This was so fun to do! Its a must do!

So worth the wait! The raptor trainer was hilarious and so interactive! He was a great actor and made it so fun to take a picture. The raptor will nudge you and put it head on you and it is so fun. Sometimes it will scare you too by roaring! So fun and great pictures!

After a reasonable queue this photo opportunity is a chance to get a picture with Blue from Jurassic World. in case you are wondering, blue is the beta of the velociraptor pack and is easy to spot because... well because she has blue down her side...anyway, unlike going to disneyland and standing next to some sweaty 25 year old college grad dressed as mickey mouse, this (in essence) character spot features a totaly different 25 year old college grad , but this time, it isnt a sweaty one, because this character is animatronic.the suit itself is the same basic thing as the ones seen in shows like walking with dinosaurs or used in youtube pranks by very rich companies, and unlike some stupid mascot this character can actual have expressions. well it can roar. it is a velociraptor. they do that. but its a full, life-sized velociraptor with some pretty darn good onboard electronic making it basically the same as standing with the velociraptors from the kitchen scene in the first film.it is honestly breathtakingly gorgeous. it moves extremely lifelike for the character and, best of all,scares little kids smeggless. what more can you ask for?if i ever return to america i assure you, even though im 17 i will be returning to this. a must see for any fans of animatronics or just the Jurassic franchise in general!

Great family attraction where you can encounter a raptor before taking pictures with it. A good experience and worth the wait which is not that long.

Show was great after the crappy wait. Express pass did us nothing here. Then people cut the line. After the lady working the line told them is was closed for the day.

Some little kids may get scared by this, but for big kids and adults that love dinosaurs or Jurassic park will love this experience.

I went there June 27th, 2018.Blue was awesome. She was very calm and ladylike with me and my friends.When we were there, we were in line and when it was our time, the handlers said that she needed to rest and the next showing would be the last of the day.And when we were about to leave, a Photopass photographer just arrived. And when I asked her if she could take my picture, she said I should wait AGAIN in line, so she could take the picture. I decided no. I have waited for more than 2 showings, roughly more than 35 minutes (20 minutes resting time for Blue and half line of the previous showing)If there were supposed to be a Photopass photographer ther available, shouldnt the photographer be present at every showing?

Had an absolute blast. One of the best meet and greets of any of the Orlando Theme Parks!!!! A must do!!!!

Super long line, we got stuck at the front of the line while they took a break no big deal. It was fun a good photo moment just not worth the wait. If you catch it with no one in the line definitely worth it.

This was great fun. It’s not a ride and it’s not a show. It’s a great photo video opportunity. Be sure to have your smartphone ready to hand over to the very helpful staff. I recommend you have them video the experience. You’ll have a great memory to take home with you. The queue is through a mostly shaded area with fans.

Everybody’s experience could be different and this was mineThe raptor is controlled and it moves, its nice that you are able to take pictures with it, but it also moves as you walk away and it makes you seem as if it is going to bite you, to make you feel like a real experience

YES!This is absolutely brilliant! Its funny to see how people react to the velociraptor! The handlers are great and the photographers are wonderful! Theyll even take pictures for you on your phone.The raptor was great, the experience was well worth it.Definitely get your picture taken with the raptor here!

We weren’t sure what Raptor Encounter was, so we made the mistake of waiting in line for it anyway. Basically it is just a spot to take pictures with the dinosaurs. This really only appeals to small children. That said, the children in line were very excited.

Surprisingly entertaining and worth getting in line to see! The kids are almost always spooked, with a smile!

This was so hilarious. Knowing that thing was moving behind us and nudging us was so hard to take a decent picture. It was exciting how amazing that thing looked! Almost scary!

Its an excellent experience as the dinosaur looks very real and the staff is very helpful taking pictures with your phone if you ask.

Not bad, but no need to actually do it either unless you want your photo with the raptor. Just watch while someone else does it.

Unique experience with a recreated Velociraptor pin styled from the original film. There araptor expert fashioned after Alan Grant leads and meet & greet photo op. The raptor is a full body suit similar the intricate Japanese designed dinosaur suits made famous through YouTube the past few years. The effect is great; mixed with authentic film sound effects and intricate choreography numerous children fled in fear. That alone is worth the look. Photos are taken and sold, but the park provides a dedicated staff member to photograph you with your own camera or phone.

This encounter is super realistic! The dinosaur will try to nip at you if you show fear. Lol. Love this!!!!!

If you have fastpass it will be the best experience of a lifetime. Ive been there 3-4 times. And cant get enough!

Would be 5 stars if costume was higher quality it already had shreds where it moves to much but fun and funny staff make it good for kids

Well worth the wait. You cannot help but react as if it is a real animal even though you KNOW it is a simulation.... or is it???

Let yourself be immersed in the wonderful world of dinosaurs.

They constantly stop for no reason. As a result, a 1 minute photo opp requires a 30-40 minute wait. Worthless.

The raptor encounter is literally a dream come true! There are 4 different raptors in our park and no two experiences are the same!
