Stop shopping and check this place out. I drove from Austin, New Braunfels, Von Orny and San Antonio. I wasted several weeks dealing with rude sales people that were not willing to help. Several places only wanted to show me one home and others said they cant get me a home until March 2021! Why are they in business?? I found 181 south homes on Google and wish I would have stopped here first. They listened to what I wanted, found a home within my budget and were super friendly. Dont get tricked by these other places and go check out 181 south homes they said they will deliver anywhere in Texas! Im so excited about my New home and delivered within 3 weeks as promised. I cant thank yall enough... Thank you

I dont do reviews but this place is amazing. I had wasted 4 months trying to get approved at other mobile home places and listen to all the empty promises. I found this place and Drove all the way from El Paso Texas to San Antonio. I told my wife this was our last hope and when we spoke to Mike on the phone he really seemed sincere. Long story short we took the drive we looked at a beautiful Brand New 4 bedroom and fell in love with it. They got us approved with the down payment we had saved and was willing to take our singlewide (older) home in as a trade. YES all the way from El Paso! We are so grateful that there are actually people out there with a Good Heart and willing to help. Thank you 181 South Homes! If you’re buying a used home here, beware. They didn’t give me the title. They won’t return my calls. I am working with the state and consumer protection agency currently to get the title on a home we’ve owned for five years!!!!It’s under my uncles name, not mine. (Ketron) I am absolutely not slandering. I have all of the documents of purchase in hand. I have called. Multiple times for five years now. I’ll attempt to call again today.Update: this company applied for a title in their name after I posted this google review knowing full well we had purchased it from them five years ago. In those 5 years, I had attempted to obtain the title with 181 s. Homes for the duration of that time. It wasn’t until I got the state involved and filed a formal complaint, and provided proof of ownership that I finally obtained the title.I absolutely will not remove my google review. Had the company provided me with a title at the time of purchase, this wouldn’t have been a problem.Update again because you seem to enjoy this:My uncle was disabled. I did all of the paperwork for him including writing the check for the home that was written to the company and was written out of my account. He has since passed away. I’m the executor of the estate which was provided to the state. I have documentation of phone records of me attempting to contact 181 S Homes for years. Since he is deceased, he can’t write a google review so I’m doing it for him. I will be glad to fight this in court. Continuing to fight me on a google review actually benefits me in regard that your potential buyers can see what type of company you are. While I’m at it, can you explain why you applied for a title on this property that we paid for five years ago?

They wanted a 4,000 deposit for a slum placed motorhome that looked vandalized. That was a bait for us to buy a newer more expensive out of our budget. Also helping you fix your credit deal was a scam. Now we keep getting all kinds of marketer calls. Dont even waist your time in this business...Its a steal! Its a shame! Beware!

Due to our land lord not paying on her home the house went into foreclosure and we were desperate to find a home. After several weeks of communication and ownerfinancing availability my family went to look at the used homes to finance. We where shown a few homes that needed some repair and others that needed alot of repair. It was no problem to sort of help with that as my son can do repairs as well. Trying to negotiate was a little difficult. The most disappointing part is the home we were interested in would have worked and needed work done to it because it was an older trade however the person that says yes or no to financing was willing to finance however was going to sell the home for $36,000.00. YES $36,000. Thats a brand new home in the real world....... He wanted to finance me at $600.00 monthly because we were not going to go thru a bank and just thru the lot.I drove about 45 minutes and it was such a waste of time....Its such a shame that they do potential buyers so dirty.

We went to every gimmick mobile home place there is, thankfully we finally found 181 South Homes, they were the ONLY place that didnt ask us how our credit was or ask for a deposit just to apply. Mike was our sales guy and was super helpful, and special thanks to the manager Dan! The loan company denied our initial application, however Dan was able to find another house that we absolutely loved and was able to resubmit the application and we got approved!!! Finally our dream came true!! Thank you 181 South Homes!!!!

I stopped by 181 South Homes to just take a look at a few homes, I know Im not ready to buy a home yet but I just wanted an idea of what to expect when the time comes, Mike helped me out, he showed me homes without judging my age or that I told him I was just wanting to look, he was super helpful. Going into the office was a little intimidating but everyone was very friendly and very welcoming, Mike sat down with me and we came up with a game plan for when I am ready. Im not a customer yet but am definitely looking forward in the near future, hopefully this helps someone else in my same situation that just wants to know what to expect and have a place to go to and feel welcomed when wanting more info or picking the right place to buy a home.

Thieves. They sold us a home we bought cash. They washed their hands with us after that we had sewer issues due to there mishandling of their homes on the property there. Good luck with these jokers. They ste making hand over fist money conning people.

Dont go here. They will say whatever they have to to make you believe they care and separate you from your money. If they take you to see another unit, then show you a text saying its sold, RUN! They completely took advantage of my friend who is on disability, and they were well aware of the fact that they were basically taking her last available dollar.

Call this place no BS they are great people. I bought a used mobile home for the ranch, everywhere else I went they wanted to pull credit or sell me new home. I bought a 2 bedroom cash, because thats what I needed!

We were so tired of renting and hated our neighborhood more and more each day. We began our search and were discouraged with other places that wouldnt even show us a home until we were approved. With less than perfect credit we became more discouraged. Then we found 181 S Homes. Our sales lady was the best! From day one she said she was going to find us a home and help us stop renting. We went in there told them what we wanted, they did not even have to show us anything. We had gone to another place and they quoted us almost a thousand to not put something in that is a regular feature in mobile homes. They did not charge much to put in a replacement for the item we did not want. But take a lawyer with you. we thought we were signing for an item we did not want on the plans and we told them many times we did not want this item. When it came to sign on the plans they told us one thing but the plans said another thing. so we got screwed on that item. Cant take the item out or it would cost us a lot of money to redo it. WE will make the most of it and turn it into something else.

Wonderful customer service and a great affordable homes!!

These individuals are ripoff artists. They ripped off my elderly parents. My father is 80% blind, 70% deaf, and a veteran. Ricardo increased the price twice after the contract was signed, charged for delivery that was included, and charged for upgrades that were already included items. During the install the seams did not mate up correctly leaving a gap they never came back to fix and Legacy the builder would not warranty. They never completed finishing the install items and they still owe us over $500 in refunds we are unable to collect. Do not buy here and do not buy Legacy builder homes - they take advantage of elderly disabled people and even a veteran. How low can you go!
