In the center of nature lots of deers and other fur baby creatures . Right the center of the city. Good people a good place to raise your kiddos in a nice and peacefully nature like environment with a community pool and playground . Full of trees cool breeze good natured polite families . Wildlife here if just breathtakingly beautiful all homes have a fenced back yard the water comes from the city not from a well. The deers and elk are to be left alone do not try to get near them or take a selfie or feed them. Just look from afar dont try to pet them . Just admire nature with respect.

There are some run down trailers, but the century-old Oak trees give such a lovely natural setting interwoven throughout. There is also a big club house, pool, and playground

Older park with older units. Relatively quiet. Neighborly. Units are close together with small lots. Individually owned lots allowing personalization.

Never living here again the land is haunted also there rats

I lived there for 2.5yrs. My landlord was awesome...Allen Hilton. If you love lots of stray cats and nosey old ladies this is the place for you. There are also a lot of drug addicts walking around at all hours.

Lot rent is high compared to others, but is located right next to stone oak area. Which is a good highlight. They need their tenants to keep up the appearance of the park better.

Its a quiet place people are nice good neighborhood I recommend living there

Tucked away off San Pedro near Hollywood Park but on the opposite side of the fence is this little anti gem of a trailer park. Riddles with about 60% decent people struggling to make and 40% of not so desirable people... this place is lends itself to lots of drugs crime and general Mayhem. On any given day youll probably see EMS or the police picking up a body or arresting someone. But if you can look past all that its actually a pretty cool little place to live if youve got the cojones to do it and you dont mind jail as a second home-away-from-home kind of vacation spot. A lot of homeless and mentally ill people seem to have landed here and a few old bitties just wont let it go... that urge to clean up the place ..so it makes it a rather interesting place to be, always fireworks. If there arent then you know something really bad is about to happen. But you didnt hear that from me your level 2 local guide.

The mobile home park has 324 lots for mobile homes. Most of the people here are friendly. The Homeowners Association strive to keep it clean and make progressive improvements.

Nice enough location but overpriced. Bus lines are miles away from community, so be prepared for an extremely long walk.
