Field is in good shape. Locked dugouts, and fences. Bleachers could use some attention, maybe city funding to replace them. The left of the field is close to a large strip of woods with thorns, brush, and overgrown weeds that try to steal your foul balls. If the ball is kept in play and you bring your own chair youll have a great time here.

This is a hidden gem in Portland Riverside area. It was an amusement park and casino until the 1940s. After that it was forgotten for many years. It now serves as a wonderful natural park with many walking paths and a great place to walk dogs. Leases are required. There is also a wonderful path across the street on the river.

So much beauty and even some serenity right in tbe midlle of one of the busiest traffic ateas in Portland. Some of its trails are definitely not suited for winter hiking, being steep and without handrails but other trails are quite nice. And a good place to walk the dog!

I absolutely love this park. Its a nice little historical landmark (which I strongly suggest reading about) and a quiet little series of trails for a spending a relaxing couple hours in the woods.

Historic site of a once grand summer destination, now a forest parkland with well maintained trails and beautiful scenery. Markers denote former points of interest, such as the docks and ampitheater, with photos taken back in the day.No restrooms or other facilities.
