Love this ride. Disney The Most Magical Place !! Following CDC rules regarding corona virus. Have been 22 times since reopening.

An enormous amount of fun. And the boat captain was absolutely hilarious throughout the whole ride. Very very entertaining

An Icon of Adventureland.Located in Disney’s Magic Kingdom in the Adventureland portion of the park (to the left of Main Street). It is easy to find and well set up for large crowds and COVID separation with a large waiting area under cover from the Florida heat. It is a tame but fanciful boat ride through the world of the Pirates of the Caribbean. If you have never been to the park or ridden the ride then it is a must. It is a little bit dark and there are “explosion” of water so it may be a little scary to the new rider. They seat typically 2 parties to a boat to maintain separation for COVID. If you have visited before, it is a good place to enjoy a cool ride through this made up adventure. Enjoy.

Never gets old. First time there was in 1996 and 24 years later, same thing. Except for Johnny Depp as an animatronic. Covid made the lines HUGE but they go very fast, all attractions actually, lines look big but thats because of social distancing and they actually leave empty seats on the attractions.

The ride is fun. The decorations you pass while you are in line are cool, and the air is cool too. It makes a nice break on a hot day to be somewhere cool for a while.It is a shame they felt like they had to try and make it politically correct. Think about it folks. The theme is pirates! Pirates were not nice people! The ride is still great though. Dont miss it.

This ride is very astonishing and it is cool to see all of the different scenes from the movie. The ride is in a good setting as it is dimly lit and plays eerie music. It is cool how it takes you through on a boat. This is an amazing ride and a big part of Adventureland.

This is a must see when visiting the Magic Kingdom! They have made some minor changes over the many years, but the song is the same! You will love the boat ride through the world of the Pirates of Caribbean. It is funny how the pirate looks a lot like Johnny Depp now! Kids and adults alike will love it and you will leave with the song in your head! Other than the darkness, but there are a lot of lights, there isnt anything scary about it so the kids will like it too! If you grew up visiting you wont be disappointed so give them a visit!

Classic ride that never gets old as you find something new every time you ride it.

A classic, must ride for every trip. With the current social distancing requirements, you can easily take it all in without looking over and around others.

A great movie series was born from this ride. I wish I new the whole of the song, though. I love this ride.

The first trick is to get fast pass+ because the wait time on a rainy day was around 2 hours and people around there mentioned that it can go up to 4 hours in a busy day. Indoor water ride thrilling experience along the characters of Pirates of the Caribbean. Dark themed ride was great.

I love how it incorporates past and recent pirates and stories together which is really cool.I have to say I think I like this ride better in California, I think the initial drop is better and more of a thrill. Nonetheless it was pretty awesome and worth it.The excellence is in the details of this ride, good job people!

Iconic Disney attraction still has its charms, even after its movie makeover years ago ... Try for a fast pass, as the lines, especially during peak seasons, can be endless. Also note the drops in the ride have become a lot more wet for the boats!

A classic one with a misty atmosphere. It always makes the child in me happy - I dreamt to have a giant badass pirate ship to sail around the world on.

This is a slow boat ride, but I really enjoy the scenes. There is a lot to look at and see. You have to find Jack Sparrow in each scene, so it adds to fun!Definitely good for the entire family. Worth the wait, but a fast pass makes it so much better.

Loved this ride

I really enjoyed this ride on my last visit. Wait times can be long, especially on a rainy day, so make sure to come at a good time or get a fast pass. The ride itself features really cool animatronics and lighting tricks that really enhance the realism of the pirates. There is only one drop that is relatively small. The whole ride is dark so may be inappropriate for small children.

Its a must-ride, but be ready - theres a quick drop at the end, and theres one spot you might get a bit wet if youre sitting in the right seat. Its not worth stressing over, though. This is a classic ride that you cant miss.

My favorite Disney ride

Was a ball as usual. Only 15 minutes in line Friday evening!

One of the classics, even it has received a few updates both in light of the movies and social sensibilities. Rode this one on standby with a group and took about 50 minutes to get through the queue. The first part of the queue isnt terribly interesting, but at least it is well covered. Once you get in deeper, the theming kicks in better and makes for a more interesting wait. The ride itself is pretty tame - its more of a trip through different scenes. Similar to Its a Small World but without the incessant song playing over and over. While the animatronics still hold up decently well, its amazing to think what it took to make them happen all those years ago. Definitely still worth a part of a Magic Kingdom visit.

I like the theme, setup, artistic view of pirates, smoky smell to feel like we are in their village. Scary for 2-6 yr old but they can ride with you. Use fastpass+ to get this ride as you may have to stand 40-85 min

Its a good ride a little dated but the first line outside uses the pillars. They are huge and allows people to cut other. This rude couple cut like 50 people watched them walk all the way around. No one wants to fight in disney but who cuts all these families amd kids who have been waiting in and hour long line. Shame on you two.

Great. Great. Great. Old attractions but never gets old. Still enjoy the music , then smell of the cannon and the sights. The added Jack Sparrow really adds to the experience. Well with fast pass. It is a must each of my many trips to the happiest place on earth

This is a classic ride which has been a staple of Disney for as long as I can remember. Fun little boat ride around displays of pirates and scenery of the days of looting and pillaging!! I absolutely love Disney and cant wait to go again!!

This is a classic ride, but goodness, is it dated. It is remarkable the details they had in the models so far back. The wait is actually decently long for a pretty simple ride. Id skip it is youre an adult with no kids.

This is a really enjoyable ride. It is all inside so if it is raining or hot out this is a good place to spend several minutes riding in a slow boat ride. The pirate theme is of course famous now because of the movie series. They have even incorporated Johnny Depps Captain Jack into the narrative. We have always enjoyed this ride even before the movies were released. The gift shop afterward has a lot of pirate themed merchandise that is cool for swashbucklers of any age.

One of the best rides ever! Everyone should ride it and see what all the fuss is about.

This is a Classic. If you havent done this Ride yet, you need to fastpass this one for sure! We go everytime and always have a fun. Even if youre in line the wait is eventful. They really did a good job with the atmosphere and sets along the way to the ride.Great for Kids and Adults alike. Its got a pretty fun drop towards the start of the ride. So be prepared for a sudden slide in the dark. You wont get wet normally. Even if youre in the front of the boat.All in all - one of my favorite rides. Worth the time if you have it!

A great disney staple...fun ride lots to see. Unless your a high pirates fan no need to waste a fast pass on this especially if you are from out of town. Ride times here are not usually too bad and a lot of the wait line is indoors.

One drop in the dark but fairly tame.. well themed.

Great for small kids. Its not an adrenaline ride, but rather a scene-based in a dark environment recreating pirates atmosphere. Its funny and very enjoyable.

One of the greatest rides in the entire property! I wish they wouldn’t have changed the Auction Scene, but I understand why. I just wish people would stop erasing history just because it offends them.

Wonderful ride we love pirates..

Yoo hoo, yoo hoo a pirates life for me. This is one of my top three or four rides at the magic kingdom. Not only is if one of the originals, it is constantly being updated to the movies. I only wish that the red head was left in thr ride. Sad thst everything had to be so PC, and cant just be enjoyed for fun.

Really cool attraction, lines do get long but move quickly. I will return and do recommend it.

This has to be the most boring ride in the park, it’s a small world is more fun. I cannot for the life of me figure out how they got a movie out of this ride. It is slow, and hard to follow the story. It’s definitely not worth a long wait in line for this ride. On the up side you can get a good picture from this ride if you plan ahead.

One of the best rides. A family favorite for over 40 years. The Capt Jack Sparrow characters are a nice addition.

One of the good rides in magic kingdom. It’s always crowded here so try to get the fast pass if you can find one. We have done this ride multiple times and it’s enjoyable. Boat ride which goes thru different sections showing pirate adventures and cannon fires. Good for all ages and there is nothing scary for little kids.

Another boat ride in Disney, with approximately a 40-minute wait time. You’ll get a bit wet on this ride! Great!

Legendary ride. The recent updates made to the auction scene make the ride much more modern.No trip to the magic kingdom is complete without Pirates of the Carribean.
