People stay in the street they dont move out of your way. They want you to run them down. They see you and they cross in front of you daring you to hit them. Yesterday on the third street kids were thawing rocks at kids , lady went out to tell them to quit and they just ingnore her, say they dont care. Parents dont tell there kids anything.

The worst place ever

Super easy to get into, management works with you, very caring owner. Not Paradise but its home to us. States in lease we are responsible for most maintenance which is ok. They have plumbers and HVAC on staff as well as on site management for issues we cant handle or control. On site dumpster is very convenient, walking distance to Dollar general and easy access to bus stops.

Its great not the type of place for everyone but great, good management, lovely home owners association, and who can forget the bake sale the third Sat. of every month come rain, hail, sleet, and snow you can count Ms. Mabels double sweet chocolate chip cookies you could almost taste the gun powder!!!!!

I used live out there its horriable the owners like to steal your pets if they outside.. As well they stold my car with all my belongings in it i saw everything in my car was worth over $10,000 when i demand my stuff back and my car they said they had nothing to do with it but i know they did i was in the middle of moving and they took the chancw ro still my car and belongings i i bet my car still on their property sone where cauae my car never was found by the police or the people i had a title loan by...

Went at night time it was really dark a lot of trash around. Roads not paved, mobile homes are boarded up.

That place is a dive thats one janky two-piece shity place I wouldnt take my enemies there dont take the kids with no clothes for kids when a place is trashed straight up Straight Outta Compton no Im saying yeah yeah dont go or the trailers are halfway burned down theres no wheelchair accessible nothing theres no parking structures is just no nothing for nobody except trouble you want trouble thats the place to go trouble with a capital T if not stay away stay away

No problem s if you like drugs thugs and trash no place to raise kids and the critters skunk rats and Roaches are your house guest cheap rent and homeless are the plus there gunshots and are the highlights
