My Mom lives here and she likes it a lot. It is kept very clean and lots of amenities.

Office staff JoAnna is very friendly and quickly responds to concerns. No question is ever looked down upon.i did have a lot of questions since it was my first time in the manufactured home world . This is a very quiet community i moved my mom and aunt here and I am so happy with my decision:)

Only been here a little over a year, but so far so good. Its VERY quiet here.Dont get excited when you see the lots with fences. No one new is allowed to have them. Apparently people were using the fences to hide the fact that they had breeds of dogs that the mobile home park doesnt want here. So now, no one gets a fence. Lot rent is pretty affordable. You have to take care of the small lawn. They will trim the trees though. They keep up the place real nice here. They also have a nice holiday meal for all the residents, which is a nice touch. The car vacuum and air machine for tires is also a nice touch.

The only rules they go out of their way to enforce are the ones they can fine you for, like tall grass. Issues regarding violent or obnoxious residents are blown off or almost ignored. Ive been here about 5 years and will be moving asap. DO NOT recommend.

I been living here since 1995, its been a nice experience. Made nice friends with some neighbors. Enjoy the National Night out and the little dinner in the holidays. Always been a quiet and pleasant community. A lot of nice people and fun time at the pool in the summers.

The playground isnt really much for kids and the young adults start messing with kids at the basketball court, aside that the somewhat good.

Have lived here for 4 years. Quiet and clean. Rent is not high. Need to follow thru with rules though.

Great place to live here and safe !!! I have lived here since 2015 no problems, no police that I have seen. Neighbors and mgmt are awesome !!! Mgmt has christmas parties, Easter egg hunt for children, National Night Out... they care about families.I hope to live here for a while.

Very clean community. I have friends that live their. The say its quiet. Looks great.

I tried to get information about a lot space for rent. The woman that answered the phone was very rude and had a lot of attitude. I would give them no stars if i could.

Great times there because my sons ️ live in that area...

A wonderful place to buy a home and raise your children. Its a clean.... peaceful neighborhood, but there are rules. But for peace of mind, its worth the pain. East Central School District.... close to the H.E.B. GROCERY, WAL-MART, STARBUCKS, and Target and right on the bus line and near the City Park.

I love this place, theres basketball courts, a swimming pool, and even a playground. The staff are nice and friendly. Theyve even got a guest room that you can rent out to throw a party in.Neighbors are nice as well, everyone makes you feel at home.

This mobile home park has vacuums for your car, a tennis court with basketball hoops, 2 beautiful pools and a playground for the kids. The front office is very helpful in suggesting contractors for repairs. The laundry room can be found by the front office as well.

Always been a nice place. Unfortunately the current management is not very friendly nor curtious. Favoritism seems to exist for some. Im so glad we moved a while back. Other than that its a Nice property and booming neighborhood.

Been here for 9 months now and I love it. Safe quiet neighborhood. Girls in the office are always friendly and helpful. Community always looks great thanks to the staff. So glad that we chose here to be our home.

Good area...great location

The office staff is so unfriendly. They only allow guests for 3 days then they have to undergo a background check. While I realize this is for safety reasons, I think it should be a little longer than 3 days. I hate to inconvenience my out of town family members who come for a couple of weeks to visit. The office staff has never once greeted me with a smile or a warm hello. Always rude.

This is a very good place to live wish i would have never left i miss my home there.......clean nice neighborhood .

If I ever own another manufactured home I would live there!

Very nice and clean,But almost 4 months ,I continue been asking about a utility lite To fix they say Oh its been reported,But CPS,has no records of any request ,Office personal tell me its been reported and that CPS,works at their own pace ,,which CPS,tells me normally it takes 3-5 working days after its reported

When my wife and i looked it over it was closed, however we saw a clean place and they are on a bus line shopping centers
