My brother-in-law lives here and was experiencing some really hard times. His trailer was run down, unsafe, and we needed to get a replacement in to provide him a healthy, safe environment. The owners of the property and manager (Robert Jenkins) were phenomenally supportive during this arduous endeavor. Also, we were so impressed by the feeling of family and community. Neighbors helped to clear out the lot, mow and weed-eat, and help haul off trash and debris without hesitation. Even though my husband and I were out-of-towners, we felt welcomed and supported the entire week we were there. His next door neighbor looks out for him daily as well. If you are looking for a place to live where neighbors are like family and management and ownership cares about the community, I think this is great place to be. :)

Was there for work..

Ive been here 29 years and the people that manage this place are very nice and helpful. They have done many upgrades to the park and office and are always doing events for the children. This park has come a long way, to being what it was. C.Rangel

Nicer than it looks. Quiet neighborhood, low lot rents. No regrats!Reviewing the reviews, some one tried to get in my car Easter also. The neighbors dog raised cain and woke me up, my car alarm went off and no damage was done.

Pretty run down , the streets are horrible. Pot holes everywhere.

WONDERFUL office staff. Management trying to clean up the neighborhood. Overall close to schools, bus pick up for all children ages 4& up. Park, pool, and neighborhood getting updated. Management (3) live on site, Sherriff partol round clock, & on public bus line if need be.

The management team here is awful and petty. They will turn your water off for a $2.00 balance instead of calling you. The manager employs her family from Mexico and pays them under the table. Undocumented illegals all over the place but they act like its their turf

Been there 3 years, saving some money up. Live on the front part. Still had to deal with gunshots RIGHT in front of my house last month. Needless to say, Ill be moving out next month

Management has nepotism, hiring her family to complete the work around the park. This causes major inconveniences and upcharges in labor, etc. This is also probably why the park is so run down. The front office staff are rude and distasteful. They are also the most difficult people to get a hold of. Ive had my home here for 7 months and still cant get a key to my mail box.

Terrible roads

Well this trailer park is trash do not live here its is full of thives and today is Easter and they broke into my car and stole everything out of it and this isnt the first time this has happened we are moving as soon as possible this is not a good place for families

Its a quiet location and near a convenient store and gas station.

Very nice community to live in. Very quiet and kid friendly.

Do to something long time ago I made a mistake and the 2 people who ask for my mom to do stuff so we can keep our trailer and I went to go get to swim at the pool they told me I dont pay for the bills bit that said Im a 18 yr old and my mom had to sign it and other 18 years old did not have to sign

It is a dump. But they are trying to clean it up
