Nothing postive nor negative too say about the location other than,Play ground could be nicer .. Been a while since i drove thur, ....9/18/20..

This was a comfortable place to live. You have all the comforts of a house with these trailers. The service is fine. The outside neighborhood is falling apart. It’s not the safest area. It gets pricey to rent at any trailer park so if you can, rent or buy a house. Or rent an apartment and downsize a bit. Comfort is nice if you’re not strangled by expenses..

It took almost three and half years for anything to get done. At the end when we moved out the management wasnt even able to work with us. My final day was Feb 29th Im glad to be out of the property. My steps into the place were never fixed, and were a complete hazard to anyone walking on them. Who was the genius using indoor nails on an outdoor patio? The flooding problems were never resolved even after years of attempting different solutions we continued to endure water in the module after a moderate rain. Mold, black and green mold everywhere and the fix was to have a guy come in and spray antimicrobial carpet cleaner once in 3 years. The linoleum was never fixed after multiple attempts to contact the office everytime we turned on the heater it would separate from the floor and create a bubble throughout the home. A faulty pipe in the bathroom lead to mold and holes that we were told would get fixed, I can guarantee theyre still present. All in all it was a terrible experience especially for the yearly bump in property tax. If you need or want more input on my wonderful experience with this place Ill be more than happy to share.

I no longer live there thank goodness! There was a big lack of community standards, you can tell the way people lived.

Seems like a nice trailer home community. Seems like it is a friendly and quiet place. I do not live here and was only drove through to visit a resident.

Beautiful community and safe. I actually feel like my kids can play without worrying. The people here are friendly and you are literally minutes from everything. Even if you walk it will take 20 minutes. Great neighborhood for families.

I’ve never wanted to move so badly. Management, maintenance and property was so much better 8 years ago. But unfortunately this property has literally gone to sh*ts. First off, I have never seen the residents that gave a positive review. Some one was paid or bribed to compliment and give more than one star. For one the pool has not been usable in 3 years. They lock it and say it’s out of service, and it’ll be fixed soon. That has been said for the past 3 summers. The playground is unsafe with broken beer bottles, sharp random rocks and an old rusty slide. My family has gone there to play but we always end up cleaning the litter because management could care less. You’ll see children playing with dubree from the park or vacant lots, it’s so sad to see. Maintenance is almost non existent here. Management has invested in their office renovating , I’m sure to fool future residents, only to be disappointed once you move in and are trapped in a lease. You’ll find kids ages 3-10 yrs roaming the streets because there is no park or pool to play at. Rent increases every year with nothing to show in the community itself. I wish I had something nice to say but unfortunately this is a warning . They let anyone live here also, There has been a meth lab bust, murder and recently a drive by shooting all in the past five years. The park is also located next to apartments who’s tenets steal from and vandalize this community. I highly recommend finding another park to raise your kids in. We’re moving out.

Could be a nice trailer park. Needs to be cleaned up. Too many old trailer remnants to have kids running around. need to fence each trailer. Ok if you are middle aged. not elderly friendly.

Beautiful Mobile Home park. Playground, swimming pool and close to the bus line and corner store.

Suite 405 is way in back sort of hidden. Office is nice.

Its mobile home Park so its harder to maintain the structures so its one of the better mobile home parks in the area.

I love this property! My kids also live the neighborhood feel
