Ive been a resident here for almost 10 yes. Ive had ALOT Good Memories and met some Awesome neighbors. Who Im going to keep with Me for as long as Im alive. Its like everything else in Life. Its has its up & downs. But its how U make of it is what counts. Its not the place its the one who lives in the place dat Matters and bring Good Memories. I love it here!! Rachel G. #255

Nice area nice staff nice location. Residents are friendly and management is constantly keeping the place up maintenance wise.

The pot holes are horrible but the mobile homes are nice (several of them).

Managers steal money, nothing gets fixed. If rent isnt paid they take the meter off ur water.

Worst place to live I lived there and what the other girl is saying is true they do cut ur water off and when ur water bill comes its $120 $130 when I wouldnt even water out side or nothing and know where I bought my new mobile home I only pay $20 of water and I do water my plants in the morning and night every day I even had a water leak under the house for two weeks until I noticed it and my water bill still came to $40 so they rip u off there and charge u for every little thing and the manager is nothing but gossip she aint no manager shes hardly ever in her office. And her son was the one braking into the houses and cars to steal thats why he was also in jail for drug addict and theft worst worst worst place ever wish the owners could put there number out there so they can call him or her. If ur the owner and ur reading these messages about ur place u need to give people ur office number or something to contact u.

Worst place ever dont go in this getto place unless your a drug dealer.theres all kind of drugs in this place starting with the managers sonshe is the most unfair person she has her favorites and if she dont like you she will make your life a living hail!!she gives fines for no reasons but her son can do what ever he wants there he sells drugsthe whole park knows that he sells they also know that the manager does drugs with some of the residents that live there.she also cuts of the water if she dont like you and dont put it on untill she wants to.she is a old red neck with her nasty crack headed husbandworst part you cant report her to the owners of the park because she wont give you the number to contact themeveryone wants to report her brecause she is unfair and does alot of thing to the ppl that live thereso dont come to this place its ugly
