They were out of most of the food that theyre supposed to have and had barley any inner tubes on the lazy river in the middle of the summer. It wasnt even that busy.The bathroom near the lazy river was out of paper towels almost all day and the floor was nasty (Probably a quick wash down would have fixed it since everyone going in had wet feet). The small pool in the hill was cloudy and there was thick dirt with words scratched in it near the edge.

Hot today, I decided to take my daughter out to this place. Nice family park, reasonable prices. Too bad they dont allowed you to take snacks in. BUT THEY ALLOWED ME, I spoke with manager and he immediately authorized it. Thanks for understanding. Lots of lifeguards on site, and rather strict. Yeah. I would go again.

My daughter loves this water park. Its decent size and everytime we went there it was clean and well maintained. I love the lazy river its so nice to just go and relax there on a hot summer day. Give it a try

I Love coming to this park with my family because of the fair price and also because the playground was planned well. We often walk to the park before letting the kids go to play around.

The place is great for tots and adults sucks that for cooler they charge $20 but other than that its cool for the whole family. my kids have a blast. and the lifeguard are on point.

Went here on a HOT busy day. It was fun overall. The food needs major overhaul. But I guess we dont go for the food. Its better to take your own food and pay for a cooler fee. Also the ice is free so just have your cups refilled with ice when you bring something to drink with. Its pretty safe, lifeguards everywhere and they all seem to be paying attention which is great for the parents who arent. Overall it is a great place to spend a day at. I think its worth it to get the pass for the summer. Its cheap and its nearby. Its a fun place and safe place for the kids to play and stay entertained for hours during the summer. You dont have to make the long drive to the beach and get full of sand and lug a cooler across the beach. Its just easier and fun. Great place.

Love this place. Its great for all ages. Love that its not to big. Easy to watch and see your kids from all areas. Get there early cause seat get taken quickly. There is additional seating all the way in back. However, it has no shade. But no complaint here. Fun place!

They will not reply with plans for honoring season pass holders. Season passes have been purchased and we are not able to attend the park do to Covid-19. We have called, emailed and posted on FB with ZERO response from a Cove representative. What are guys going to do for the season pass holders who have already paid you?

Kids has a blast. I recommend getting here early so you can get good tables w/umbrellas or else your gonna bake. I reserved a luxury cabana it was worth the price it was pretty hot that day. They also charge you extra for an ice chest $20 regular size and $50 for a big one.

I Loved it the kids loved it. the only probably I had was when the one of the staff members was going to clean the restroom they locked my little sister in there Im pretty sure it was accidentally. But other then that we all had a good time.

Nice to walk with kids or general family fun. Surf a bit go down watersides or chill in the pool. People wise it may be shoulder to shoulder in pools. In my opinion its not bad you have room to stretch and swim, Food wise varys on price ranges but if you have a big ice cooler you may bring your own drinks and food to my understanding. Grab some sunscreen and have fun.

Not too big to feel like a trek if you’re gonna wait in lines or meet up with friends. Perfect park size and location. The water slides hurt your back like being struck by the lines that link them together but still ok. Food choices aren’t that great so bring your own and pay for the cooler price. Great summer vacation spot!

Took my son and daughter just recently to the water park and they absolutely loved it. Very friendly staff member, Jason. answered all our questions and the slides cooled us down. Will definitely be making a second trip back in the future.

A lot of fun. Good sized kiddie area, three water slides, wave simulator, and a lazy river. Ample seating with gazebos available to reserve. Front desk staff lead (manager) needs some people skills. She was like talking to a brick wall. She was completely unaccommodating and rude.

Booked a party and a Cabana $275 open parking no reserved spots for party bookings which is odd. a family was in our area when we arrived so it was dirty I asked for a towel to whip up and a broom to sweep I got nothing.... I had to use baby wipes. The hot dogs were cold and over cooked the bread was hard and most buns were already ripped on both sides the pitchers they use were dirty and beat up. They service was anything but enjoyable. Our attendant didnt fail to make it known that he wasnt going to be doing much for us head on because he was busy...the service button on the Cabana didnt work. I wanted to upgrade our food order but I couldnt do that because they ran out of what we wanted. son got his front of the line pass 30 minutes before closing . Never got the character visit because we didnt ask... But its included...

Great place not too crowded.. Renting a cabana is worth the $. If you dont rent a cabana Arrive early if shade is important.. Food was pretty good. Lazy river is perfect for the adults while kids play! Will definitely return.

Frist time here, 25 to 30 min from my house in S.B. Came on a Week day (Wednesday) about 1pm. It was busy but not packed.The front desk was clean and the workers were friendly. There were 5 of us and it cost 90 bucks for all of us. If you want to bring in a cooler its $20 bucks.Oh and they check your belongings.They sell food and drinks.From 230 to 3 everyone gets out of the water for water cleaning. I observed alot people leaving at this time which made the park semi dead, and not as busy.Its a nice clean mini water park. Perfect for little kids and I love the lazy river. Would I come back again YES!

Place is not big but a great time for kids up to 10 probably. Very clean. Lazy river is a great size. Fun day. Food selection and quality was sub par but French fries were good.

My family had a great time there pools and are areas were always clean staff friendly not too crowded. We will definitely go back again

Nice place tucked away on the edge of riverside. A hidden gem to the city in the summer heat. Kids had a blast. The only reason it got 4 stars was the snack bar. Poorly run... Lines were longer than the lines to get on rides at Disneyland..need to work on that. But the water park itself was great.

Place is pretty small with the kiddie area in the center. Aside from that theres a lazy river, a more traditional pool, a boogie board thing and three water slides. Service is very nice and they shut down for cleaning every so often but its only for about 5 minutes.

When we there was nobody in the front and you could honestly just walk in and nobody would notice. I mean the park itself is kinda fun but not very large you could go and do everything in maybe 4 hours.

We wanted to find a place to swim and play. This is just that, however the parking lot isnt large enough that cars have to park in the residential neighborhoods next door. The park doesnt provide enough seats or shaded areas to put your things. Unless you rent a cabana or a large party area. They also didnt have enough toddler sized vest. The bathrooms were messy with wet paper towels scattered on the ground since the trash was over flowing. Nonetheless its a nice place to take your kids to stay cool in the summer heat

The 2 or 3 times we decided to go, they had a private event or something going on in which it wasnt open to the public. It would be nice to inform the public on their website or before entering the parking lot.

My whole family enjoyed our days there. It could definitely be cleaner. Theres no reason there should be spider webs and dried up food spills all over their tables and chairs. Hose them down. Easy. Theres gross wet food on the ground. Everyone is barefoot. No one wants to step on someone elses wet food. Gross. The stairs to the water slides are yucky. They need power washing. The river could use more filtering but I understand stuff flies in there. There were many food options unavailable at fairly early in the day which is disappointing. And the food is well overpriced, like most amusement parks ($8 for a chicken sandwich, $4 for a non-refillable small fountain drink ). There wasnt any seat covers or soap in the bathrooms. The list goes on. My daughter had her 5th birthday party in one of their pavilions and all of her guests had fun. The process of booking the party was infuriating but that is a story for another day. We went very late in the season so maybe they just stop caring since theyll be closing after today until next May. Thats still not an acceptable reason but, devils advocate. Im not sure if its better earlier in the season or not but my kids had fun so well try again next year and see if its any better. For the price of entry and the fun that my kids had, I decided on 3 stars instead of 2.

Nice little waterpark. Kids love it. The negatives are parking can be difficult and there are never enough life vests for the little ones, and on certain things they need them.

This place was pretty fun! Great place for kids and adults. We went for 3hrs and it was plenty of time to catch everything. The theming is nice & the park seems very clean & maintained. I would definitely recommend if your looking for a place to cool down without going to the Coast on the congested 91 freeway. I would definitely ask about signing the waiver to the surf and boogie board attraction before walking into the park (otherwise your stuck having to go all the way around to the main entrance). Pricing is reasonable

This is a really fun smaller water park. They have good food at their grill and cafe...nothing fancy but the price and quality is good. The staff is terrific. We were there the day of a medical emergency and the staff was top notch during that situation. Very professional and composed. We will be coming back.

Clean, friendly, wasnt packed to the gills. Reasonable rates. Great family environment. Lifeguards do an excellent job of monitoring.

The water park has rude people. Not only did the staff notice this and did not do anything but the rudeness continues. Little kids take swimming classes during the time we pay to be there. Not only this but the people to tell you to get out are very rude and yell at you. I do not understand why pay if they kick you put and hour before they close. We pay to be here why cant they take classes before or after. I strongly recommend that they maybe move the classes to another time and let us spend the time we payed for.

Its not Raging Waters but it was still super fun an extremely affordable it beats staying at home with the heat

Love this water park mainly because of its proximity. It keeps the kids happy and i dont have to drive to soak city. Yay !!

Its a great place to take the kids. The hours are from 11am-6pm. When you go in groups of 15 the entrance is cheaper.

A little ghetto as far as the people & parents not teaching their kids manners but it was reasonably priced and my nephew loved it.

I only used the pools side for the kids swimming lessons. I didn’t actually go in to the water park so this review is strictly for the poolside at The Cove. The staff is good with kids, especially Marbeth (swimming instructor) she was patient and kind. The pool side was clean and had some shade area. It does get over crowded at certain times because kids from the high school across the street utilize it too but the kids seem respectful and mindful of others. The swimming classes are affordable and my kid seem to enjoyed them.

Ex hubby works for Fed ex used to take the kids for company events here. They loved this place no complaints besides the fact that they shouldve extended the hours of use for the park the day of the company picnic. Soon as the kids started having fun seemed like it was time to pack up and go home. Things to do for varying ages and sizes and they have life jackets as well. Nice local water park.

Fun place for kids and adults. Has a kid zone for the little children. Has 3 slides for big kids and adults. Wave pool and the huge swimming pool that is up to 14 feet deep and has a 12 foot diving board. Bring water shoes, the floor gets hot and isnt made wet by the staff.

Very fun water park for families. You can bring your own food or they do have a consetion stand where you can buy food. The place is so much fun has many water works option but definitely needs more shade and chair options highly reccomend for a good sunday afternoon with family

Good water park for kids, lots of rules but its for safety so its good. The only thing I didnt like is that this was our first time here and no one told us they clear everyone out of water for 30 min well the life guards are on lunch and they dont have a smoking area you cant even have a pack of cigarettes on the table or the staff will confiscate them. And we paid 20$ for us to take a ice chest in but we couldnt take in chips so ridiculous I dont know if I will go back

It was an amazing water park staff is on top of everything and make sure everything is in order and the park is small that its safe and comfortable to bring kids.

The place is nice but you cant even bring your drinking water, to bring small 10×4 cooler they want to charge you $ 20.00 not enough shade for people.

Kids, 10 and 13, Mom, Grandma and Grandpa all had a wonderful day!Facility was clean, safe and reasonably priced. We felt comfortable letting kids go and play on their own.Great supervision. Wild behavior not allowed and little ones under 48 must be accompanied by a parent in the big pools and river.We cant wait to go back!

Be careful when you go to this place, there are a bunch of thief is not a save place to go. If you want to get stolen go there.

Its host ok. Employees keep changing the rules. It seems that lifeguards arent trained and dont follow the same rules. Some allow goggles in the pool, some dont. Others allow shorter kids on the slide if they are accompanied by an adult, others dont.

It is a nice park but there are not enough umbrellas for all the patrons and definitely not enough inter tubes for the lazy river. I counted 10 for the whole park today. That is not enough by far. I would also suggest they clean there lounge chairs as there are so many black and brown widow spiders under them. Yuck!

One of the best waterparks Ive been to its not that big compared to other waterparks but its fun.

First time I went there. My daughter, and grandchildren loved it. Its not pricey and its close by.

I reserved a cabana with a party package for my daughters birthday on July 14th and we all had a blast. Everyone was very helpful and very kind since the moment we arrived so we were excited to come back again. I reserved cabana number 3 for today and was given another cabana with no table. I informed them I had rented cabana number 3 and they kept telling me I was wrong. I live in the high desert and I don’t think I’ll be coming here again.

This is a awesome little local water park. Tons of lifeguards for safety, plenty to entertain the kids and stay cool. Only reason for 4/5 is thier food spot always has issues. Super slow line, & always out of staples products.

The cove is ok for kids under 12. The waterpark was dirty the day we went-meaning trash overflowing. Also, they $20-40 for you to bring on bags of food to coolers depending on the size. Which is ok. But the concession stand was that open until around 1pm and they ran out of fries by safety time which is 2:30-3:00pm and the burgers they use a propane grill that can probably fit about 10 burgers at a time cooking it once you ordered so I just imagine the line. That would be my only complaint I literally waited for an hour for four burgers and a hotdog.

Love the park! But I am giving them three stars. The reason is because customer service needs to be must at the food area and needs to be a little more clean. The people taking your order dont have any sense of customer service.

Well we’re do I began is there a rating less then one star I would give it. First of all this place is beyond racist I was verbally attacked and almost physically assaulted by there manager I have her pictures and video she threatened to call the cops on my for no apparent reason because I asked for the number to corporate she tried to snatch my phone and put her long nails in my face all this in front of my 8 year old child while her ALL WHITE STAFF LAUGHED AND COVERED THERE FACES PER HER REQUEST... I HAVE EMAILED NIKKIE WHO IS SUPPOSED TO BE GENERAL MANAGER ONLY TO BE IGNORED. BUT THIS IS NOTHING NEW FOR THIs ESTABLISHMENT PER SEVERAL YELP REVIEWS PRIOR TO MINE, there are others times people of color have been mistreated a life guard was over heard saying he won’t be saving any black children. The customer service ha a joke dose not exist and you might get beat up for being black by the staff or threatened with law inforcement or catch hand foot and mouth from the un clean water. Then you will be ignored by the entire staff again run this place is trash. No corporate support on any of this they just ignore ignore ignore I’m so extremely sad that my child had to witness racism on this level.

Was there for swim lessons with my 2 girls and picked up their stuff when the lesson was over and in the short walk to the Car my daughter quickly realized she left her goggles there we pulled the Car around and she ran in to get them and came back crying. Who would steal little kids goggles who were there for swim lessons, some people have no class whatsoever to stereo a little kids goggles in less than 3 minutes.

Like water park. Prices are good, staff are very nice. Just hope the net bridge in play area gets fixed my son got his foot stuck in it. Also hope they had more small life best had to use bigger one on lazy river because was out of his size.
