This is a nice city park. It is attached to a lake, but unless you are in a boat you cant use it. There is a Edgewater High School Crew club house here and they use the lake for practice. There is a really nice boat ramp with lots of parking for Lake Fairview. It also has three softball fields and picnic tables around. It also has a nice playground. If you are interested in Pokemon there are four spinners and a gym.

Baseball area was very well maintained and bathroom clean. Check out the lake.

Nice and quiet place to enjoy time with the fam. Only thing I couldn’t find a restroom, had to drive to the closest gas station in the area.

This park has seen better days. The baseball diamonds around it are well maintained and wish they would put a little more love into this park. Lots of areas on the equipment are banged up and rusty. Lots of missing paint causing bare spots that get very hot in the sun. There was standing water on each of the slides so unable to slide down. The vegetation around the fence made that area smell pretty bad. The picnic area was big and decent.

Went for some softball practice. Has restrooms but being Sunday, concession stand was closed so had to bring my own eats. Ballfield was alright. Beautiful day made it a great practice. Git to see a few games being played out there.

Such a pretty park with some different wildlife.

We dont know anyone around here nor do we know any of the players but we saw a couple of games going on and we pulled in anyway to watch some of the games...even though people knew we didnt know anyone there they were still friendly and all smiles... The bathroom facilities were clean and easy to find, parking was plentiful, getting in and out was a breeze, and youre right by the highway so its easy to get to.

The lake is awesome if you have a boat or a jetski you should come out on a Saturday when the weather is good.

Great place to launch a small boat or jet ski. On land the park is a little under maintained. No public restrooms but hey there is a lake who needs a toilet! Only two pavilions but everyone seems to be great at sharing space here.

Not necessarily a park I would go to, because I was looking for a park. It can be filled with less then savory characters. Just keep your eyes open, and use good judgement on what you do. The boat ramp is there, but nothing fancy...

This is a most wonderful little place to bring your kids to play the old fashion way. The hubby and I go to check out the and to be kids again playing on the playground toys. Plenty of places to have picnics old-fashioned barbecue grills and clean facilities. Overall good place to have a picnic and go fishing.

Park is well maintained, very nice ButBe careful with car break-ins.There has been some break ins when they see everyone on the water.Hide your purse or anything that may seem of value

Watch baseball diamond cedar and they got lice I actually had a great time watching some of my friends playing baseball game here I also take my dogs here to run but I dont know if thats allowed it doesnt seem like anybody actually cares though the park is maintained very well which is great definitely go there if you can

Please dont bring your kids here i asked someone who worked there today if my 4 year old could use the bath because she was about to have an accident and that we walked there and very rudely she said no its not open to the public now i have to wash my 4 year olds pants and underwear

Its a very nice park but little-used. Mostly its a soccer field.

Restroom was locked. Had to jump the fence to use the restroom. Not enough tables or benches.

Have been going to this park for more than 40 years for all kinds of things from Birthday parties, to playing on company baseball teams, to bringing the grandkids to play and enjoying the tranquility. I dont like that the playground has diminished and is run down and homeless people live there and keep their belongings stored up in the rafters, but its still peaceful.

Clean, beautiful park. Open till 11pm which is great for the kids with nothing to do in this area. Has baseball, fishing, and a play ground. Stop complaining college park we work to, and love our parks. Curfew is 11pm for all noise. So take it up with the city council to change the state law

Whomever is responsible for picking up trash needs to do a better job, also there are homeless people who hang around the park, they seem to not bother anyone but it feels awfull to eat infront of them.

Swings a slide a field. So many things to do here. You can even cook here.

I wish i could give zero stars. I got a map that points out this park as a fishing spot. I go there and there is no place at all to fish from. We were told we couldnt fish from the marina so we had to leave. The person fr the marina couldnt be nice about it either. I guess no one other than white people should be there. Thats the vibe. He told me to get in the water and i could fish from there.

Clean and yard always mowed. Id give it 5 but i cant bring my dog and every now and again theres hobos sleeping there.

Playground needs an upgrade, from ground to jungle jims. The swings are rusted and broken. A lot of homeless hangout and store their belongings there. There is a high school rowing club. Its ok to get air and very quiet, but not suitable for children.

Its 11:15pm on Wednesday, July 29 and the lights at this park just went out. I am all in favor of the kids having someplace to go to play sports but there are some of us who live on the lake who have to get up early for work. Difficult to do this when the powerful lights are shining in every window.Is there not an ordinance requiring that the lights be off 9:45-10pm? Also, is the huge cost of these lights being passed along to the county taxpayers?Please be a good neighbor, Fairview Park and turn the lights out at a reasonable hour.Unable to sleep in College Park!

Needs some serious jelp, yo. Cant actually access the lake, much. More of a place for rich people to row boats, I guess? Playground is broke af, actual caution tape and nailed plywood? Gross. Some pokemon spawns, thats about it. Id watch the kids, might be needles in the grass. Definitely broken beer bottles.

Cant use restrooms there because the Christian school who rents the portapotties keeps our locked only for there baseball, and softball teams. Thats the real Christian way to go?
