I highly recommend this place. Their cookie selection is great and its so easy to order and to customize But their customer service is top notch. I ordered cookies to be delivered to my sons office. I accidentally gave them the wrong address, which became obvious when they attempted the delivery. They were unable to reach me for clarification that day, so they looked up the address of the company, called them to confirm the address and that my son worked there and made the delivery within the specified timeframe. What an amazing company run by professionals who go beyond expectations to meet customer needs.

I was planning a big surprise using a fortune cookie message, and was in a bit of a time crunch of needing the cookies. I reached out to Alicia at Fortune Cookie Factory who was extremely responsive and helpful to my request - going above and beyond to make sure that I received them in time. Not to mention, the cookies looked AMAZING when I received them. Overall, super happy with my experience here - would totally buy again!

Lovely family owned fortune cookie factory. Open Mon-Thurs. Small storefront to buy cookies (exterior in need of updating). They offer tours to see the production. And they can make personalized cookies for weddings, birthdays, graduations. And my favorite is the bag of rejects for $2. Yum!!!

The tour of this tiny factory was actually very cool, and very fun. We got to make our own fortune cookies and see how the fancy ones were made. Ive had many a fortune cookie in my life, and these are some of the few that I think taste delicious.

We decided to check out the Fortune Cookie Factory on a whim while we were across the Bay. SO GLAD we did! The factory is run by an incredible young woman who obviously takes pride in her family business. The cookies are also delicious while boasting now animal by-products, additives, or preservatives. They also do custom orders that are absolutely beautiful! The tour is very short, but informative. That might have been due to there only being me and my partner when they typically book groups. Regardless, the tour was only $2 and I strongly encourage you to support this outstanding family-owned and local landmark.

You can get huge bags of not perfect fortune cookies for a very cheap price. Youll get a mix of the flat ones and formed cookies. Pretty addicting sweet and crispy snack if you have a bag in front of you.

Awesome! I ordered fortune cookies with a personalized message for a surprise for my kids. Ordered on Saturday night, the box arrived by Thursday! And I live on the east coast! And the price was the best I found online - we will definitely be using Oakland Cookie Factory again.

Went in for a big order. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Their website is also easy to use if you want custom stuff done. They also update their cookies seasonally so you always have a reason to stop by.

I went by there tonight and they were about to close and still let us in! We bought some things and they let us into the factory to see how its made even though they were trying to go home! Fantastic cookies. When Im back in town I will definitely visit again!

Watch them make fortune cookies. Write your own messages to go in a cookie. 1 for $1 or 2 for $1.50. Great tasting cookies. The X-rated cookies arent worth it. Theyre PG at best ;)
