Such a thought provoking place, installed on the wall of Firehouse 10, still an operational firehouse

The guys were super friendly... they were amazed that we came from so far baring tokens We need to show these heroes more love, they risk their lives daily to save ours...

Lets not forget.

The memorial is an incredible tribute to the 911 attack. It has captured the soul and essence of all that perished on that tragic day.A lot of planning and design went in to preserve this beautiful sight. There are many kiosks around with individuals that have explanation to any questions you may have

I did not know this was here until I happened across it, but it is a beautifully rendered and poignant memorial to the courageous rescue workers of September 11. Very close to the World Trade Center site and worth a visit.

Looking at the photos of the brave people brought tears to my eyes

Must see sight for anyone visiting the sites. Only one problem though...Too many people smiling for selfies here. Need to be reminded to all visitors...This is a memorial, show some respect for those who lost their lives just doing their job.

Good to see a real tribute showing how it was at the place it happened saddening but respectful it everyones duty to pay respect

An excellent and fitting memorial for the firefighters of 911.

Consistently great. We had ahi tuna (rare), crispy-skin chicken, and am awesome steak last night, all were perfect.

Such a tearful & beautiful thing to go & do with your loved one. It makes you really think about what happened that day and everything they had to go through. Its just so sad when you think about it.

Very awesome tribute!! Definitely worth the short walk from the Memorial. The two times I have been there, there is a guy that tells the story of what happened that day while cleaning the wall. He is very knowledgeable and can answer any question you have about NY or 9/11, so give him and the memorial a moment of your time.

After a powerful and moving visit to the 9/11 memorial and museum a short walk takes you to the smaller but still moving artwork that depicts the sacrifices made by the NYFD on that day beautifully rendered in brass

Got there at 7:30 am. No one was around. Very peaceful and tranquil

Makes me cry every time I pass it. After all these years, I get terribly upset whenever I am near the Memorial. God bless America, God bless our troops and God bless the men and women who lost their lives on 9/11

Worth a visit if you are at the 9/11 memorial. When I visited in april 2015 with my mother, there was a gentlemen polishing the wall and was telling everyone about it and 9/11. It was very nicely done.
