The park is small and between two streets making it a little louder than other parks. Still a cute spot with a decent little view in one area of the park... There is both an open field as well as a more secluded area up the hill.

The smell of the lilacs at peak season is so lovely and wafts across the street even. Beautiful flowers that smell great! Only three a maybe four colors though. Would love to see them expand it a bit more.

A must see during Lilac season, the wood chip loop is also great for running workouts.

Its just a 400m chip track and a bunch of lilac bushes arranged in a circle. Good if you want to get a few laps in running or walk the dog but its just your average neighborhood park.

I was disappointed with the condition of the trees but so enjoyed blossoms and fragrance! Took the path just around the bend and walked to the sky tram. A great walk!

Lilacs are in season there a site to see nestled next to athletic track dinnerly Garden is very beautiful sight I will be returning there as soon as I can its a great area and has wonderful people. Can I remember if I paid a price to Anissa Garden if it was for free to walk in the garden when its everything either way it was still an experience

If your in the area and want to relax with some beautiful senerary and wonderful smells this place is it.

In the spring, face ohsu with your back to the traffic and enjoy the smells of lilac, with a scenic forested park view. Or bring a picnic! (Traffic can be loud tho)

Nice little area South of PSU. Was pretty quiet when I walked through. Very relaxing, aside from the constant noise of traffic. However, considering its a park in downtown, you cant expect much less.

Nice area with a bark chip track next to the lower park with the formal track.

Great big field for soccer

Loved walking around here but it was a bit cold ....so be sure to dress properly....

Such a nice little garden thats tucked away in plain sight. Hardly anyone ever walks through here but its a location that needs to be walked to as its located by a busy road. Late April and Early May is the time to be out here.

Very nice walk from PSU, also next to lovely hiking trail that links to OHSU campus and 4T Trail

A nice place to walk in the trees. The lilacs are very pretty when they are in bloom.

One of the last parks on the Terrwilger corridor. It has a great track for running but is utilized by many people. However, if you live in downtown this is a great place to go if you dont want to run on the sidewalks. The park is well taken care of and the track is high quality.

The track was rebuilt last year. Good place to run or play soccer.
