What a place to visit. I suggest you do both sides of the falls.it is the oldest state park. You can spend days here and every day is a bit different. My advice is to go here and spend a week.

This was the 2nd time that Ive been to Nigeria falls and had the best time of my life!!!!! The waterfalls are so breath taking. The 1st time that I was there the falls were frozen and that was beautiful also!!!! Cant wait to ride the boat next time!!!!

This place was definitely worth travelling the long way. Simply stunning!

One of the best trips ever! We did an Airbnb, brought our own food and paid for the whole day parking to fully enjoy and save money.We only did the boat ride but it seems like if you have time you should pay for the whole package and do all the activities to get the most of the place.

Nice, modern, knowing people, knew walkable area and farther outside the area for Vineyards and thing.

Niagara falls is always a fun place to visit. Some tourist are rude and will walk and stop in front of you.The Canadian side of the falls has the best views. Clifton Hill is full of family fun wax museums, restaurants, dave and busters, ripleys believe it or not, mini golf, ferris wheel. And it has a great night life with bars and clubs.

It is very clean and quiet. The staff is very friendly.

It was very limited and the parking lot was stupidly over priced when the surrounding lots were a fraction of the price.

Friendly front desk staff who guide you where to go. Had many brochures and magazines you could take with you. A small souvenir store exists, but they are expensive. The stores flanking the nearby Hard Rock Cafe have souvenirs and gift items at lower prices.

Awesome place with supportive staff. Niagara falls USA definitely provides a great view from multiple sides. You can see the falls from a distance of couple of meters. It also has view with colorful lights in the evening.If history interests you, then this place should be in your list. It has a history of mutiple tragedies and bravery to make a note of.

A true wonder of nature. You can ride the boat under the falls and visit the cave for $45, all other things to see and do are free as far as I know.

This place is fabulous, the Wind of the Cave is the best and closest you will get to the falls on the US side.

The views are so nice. These pics are from the American side. I reccomend you go to the Canada side.

Visited this with 2 of my friends.These guy at Visitor Center were very supportive.They not only guided us but also helped to save lot of money by providing vital information.Definitely must visit

We are traveling with a baby, she gave us some helpful advice!Park in visitor center parking lot for all day is $10 including 3 parking lot(close Niagara adventure theater, cave of the winds and south goat island) or can take trolley for $3 each person( have 8 stop, go around every attraction)

Even though it was very crowded the staff were very helpful. Their information was very accurate. I believe this was where we watched a very informational video about some great historic events of Niagra Falls. A must see!!

Helpful and cheery staff will tell you all about the falls from the NY side which is more park-like than the Canada side. The Canada side is definitely a prettier view precisely *because* the NY side isnt as glitzy.Clean restrooms :)

One of the best natural places visited so far!!

Niagara Falls on the American side shows so many natural aspects of the beautiful water runs before they powerfully pour over the falls. Better than the Canada side for nature. Really nice overlooks, trails, picnic park. THANKS TO OFFICER THAT LET US BACK IN U.S. DUE TO THE NEW DRIVERS LICENSES CONFUSION. We didnt have the gold star on our drivers licenses (we had red ones) but he looked us up and saw we had passports in their system and let us cross over.

Convenient parking across from center. Free parking there as long as you are out in 30 minutes. Parking $30 for 24 hrs. Trolley runs through the park but no trolley stop signs! Helpful, responsive staff. Recommended they sell tickets to attractions from there but they dont. Tickets sold at each attraction.

Staff was Fantastic! We had no idea what to do or how to get there and in minutes we were on our way to a self guided tour of all things Niagra Falls. Not to mention the absolutely incredible falls themselves. THANK YOU REBECCA! your instructions were spot on!

For information about the park and other things this is the place to go! Staff is friendly and very helpful. You can get a New York state road map also very helpful! You can get a map of estate park also very helpful!

Staff was not friendly but the brochures were very informative.

Its purely beautiful and get breakfast @ the red roof inn. Order the french toast it taste wonderful.

The lady working when we walked in Saturday (in the winter) looking for a place to eat hand illustrated a bunch of awesome, open choices for us on maps, made a recommendation which we took and we were so pleased with. Ive been in a lot of visitor centers but this is the by far the most helpful and friendly one so far! Thanks so much!!$

Went there for my first time several years ago and try to go back every year or every other year !! Usually stay at the Hyatt Place and than soak up the beauty of the falls after !! Everyone should go !!

The staff here is so friendly! I stopped her briefly on the way to the Canadian side. They didnt have much as far as souvenirs, but they did have a few things. If you are looking for more informetion, a sweatshirts (or similar item), or first stop on the way to the falls, it might be for you. Id you dont need any of those things, I would ignore this one and head for shops closer to the falls themselves. It wasnt bad, it just didnt have what I was looking for.

Everything was good except visitor center park operator rude lady Kimmie.. talking to other employees and not paying attention when i asked about some information and rudely replied my question. All other staffs at cave of wind ticket counters and maid of the mist staff were nice

DO NOT buy the discovery pass! Just a travelers’ trap. The lady that sold me the pass gave me a trolly ticket and told me it valid for ONE day, but she did not make it clear WHICH day. I save it for the next day then I was told by the driver the ticket was valid only on the day you get it. And the website doesn’t make clear either. And the aquarium is very small with terrible living conditions for the animals, especially for the seals.

So much helpful info! Stopping here first really maximized our time at the park. Great souvenir shop too.

They were very helpful in pointing us the direction of where the Niagra Falls tour was. We were able to find parking in the parking lot right across the street. It was very convenient so that we found our way to the information desk.

It is a great centre with details and brochures of all attractions in Niagara. The staff here was more than happy to guide us with all the finer details we enquired . Overall a great service for the tourists visiting Niagara. Dont miss getting some guidance here.

The lovely lady that helped me here was so accurate and honest. She told me about the best parking and which attractions were the bees knees. She wasnt selling me anything, it felt as of she couldnt care less whether I went to the park or not, as long as I was well informed.The bathrooms were clean and the building had a piano outside which is beautiful, in and of itself.

Great place to get your bearings of the area, clean restrooms, friendly officers/attendants. Lots of information and souvenirs available.

This place was a hit. Staff have excellent suggestions/literature which made our tour successful. Located in accessible area with free parking across the street. Handicap accessible and clean restrooms. A must start for your tour. Worth the time.

Niagara Falls is still a great place to visit in spite of showing its age a bit. Definitely a tourist trappy kind of place so try to get a little bit away from downtown to get the real local experience.

It’s Niagara Falls nothing but Amazing place..visitor Center has plenty of helpful people to help you around.

Stores luggage until only 4:30 and they have cleverly not mentioned this on the website.

Pretty standard fare for a visitors center. A few souvenirs (coffee cups, t-shirts, hoodies and the like), maps and literature of things to do in Niagara Falls, and the surrounding area. Staff seemed helpful and friendly. Overall, not a bad place to stop if you dont know what else to do besides visit the Falls

We got the package deal AT THE PARK. This included all Park attractions, including Maid Of The Mist, all day riding of the trolley, on-off with NO restrictions! AND ALL State Park Attractions! We arrived early, spent the day, and had the time of our lives!Word of advice:. Park IN the park. They have three lots to choose from and $10 gets you ALL DAY PARKING! That may not sound like a bargain, but if you park at the Official Niagara Falls Information Center in town (First & Rainbow streets) that will cost you $25 for one day, AND youll still have to walk three blocks to the park.But no matter what, this is a MUST-SEE for everyone that can manage it!
