses a riding lawn mower he drives it without care and very fast. He goes so fast cut looks uneven. I just wonder how much damage he had caused the residents.

Reasonable, affordable homes but nothing new

Absolutely the worst place to live, the owners of this property are rude and try everything they can to get money from the residence. They keep raising the rent up every year. My mother is retired and in fixed income and they keep raising the rent up... Ridiculous..

If you are considering moving here, Id think twice. Unless you enjoy being harassed by management and made to feel like complete trash then this is not the place for you. Rules do not apply to everyone. Some residents are targeted for minor things while other residents will never see as much as a note for the same issue. You cannot have childrens toys out while some people can have a 5 foot bull in their front lawn. Im glad we were able to get out of this mess, others arent as lucky. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place.

Absolutely a nightmare stay away all they care about is money, every year they raise the lot price but you have to pass their inspection first before you can sign ,eventually your lot will be more than your mortgage and it will never stop going up, they say they give you notes to mow but never get them and then charge you for a force mow , Ive been here 8 yrs 7 owning and never have I not mowed myself , I regret ever moving here but once your in your trapped unless you walk away then itll be on your credit but I have noticed a lot of people moving out so its probably worth it , then you have kids shooting bb guns at cans and missing and hitting peoples houses I would give no stars but thats not an option so by that they get 1

If I could put no stars I wouldve, but I guess Ill give them 1 star. I decided to write this review because after reviewing others reviews I needed to clear the air. As you can see there are honest reviews with real peoples experiences and some people who wrote 5 star reviews who are clearly friends and families of the staff. After being here for 5 years Ive seen the real deal with this place. They advertise low prices, great but then our payments got jacked up after a year. They charge for every little thing. Dont fall for the low prices its too good to last. They also claim they are family friendly, but any time I have family and friends over we fear of getting towed away AGAIN, which has happened multiple times even from our own drive way. They say theyre pet friendly but Im getting charged to have a pet when I am paying to OWN my HOME, does that make sense? How can they advertise pet and family friendly when we are constantly being confined to ridiculous and obursed restrictions that dont make me or any of my neighbors feel welcomed. And dont get me started on the staff. I saw a review from someone (I wont mention names) but they are someone who clearly worked in the office since they knew so much about others complaints and they belittled everyone else reviews and experiences. And to see management living here breaking the rules about parking in front of the houses, extending their lots and not the residents so that maybe we could follow their rules its just sad. Being harassed by management really gets old. I feel like we live in a prison. My child got yelled at for walking his dog in our yard on a leash...Maybe you love working here but no one likes living here. If management allowed me to leave I would.

Last night I was locked out of my home. I called the maintenance line to possibly get someone to unlock my door. To my surprise, I was greeted by both the Manager and Assistant manager! It was late and they both were very helpful and greeted me and my children with a smile! Needless to say I was in my home within seconds. I have always been treated with respect and kindness from all of the staff & I am not related to anyone who works in the office. I have read all these reviews and find some of them to be so unfair. Yes - a lot of rules, but they are in place for OUR safety. Ladies, again Thank you so much!

Beautiful place but the little childs play area needs to be fixed up

This place is great if you want to be harassed by management. This place is a prison, they tow you in your driveway without any notice. I say it with confidence! Witnessed all the towings. All the friends and family of the staff this place is a bunch of bull for these reviews. Their friends and family let them park for free so they get a free pass? -.- they bought a pimped out golf cart when stuff we need should be enforced. There old gold carts just sit there. They walk into your backyard without you knowing and will tell you what you can and can’t have, in your own back yard. Yeah ok it’s there property. But if they were so understanding they wouldn’t invade our privacy. One guy was evicted and the manegment called the police and all his stuff was left in the front yard. Does this manager have respect for us. The answer to your question is no. She does promise you respect. She does not think of the community. Yeah totally thinks of the community, to the border around the stop signs to the golf cart. Now ask yourself do we really need that for our community. She thinks selfishly. Sorry but not sorry :)

I’ve lived here for 12 months. My lease is up in February thank goodness. I do not recommend to anyone. I have been dealing with neighbors bringing their pets on my lawn and not picking up their pets poop.. they told me I had to put cameras out and still haven’t done anything about I got tired of telling them every time so I gave up. I got a notice because I left my 2 year olds stroller by my door. You can’t do certain things and they are not good at helpin you with concernsIf you do apply here, good luck !

Special thanks to staff (Veronica, Monica, Sonia, Roger) for checking on hubby recently. I was at work and couldnt get hold of him and became rather concerned. Hed been out mowing then was going for a walk when I left. Hes older (he hates the word elderly) and I just knew he was passed out somewhere. They came to our home and found he was OK, his phone was not working. Roger advised him how to get the phone going again. I am most appreciative!!!

Been here 4 years, it was kind of ok for a few years... then new management came in they are very cruel and rude. Also men walking down the streets with 40s in there hand and last month had a drug raid two houses down. Its hard to get out to a store cause of all the traffic and my home shakes cause of the cars going by so fast. I have to change my light bulbs constantly cause of all the heavy traffic shaking my home.also cars hitting the fences that keeps me up all night thinking Im next to be hit. Once you rent to own your screwed that was my big mistake.

Rules apply to some. Some tenents forced to care for common grounds in addition to their own lot. No scheduled trash pick up for tree branches etc. Contracts are not honored. Management position revolving door as limited qualifications are required. Cars are often broken into and management doesnt educate tenents of these situations so the community doesnt come together. Used to be nice place but going downhill with constant price increases and less services.

Rules, Rules! For example: No street parking. Only two guests (Mother and child/two people / minor counts as one person) per household are allowed at the pool. Another example: The pool is open for less than 5 months during the year. It takes about 5 minutes a day to check the chemicals. I ask: why the pool is not open, at the least, all the hot months during the year in Texas? Sun Homes should keep pools open according to the weather in the area or State. The outside pool in a housing division down the road is open all year; this is proof of the care for people living in the San Antonio heat.When you sign your new lot lease agreement you should not be surprised by the yearly increase. They hired a police officer part time to patrol the park. Why do you think they decided to do this? Did they hire an off duty police officer because the crime rate in the park was low? You decide.In my opinion the Stonebridge videos are old and out dated. Across Taft High School imagine the traffic. Just drive around 1604 and Culebra about 4 or 5 pm and check out the traffic. Check out the big ball park in the back of Stonebridge. Noisy and blinding flood lights when the park is used. Buildings are currently going up on both sides of the park. And Last, It used to be a country area. And, now it is business and jam-packed.I moved my mobile home into this park and I paid about $3,000.00 for hardy skirting which is another rule/requirement via the lease. I would check on the cost of hardy skirting before moving a home into this park.Be a smart consumer and do your research online and talk to people that own or renting the product you are shopping for.

Mrs Brandi and staff are Awesome

They want to make money off everything, now charging $10 per week if leaves aren’t raked weekly from yard and street. They post violations even because my sons car didn’t have an exhaust that met their standards. They are selective of the people they post violations on. Our trees are part of their property which we pay for and they post violations if we don’t trim. I am single parent without the financial ability to purchase tools to trim trees that don’t belong to me.

The extremely unhelpful management team should really be enough to turn most people away from living here aside from all of the other reasons. Here are a few examples: throughout the property, only certain houses are allowed to have streetside parking and there is no apparent sense to it as one house will its cars towed while the neighbor will not. Further, the property will hire out a landscaping team to clean up a yard but will refuse to reimburse or compensate for any damage they do, instead they will issue a citation for the very same damage.Guests are also discouraged from visiting the property as all guest parking has been eliminated and they are forced to park at Taft High School, across the busy and traffic congested Culebra.

Where should i begin...this place is horrible...Pool is never open, cars get broken into and nothing is done about it. Rent goes up every year when no good changes has been made. Renters are NEVER appreciated. 75 dollars to get the lease changed and 75 dollars for the new name on the lease and a new deposit?!! You cant park an inch on your grass without it getting towed without a notice. Staff is ridiculously rude, they really could careless about any problems of yours. I can keep going on and on but nothing will ever change. Wish changed could be made about these issues all renters have.

Is a nice & quite place, but the fact that they are asking to much, of their tentants.

One of the worst places for a person/persons or a family to reside.The is uneducated and unqualified and rude is an understatement highly aggressive is the word.They have no communication skills and resort to screaming and hollering using foul language as well degrading a person to lowest level possible.They treat elderly and disabled residents like trash.The monthly rent on the property exceeds the actual house payment and appears to violate any regulations .The management is guilty of towing vehicles rapidly without notice in most cases less than 3 minutes.The towing services appear to have spotters on site to notify the drivers.They notices in reference to the grass needing to be cut on certain properties while ignoring others or placing a notice during a heavy rainfall.Placing a notice for skirting when some homes have no skirting placing a notice on an elderly womans door 3 days before Christmas .A water leak at the main valve when renting the lot and they tell the resident its their fault when 10 or so plumbers SAWS ect.. stated it was their responsibility costing an elderly woman $600 she cannot afford to fix their problem.Placing notices right when the office is closing or after hours when some of the issues should be dealt with person.As if their hiding.An elderly resident makes the property payment accidentally the money order is $4 short.Instead of letting the resident know placing the $4 on the next payment.The management places a notice after hours with a 10 days to leave notice and legal notifications and aggressively returns the money orders The management constantly harrrases the residents and threatens them treating them like garbage.As well making false promises in regards to when your paying a mortgage you can take your home after a year elsewhere when the mortgage company 21st Century had stated so the backtracked where it became obvious Sun Communities and 21st Century are joined at the hip.They have no communication skills or customer service values.They do not make a person paying on a home feel at home when that individual is paying on a mortgage their concerned about their overpriced property which I said exceeds the house payment and appears to be in violation.They constantly harrrases the residents.As well as investigating the property may be on the market which Ive heard rumors that Sun Communities is selling the property off for commercial use.The residents have become trashy a male resident covered in tattoos with facial tattoos and those walking around with beer in their hands.Teenagers congregating and parties one house with a number of people with a keg in the yard.Children sitting on roofs. People bringing shopping carts onto the property.Would not recommend TRASH and the MANAGEMENT IS VICIOUS AND UNQUALIFIED They are guilty of abusing and neglecting the elderly Constantly wanting to charge for anything and everything. Theses issues need to resolved Immediatley

I have been living here for two years and the community is wonderful. Right across from taft hs is kinda rough with traffic during the school year but besides that its wonderful.

We have been residents here for almost 3 years here. It came under new management about a year ago, and let me just say that this place is the worst. If youre thinking of buying or renting here just know that you will be treated with disrespect, and your problems arent their problems. My biggest issue with these people is that if your family has more than 2 vehicles, or if you decide to purchase another vehicle during your time here you will not have a place to put the third vehicle. The driveways only have room for 2 vehicles, and there is ABSOLUTELY no parking on the street or you will be towed and forced to pay $217 to get YOUR vehicle back. This has happened to me twice. Make the smart decision, and look somewhere else to live (also the traffic is horrendous from 4-7 PM)

Have a good mower, weed-eater and high-stamina for high-maintenance rules on garden/yard upkeep. If the grass gets any taller than 3 inches expect a threatening $40 citation on your door to mow and trim, or theyll do it for you. The management is utterly apathetic if you cant follow this rule and severely meticulous with manicured gardens/yards.Rent goes up $200 every two years. I pay $800 for the lot rent ALONE. (Not including mobile home mortgage)Monica is the only nice thing about the management. Veronica (manager) is a rude, impetuous young woman. Keep in mind favoritism is a big thing around here, since all the employees live here along with their families and other relatives. If youre 420 friendly do it in the house not your back yard, one woman was evicted and forced to sell her home for WAY less than it was worth to Sun Communities all because her 16 year old son was spotted by an employee related/nosy neighbor smoking a J quietly. Big religious fanatics here too for you atheists/alternative lifestyle folks. Lousy. Yet, they let methfreaks roam freely with their shady deals stealing mail off doorsteps and what have you. Just FWI people.

I wNted to buy a Mobile home but looking at the reviews HELL NOOOO!!!! IT NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS I SEE

Not worth it for all the BS they put you throughIve even had my friends car towed with a visitors passIve been charged a fee for letting the grass go too long even using the lawn service but the complex providesNot to mention I get charged $10 a month as a pet fee so my kids can have a guinea pig

Almost got towed the other day. Was told that they dont care where I park after 10 Im getting towed unless its in the driveway which the homeowners use. Wouldnt drop my car until authoritys were mentioned. Pointed out that three other cars were on the street, no response. Property owner was not present at time of tow and never have received a notice or warning. If the rules for parking are going to be so strict theyre should be more parking for visitors in the neighborhood. I have handicapped plates and have had recent surgeries but theres no parking. I just wanted to see my family real quick but thats obviously not welcomed here. If you come here at night be prepared to fork out at a minimum 85 dollars (to drop on site) or the towing storage fees of 220 dollars that goes up with each day you leave your car.

Worst place my mom is having water leaking coming out of her yard and they dont want to fix it. Their blaming her. I dont live here. But I see so many things that are wrong with this place. My truck I park it in front of her drive way around 1230 am just to get some stuff from my moms house and pick up my brother. Right when Iam going into my truck driving away a tow truck pulls up. I am like wow lol we had other experience back new years they were trying to tow my brother who doesnt live her either truck. Their alway hounding my mom about her grass and I am like I cut it like 3 days ago. No they want it cut so short. She always getting letters about that and I try my best and brother too to keep her grass cut. I dont understand how shes responsible for her yard but it not hers. She has mortgage with the house but she cant take it out of the subdivision. Right now she has no water and she elderly. I dont understand anything about this places. Please keep away dont get into trouble like my moms is in. I dont wish on anyone.

Baaaaaad.... Experience!!!!!!!!.... Do not rent on this place... Have waaaay to many rules. Pool is close a lot... To move your Mobil home out is more rules rules and rules... I was there for 2 years. They tow my cars because they were on the street they put out notes for everything. Lets just say is noooo bueno.

I have lived in this community for over 8yrs. There are a lot of rules but in a day and age where we have to tell people shampoo is for external use only. No parking on the street is because the streets are not wide enough for cars on both sides and allow emergancy service vehilcles through. Providing off duty officers are to ensure our community is safe and stays that way. The only time anything was stolen from me was when my daughter and her friend left their bikes outside in the front yard overnight. Sometimes things arent addressed as quickly as we might like but we dont all work off of the same time table. Traffic and industry has increased but that is something that will happen anywhere. It is nice to be able to live greener and walk or bicycle to the store or yogurt shop or even to the convience store. I love it here and wouldnt have stayed as long as I have if I didnt.

1st we were very happy but dont be fooled, we rented to own then decided to purchase one, we were told after say 1 year you can move it out, which is normally why normal people would by a home with wheels, after 2 years into my new home we started looking for some land, which the truth came out. 21ST mortgage and Sun homes/stonebridge have an understanding that once you buy your MOBILE HOME you can not move it until you pay it off. needless to say my lot rent is going from 263,00 up to 432.00!! so I guess they think people are dumb. So even though I thought this would be my last purchase, the deceiving practices of the place really have hurt me and our family.This area has became a nightmare, I tried to call Lisa she is not returning calls which makes sInse she knows she did us wrong, unless you plan on living in a trailer park the rest of your life stay away dont trust any of the people associated with this one step up from an RV PARK.

Stop signs are in incorrect places very susceptible to car accidents because there are next to no stop signs its confusing to get into confusing to get out of usually there guest parking spots are completely taken over by people that live there very very rude staff

Poor management . Manager and employee both rude to talk with residents. Veronica is the manager, the most worst. They are when you come to pay bill, they are not listen or helping any your problem. If you dont belive,come to live.
