Office lady is nice just have neighbors who stare at you all day long houses are great

Thank goodness my lease is up! I’m tired of these rude office people! They fight with their residents and come off aggressively! I wish they’d just get fired cause they are horrible ladies! They come up to your house with no mask or 6ft apart! I’d get tested if I was them with all the people they talk to and interact without keeping themselves and other community members safe! So gross! Especially Katherine and her attitude!

They always take too long to answer a call and when something needs fixing they never come to fix it and theirs roaches and other bugs that always come in. We have a shed that they said theyd take but said they couldnt anymore. This place is absolutely horrible and if it were better kept it wouldve been a nice place to live.

Never answer the phone. Noisy neighbors. Dogs running loose. Barking at all hours.

This place is wack! Rude ladies up in the office need to learn respect and how to talk to their residents! Fix your attitudes! Or one day you’ll meet the wrong person who’ll put you in your place! Can’t wait for my lease to be up!

Excellent community with quiet neighborhood and outstanding customer service. Management really cares and quick to reply. Miguel was very helpful with the move in process. Our home feels like HOME. We love it here.

Terrible.... Go to anyone community that isnt owned by yes communities. Read the negative reviews . Those are the reviews from people who live there.. the 5 star reviews are from the office people and persons they personally know

Staff does not keep up with lawn and services.. even after asking several times a month They lack in completing things.. but otherwise nice neighborhood... quiet and friendly

My son lives here, nicer than some around here.

We lived here a year ago and the community was great. We had them broker our home but they didn’t do the paper work correctly. The homes is still under our name, the insurance is charging us for a home we haven’t lived in for almost a year, and we can’t get any straight answers from the office to when they are going to fix this. We paid them to take care of all this we should not be having to do with on our own. If this isn’t taken care off soon we will have to file a complain with the TDHCA.

I use to live here and it was good. I just wish they had a large maintenance crew. This one man does amazing work Victor but I feel for him that he does the majority over the heavy duty work for the community.

Our moving experience was awesome!! Ashley and her team were super helpful and got us moved in very quickly. The community is great! Very quite and clean. The maintenance staff is very quick and professional to fix anything that is wrong. Any time i have reached out to the office staff they are very quick to respond. We our so in love with our new home!!

My family and I lived here for just a little over a year..we moved out March 2018. Our experience in this community was surprisingly pleasant. It is very quiet, or at least it was then and although it is a mobile home community, it felt very much like a regular neighborhood. Yes, there are countless stray cats, but we didnt mind them. On one occasion, I left our front door completely wide open for an entire day and evening and we came home to it untouched. Our kids played at the park and walked around quite a bit never having a problem. After leaving Saddlecrest, we moved into a traditional home in an established neighborhood and that same week, there were 2 break-ins just 2 blocks away and our kids almost got attacked by some delinquents while playing at the neighborhood park...made me miss our little mobile home community!Office staff was always nice, yes there were occasional water shutoffs but I dont recall them being so frequent as to cause us major issues. Never had to call maintenance for anything, but they were always good about changing air filters and mowing the grass. Thank you Saddlecrest for giving my family an overall good experience while living here!

Its a lonesome quiet place

I have been here since 2015, and have seen it only go down with the management. Where do I start. The water is constantly being turned off, always due to an emergency situation. At times they will leave a notice but not always the case. The water will be off until 1700 or later with people with small children and is unacceptable and of course not to mention how unsanitary it is to have waste sitting in a toilet all day long. Moving on let’s mention the over abundance of stray cats and dogs mostly cats running all over the complex. These cats pop on your yard, walk all over your car, you deck and just basically run a muck all over the property. People constantly feed these strays causing for more strays to come about and it’s a never ending cycle. I have made several complaints and well as you can read nothing has happen. Furthermore more notices will be left on your door threating eviction as of the 2nd of month when in your lease it states after the 3rd of month rent is late. Now if you pay your rent by bank draft it is drafted out of your account on the 8th or so guess what you get a notice as well. I spoke to the manager and of course he states it’s a corporate notice that needs to go out. At one point this place a decent place to live anymore, ready to move out counting down the days.

Friendly and professional staff are continually improving our neighborhood. The current property manager, Laura Delgado is providing leadership that is improving the overall infrastructure of Saddlecrest. In the past year our neighborhood has experienced improvements in roads, landscaping, new and safer retaining walls, tree and scrub trimming, safety signage, improvement in maintenance response and many new homes that offer a range of 1 to 4 bedroom accommodations.In a time when our country is experiencing so much deterioration and strife, its nice to live in a community that is being renovated and is experiencing harmony with a diverse neighborhood.

Because the office management do not follow anything they promise & lot rent goes up every year. They do house inspections every 2 or three months & have to have a copy of ur house key to be able to enter at anytime. For me thats A violation of all kinds. Especially if they are never holding maintenance accountable for theft from your home. So if you decide to live there Good Luck!

Always closing water for hours and hours with no notice..very bad place to rent , not like before.

Very quiet and nice place to live but managers are always changing and water is off almost every month without notice

Staff and management is terrible. Completely non-response to any request to fix anything. We lived in a unit with an interior leak for over a year that they never fixed, and anytime that they would come by to fix things they wouldnt. The cities code inspector knows the main manager Miguel by name, as, being notorious for being a slum lord word for word what the code inspectors said to us. Terrible place to live.

With new management they don’t fix any problems with mobile homes just patch things up for temporary fix and they say they run background checks on everyone and they don’t allow people with bad background to be a resident that’s why you get charged $50 on the Application fee but they have sex offenders and violent people living here and also say that there is police officers on duty but they are never here or seen as kids,teens and even Adults are trespassing on your lot and running in front of cars and fights are happening on the streets and on the playground it’s getting out-of-control and nothings been done myself and others have been reporting to management the people responsible but they don’t care enough to do something about it as they only care about filling up the empty lots I would not recommend this place or any Yes community owned residents as I have called corporate in Denver and have gotten the same results “nothing “ I am moving and hope you use caution and knowledge and research before committing to saddlecrest

Priced to high if you looking for a nice neighborhood according to the prices this one will disappoint you

My niece just moved there, seems like a nice quiet area. Has a pool and playground.

Im a resident here I absolutely enjoy living in this community had I not gave them a chance to HELP ME I might have known tha possibility of having more than I deserve Thanks to the staff I now have a place I can call HOME

Horrible neighbors always have cops over , always yelling at each other lot of dogs loose in the neighborhood , someone e is bound to get hit by these dogs that the owners just let run around with no leash on,

Worst place to live management has changed 3 time in the past year that Ive been living there new manger coming up with stupid rules that are not even on the lease agreement maintenance doesnt even come out to fix problems in the home they expect you to purchase a home but yet the home half the people are living in are falling apart manger only cares about getting money doesnt even bother to work with you and at least hold off on late payments if you have a crisis wouldnt surprise me if the manger we have now is banging someone in the community shes always staying pasts hours wish we had the old manger back when I moved in at lest she understood that life happeneds if I could I wouldnt even give this place one star
