This was a fantastic experience.Parking: my advice is to purchase parking in advance. Go online and reserve your spot there. It’s cheaper.Dinner: all the restaurants were booked out in advance. Do not be afraid to try the not so popular ones. Check google for suggestions and reviews. The Theater: I am not a fussy theatre goer so in my opinion, all the seats were “great locations.” (see the pictures below.) According to the theater, location where we were seated were the best spots. We had an excellent view. However, it’s up to you. I would’ve settled for a cheaper seat because I can see the show pretty well from anywhere.Overall, the show, The Lion King, was outstanding. The costumes and actors were just great. I recommend this theater and show to all.

The Lion King was a breath taking performance. All of the performers were beyond amazing. So much talent & so much beauty! This was something that was on my to do list since I was a little girl. I brought my husband here for his birthday and he absolutely loved it. It was an honor to be able to witness such an amazing master piece. Every single detail of this play was amazing. I will definitely come back again with my family. Coming to see this show is a MUST.My only complaint was that they were letting people in 38 minutes into the show which obstructed the view for those of us who got there on time. I have been to minor events where you’re not allowed to come in after the show stars. I would have thought the same standards would be held for this master piece. That was my only disappointment during my visit. Maybe the theater management could consider not allowing people in after a certain time as its extremely disrespectful for the performers and also for those who made it a priority to get to the play on time.

Nice theatre, I would advise you to arrive a little before even if you have tickets because the lineup can be quite long. The Lion King is definitely a must see, the costumes are incredible. It helps if youve seen the movie first, it was nice to see how they reproduced almost all the scenes

Beautiful theater, right on Times Square and the long time location of the Lion King. The entrance was impressive, and the theater is beautiful. Why the four stars? Im average and the seats are super tight. Like rotate your body to give your wife one extra inch of space and then hope you dont drop anything because you cant reach it tight.

My wife and I saw the Lion King here in 2019. The show was fantastic and the theater was clean and orderly. There were many employees positioned to help us get to our seats. We sat in the front row of the Mezzanine offset to the right a little bit. Row A, Seats 135 - 136. We had a great view of everything. Very satisfied with our seats and the performance.

I loved this place! I went with Family to see The Lion King on Broadway. The beauty of this theater and the friendly, helpful, accommodating staff was a great compliment to the great show inside. There were so many photo ops! From the posters of past shows to the glorious staircase leading up to the theater. I spent way too much on souvenirs and I dont regret a single penny! Amazing 10/10 Ive never seen a production set come alive like that of the Lion King. This just blew us away. There are literally no bad seats in this theatre, its only a matter of how comfortable you are sitting nearer or further. Awesome theater, with orchestra, band and percussionists. Beautiful state of the art experience.

We were dazzled by everything from the marquee, to the posters on the wall that paid homage to past shows. I spent way too much on souvenirs but it was well worth it. There were just so many photo ops! This beautiful theater was a very regal compliment to the fabulous show performed on its stage... WE LOVED IT!

Staff was absolutely amazing here! One, I took my mother to see a show here. She has a difficult time walking. As soon as the person at the door saw that, she directed us to the nearest elevator. It is easily accessible for those with wheelchairs and canes. Second, rows were spacious and seats were very comfortable. There were plenty of bathrooms and barely a line. Also, the sound in this theatre travelled beautiful.

Excellent, excellent theatre. Without question, one of the roomier theaters, with the architecture being such that any seat in the house is a good seat (and we were in the very last row, mezzanine, dead center). And of course, the Lion King is simply incredible. I havent seen many Broadway shows but, this undoubtedly ranks in the top two! WOW!!!

A great theatre and mostly well organised. My only critique is we were told doors open at 12 but we got there on time and were one of the first few patrons through the door. We reached the Mezzanine level as instructed and the lady on the door was very snippy and said that the doors do not open until 12:30 which is fine but I did not appreciate her tone. A few other patrons came through and the attitude continued as well. Eventually we made a line on our own to await 12:30 but I really feel that if this happens regularly a sign at the mezzanine level might be worthwhile so that patrons can have the knowledge and so that the staff wont be so grumpy.

Great theater and lion king show was amazing. The seats were comfortable, box office line moved quickly and efficient entering and leaving show. Do be aware the left and right inner isle seats in the orchestra seating have railings starting about ten rows from stage. So your isle seat is a good view but you are stuck as you have to exit the row on the opposite side. It is this way due to show activity in the aisles.

We saw the Lion King Musical and I can confidently say after seeing many Broadway Shows that this theatre is the best by far. There is ample room in each seat, the venue itself is relatively large for a Broadway show and it doesn’t feel as if you’re cramped. The view onto Times Square as you go up the first set of escalators is spectacular. The bathrooms are clean and modern and each level of the building has its own set of escalators. The only thing I might think of negatively is the price of concessions and merchandise (there are alcoholic drinks available) but it is run by Disney so it makes sense as to why it would all be so expensive.

We went to see Lion King and got in line about 20 minutes for the doors opened. My wife needs a hip replacement so she uses a cane to help her walk. We were in line less than 5 minutes when one of the theater staff comes and offers for my wife and I to come inside so she wont need to stay outside in the cold. Shortly before they opened the doors, the staff let my wife and I head upstairs. This was incredible! While she can walk ok with the cane, she is slower than normal so it was nice to be able for her to move at her own pace. Once we got in, another staff member directed my wife to a bench where she could sit until the theater doors open. The theater itself is gorgeous and well maintained. The refreshment bar has the standard theater fair but also had special theme drinks to go along with the show. After the show was over, we headed over to the escalators, which were turned off (as is normal for most venues) and my wife said she wanted to wait until the end so she could take her time going down. Within a minute or two of standing there, an employee noticed my wife and asked if she needed help. We told her we were going to wait at which point she called to another employee who took us around the other side of the theater to the elevator.Even if no one acknowledged us, we would have had a great time. The fact the staff was aware of people needing assistance and took the time to help them only made it that much better. Kudos to an amazing staff!!
