An outstanding movie place! I am 100% satisfied and contented customer here! Their people were very helpful, accommodating, and polite. Awesome theater, elegant. The staff are gracious and courteous, always with a smile on their face. I love that they offer reserved tickets and seating. The seat were recliners and very comfortable. The sound system was out of this world. Highly recommend this beautiful theatre and Im planning to go again.

This movie theater is fantastic. Best seats, best screens, best sound. But you definitely pay for it! This theater has one of the highest ticket prices. On the plus side, the Regal Battery Park NY usually has a wide variety of movies to choose from, including some movies that are not shown in other theaters.

The best movie theater in New York City. Its absolutely worth the trip from outer boroughs. You cant beat the combination of ambiance, comfortable seating, and value. I was devastated to hear that Regal might close all of its U.S. locations. Moviegoing wouldnt be the same without this theater. Support this location when/if it reopens!

My boyfriends friend said, This place is pure class as we entered the theater and took our seats to see Up. I couldnt agree with this statement more. The crowd at this theater was awesome as well. The interior is really beautiful and intricate. This is the kind of theater that attracts hardcore film fans. Theres even an organist who gets the evening started before the film starts

For the finer things in life expect only the best when viewing new movie releases. I love the way the entire movie complex is well hidden from the general population and how it provides an added flair of luxury with the spacing between seats. Each theater space has its own individual staff manager for assistance. The bathroom is clean, clean, clean. There is an elevator and escalator for accessibility and alotted space in the theater as well. This experience is way above a typical movie house.Caution: There may be upscale community events also taking place at this Regal Cinemas location that gives even more pleasurable flavor.The staff is most helpful beyond measure. Love, love it, love it!

I made a stop at the Regal Battery Park today to see Michael Moores film, Where to Invade Next. I enjoyed the film, but did not like the price payed to see it ($17!). The Regal Battery Park is a nice place to see a film and I enjoy viewing the costumes displayed in the lobby and visiting their gift shop, but I believe they charge too hefty of a price to see a movie.

One of my favorite places to see a movie in the city. Super convenient (not only because I live a block away). All auditoriums have stadium seating with electrically controlled/reclining leather lounge chairs. You can choose (and reserve) your seat in advance. Standard movie concessions (with occasional long lines/slow service).

This is the only movie theather worth going to in nyc. It was the best hidden gem for years until people caught on. If after covid they decide to close this theather I am done with regal. Its the only regal theather I go to.

Love this theater! I’m willing to wait however long it takes for a movie to come to this theater. It’s very comfortable and what I consider a “hidden gem”. One of those places that only a local would know or if you’re in the area and search google. The reclining seats are the best! Usually very clean. Only issue is the fact that Regals are no longer working with Atom and you can’t order your snacks before arriving, otherwise great place.

Clean, fun, central theater spot with pre-purchased ticket seating. Been here a dozen times and it’s smoothly run and meets the expectations for a good movie theater. We go early to a lot of kids films and it’s family friendly. Great location for afterward to go see the water or hit the playground.

The Regal Cinemas at Battery Park is a great theater in a great location. It is located just outside of the Brookfield Place mall, close to several restaurants, and has great access to public transportation as well as a bike and walking path. The theater is located 3 escalator flights up from the ground floor but the trip up is worth it. The seats are huge recliners and incredibly comfortable. They also have small tables on each seat for food and drinks. This is the best theater in NYC for the price.

I gave 5 stars because its Regal Cinema.on the minus side: a little hard to find if not for Google Maps. Regal could use better signage for 1st timers, like myself, to spot it quicker.all 11 auditoriums have very comfortable reclining chairs with attached tray tables. & on this day it was pretty much quite so i enjoyed it even more. i definitely have to return in the future.both lobbies are most spacious & there are comfortable chairs where you can sit in between films. i have been to many other Regals where there are very, very few places to sit while waiting either due to my early arrival for the 1st showtime of the day; or im waiting for the next feature to start.friendly staff; very clean; well maintained cinema.i definitely need to revisit this locale...

The thing I love about this theater is that it is never overcrowded. Cant find tickets for that movie that just came out? Try this theater. It is also cleaner than most of the other city theaters as well. It has a funky entry though, as you enter the lobby at a hotel then you take a series of escalators up. Recommend getting those reclining seats. Those things are awesome, and you can pick where you sit so no rushing and pushing for good seats.

When you want to go to a movie in a wonderful, uncrowded hidden movie theater with exceptional seating, go here! Ive been going here since they opened and wont go to see a movie anywhere else! Another tip-- my son is 21 now, but when he was a baby, it was easy to catch a lunchtime weekday movie with him in an empty theater. It kept me sane.

There are many movie theaters in the city but this is one is my favorite. The staff is always nice and the rooms are clean all the time.

Thought I met my dream woman here. Upon turning back for her after leaving the building; out of a sense of familiarity, I walked pass her as she came across the Conrad lobby down the stairs. As we passed I kept walking and halted myself once I thought my presence was out of view. To my surprise, there she was already about-faced looking me right in my eyes. I knew I saw her somewhere before but was more focused on the fact that she was alone. Upon speaking with her, she appeared to deceive, a lot. Idk maybe she was telling the truth about not knowing there was a theatre upstairs, and asking me if I was visiting too, but I recall seeing this woman right down at the shake shack about awhile before this night. She was a resident of New York. I still think about this peculiar encounter till this day. Although that night I walked away from her on account of my analytical deduction co concluding dishonesty. As I walked back up the stairs to get to the other side where I would then go to myRide home, I stopped and looked back again.. idk why. So did she. And we stared at each other with eyes locked again. I was at the theatre alone, by preference and this kinda night happened. Since I live a life of solitude by choice, you could imagine I never forgot this day. Humans & pets alike are always giving me incredible experiences. Probably if I slept around and dated all the time this would have had no meaning, but I can still remember it vividly as July 19th 2018 at approximately 12:40 A.M. It’s annoying and a flash of it a day won’t go away. I’m grateful to this theatre for all the very, very good experiences it has given me. There’s a smile on someone’s face whether they be staff or customer whenever I visit. Even met people who are current friends till this day. My advice? You don’t need a date ladies and gentleman. Treat yourself to a film and head on home. Loved it, the city needed this so bad. I love watching movies and most of the theaters are so in need for an upgrade. This one is amazing, recliner leather seats, tray table to put your food and drink on. Super luxurious. So glad they did this.In these times where most people stream things online rather than go to the theatre and pay money. Im glad someone is doing the right thing by offering upgraded experience.Wishing Regal the best in business. May you flourish so people like me have an amazing place to go to.

Just a short walk from my residence is the Conrad Hotel. I was looking for the Regal when I realized it was located inside the hotel. Up three flights of escalators and I was in a movie theater with multiple screens. I went to see Judy, which deserves its own excellent review. It was a weekday afternoon and I picked the first seat and ultimately sat in the theater with one couple. The seats are so comfy, plush recliners and although I didn’t need the desk style swivel attached table, I could see they could be useful if I wanted to. Lots of good previews, comfort and convenience promises my return.

Used to love this Regal spot before I switched to AMC theatre chain because they offer good deals (paying 25$ a month for watching up to 3 movies every week-not bad). The theatre is build in a really really nice and beautiful (+smelling extremely good) hotel. Comfortable chairs but greatly little amount of screenings (they run like only 8-10 movies a month, sometimes it seems this way).

Walking into the place with my friends we were lost thankfully we had someone direct is as the movies were two more flights up. Overall a very beautiful place to see a movie at any given day. Seats were recliner and I suggest buying your snacks once you enter cause the second floor concession stand wasnt open when I visited.

Very comfortable movie theater, they have big recliner couches en every room and there is ton of space between rows, also the rooms are rather small which for me is perfect. This place is not too busy and you can almost always find last minute tickets. The only negative point is the counter where they sell popcorn and goodies, they have one in each floor but only one works, and it can get busy sometimes.

I’m an unlimited member. Very expensive popcorn and drinks. Seats are layback recliner which is awesome and always clean.

Have always enjoyed my movie watching here, tho its been a minute. Never had an issue, the staff was always efficient N the restrooms were clean. If i revisit soon i will update review/rating if necessary.

This is the best national brand theater in the city. Recliner seats, clean and roomy. Close to Brookfield center which has a great food court on the second floor with tons of options.

Follow the signs and you’ll find the cinema! We’ve been wanting to go see a movie that was supposed to be on screen at 2:40 pm (according to the internet). When we arrived we were told that there was no such movie at 2:40pm. We were disappointed and left. I don’t know what went wrong...:/Apart from that: the cinema looked very clean and comfy and I definitely want to come back to actually see a movie. The guy at the counter was nice.

Its great to have a cinema in our back yard. We enjoy being able to grab a movie as a family or date night, dinner and a movie. All the latest movies, all the ad ons can make it pricey.

I really hate to give this place one star, but after the experience I had with the manager Arturo and Will Cintron I never want to return to the Battery Park location ever again. I have never been treated so poorly and honestly it was the first time in my life where I experienced discrimination. These two lack customer service and are not fit to be managers. I suggest they buy a few development books or take workshops. I am 100% positive that they would not like to be treated the way they treated me. I do recommend this theater for cleanliness, recliner seats, but hopefully you do not have to deal with Arturo or Will. It is not worth spending your money somewhere it is not appreciated.

Found another theater I love. Very clean, well kept and so quiet. Love the views from the windows and I love the area period. The seats are comfy and yup reclines all the way back, plus trays. Take a visit then after your movie take a walk. Worth it

Movie was great, unfortunately the theater was way too hot (felt like 80 degrees or more) and the most of the stalls in the bathroom were out of toilet paper. Maybe if Id worn a tank top in December, I might have been more comfortable going there.

I love the reserved seating here. This theater is somewhat off the beaten path, so tickets to special screenings here dont sell out as fast. The seats recline, heat up if the room gets chilly, and there is a tray for snacks and a drink.

Too loud! Three hours later my ears are still ringing. There is a difference between big cinema sound, and ear splitting. For anyone who needs to protect their hearing, you have been warned.

For starters this Regal is at a great location! So many places to eat & drink & truly a scenic neighborhood. The theatre itself is pretty large and always has multiple showings. Its a great place even if you get there early. You can play some arcade games while you wait for your movie. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Nice comfortable seats, but for some strange reason, we had to wait with a dark screen for about 10mins before the movie actually started.

Was a great theater experience. My popcorn was from bottom of batch so that wasnt enjoyable and the line for ladies restroom was way long after movie. The candy machine was all sold out. But because the movie was great... I was satisfied. Joker.

Always clean, spacious, and convenient. A little shopping at Brookfield, perhaps some ice skating, or walk along the river, dinner at a myriad of good yet pricey restaurants, then a good movie here make for a perfect day for families or couples!

I really like this place. It has a very futuristic Interieur and the seats inside are just so comfortable. The sound was great and everything went excellent.

My family and I love this theater. The reclining seats are comfortable and help enrich the movie experience. Coupled with the sound system we can’t say there is a bad seat in the house. This theater is also perfect for kids. The chairs were comfy and the pricing was reasonable. I had a pizza and some popcorn when I went and they were pretty decent too.

Best movie theater in Manhattan. The snacks/food bar isn’t the best. But... the cleanliness is worth it.

This is the go to movie theater for my bf and me. The main reasons for this are the ability to reserve seats and that the seats are reclining. The only thing that takes away from it being 5 stars is the long line at the concession stand. Often times, there are only 2 people taking the orders and maybe 2 additional people getting the food. Last time, it took more than 15 minutes to get our snacks.

Went to see a one-night only event and they started the film 30 minutes late with the playback picking up in the middle of the film. They rewinded to earlier in the film (not the beginning) before letting it play for 10 minutes. They eventually rewinded to the beginning but not to the point of the special content that was attached to the film. There were no managers present nor were there any reasons given to why there was a lackluster experience. This is definitely a no-frills theater.

The quality of the sound system and the reclining chairs made the movie a very enjoyable experience. One of the best movie theaters that I have been in.

I love this theater. Its new, and theres no marquee, so Im not sure people even know its there. Until that happens, i enjoy the relatively crowd free experience here.Expensive tickets, unless you opt for the $24 Unlimited monthly plan.

This place is a hidden gem. A lot of people dont know it exists. You have to take an elevator in the hotel so its really not obvious that it is a movie theater.It is my favorite movie theater and they have very comfortable seats. Everyone is very nice that works there.The area is also great for dinning after the movie. There are a ton of places to go. The mall across the street is unbelievable.

This is one of my favorite theaters for coming to the movies. The seats are fully recline, and you could pick your seat out in advance. The theater is located right on the water, right above a shake shack in a bunch of restaurants including the barbecue place called blue smoke as well. Overall it’s a great theater, and always has a lot of different showtimes. Very large and covers many floors.

This movie theatre is low-key and you can often catch a movie with a small crowd.

One of the better movie theaters in Manhattan. The place is new, modern, and spacious, and those reclining seats that are all rave really add to a pleasant viewing experience. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. Well definitely visit more often now that we know this place exists.

This is my only movie theater. I mean, go to others, but they dont compare. All of the seats recline. All of the seats are perfect. All of the theaters are in good shape. And in NYC, that is unheard of. The concessions stand isnt always excellent, but theres a Shake Shack downstairs for that.

This is a beautiful scenery, has bars, theater, hotel room.s, and other nice places to good in there.

I saw a listing for this on Google Maps but had way too much trouble actually finding it. There arent any signs; its in a building marked CONRAD. Once you walk in to CONRAD there are some tiny signs directing you to go up three floors, but by the time I found it my movie had already started, so I gave up and went home.

Extremely comfortable and spacious seats. Everything I expect in a modern urban theater and the prices were quite reasonable for New York.My only complaint was that they made a big deal about assigned seat locations. My son-in-law had purchased his ticket a few days ago on an app. Since I came with him today we wanted to get me a ticket for the seat beside his. The cashier said the seat beside his was already taken so hed have to move back one row for us to sit together, but since he couldnt handle that procedure he called his manager. Together they played with the computer for a while, generally putzing around for over 5 minutes, and eventually stumbled onto the correct combination of buttons to complete the transaction. Then, when we got inside, we saw that there were only 4 other people in the entire 200 seat auditorium. The whole process of assigning seats and making a big deal about changing them struck me as basically stupid for an almost empty theater. It felt almost as bureaucratic as the drivers license office.

Everything was great , and i enjoyed my movie, but guadalupe has got to be more upbeat and less miserably akward. She was tired we all know it but she had one of the biggest attitudes ever and was not welcoming one single bit.

The owner is Kool See what you guys can do,(see if you can have a room for them), so you dont have have to turn away customers for having a skateboard/bike

Better than average movie theater. Comfortable reclining seats. Reserved seating. Clean and well kept. Went to see the Dark Phoenix on this occasion; one up escalator was broken and movie attendant forgot to turn off lights when movie started.... hence, the four star review.

Im not from Manhattan so it seemed a bit expensive, oh HOPE YOU LIKE ESCALATORS! cause you need to ride at least 4 to get to the movie theater floor!

My favorite movie theater so far! Love the idea of recliner seats! So comfy and cozy! The food selection isn’t as healthy though, so, if you try to eat well, this isn’t your option. That’s why I’m taking away one star. Wish they offered fruit smoothies and healthy veggie salads.

This is my second time being in this theater and its clean and have never had a bad experience . They clean up the theater every time they have a new show. I came in really early and was a huge mess!! But then they cleaned it . Good as new ! Amazing theater

Honestly, this is my favorite cinema. Ive been visiting this Theater for more than 6 years. The staff is very friendly they make you feel at home and the place is always clean and organized. Personally I liked it more back then, when I didn’t have to reserve tickets. Now I have to buy an online ticket to be able to take the best place. But I understand it’s something necessary In order to better organize people.

Best movie theater to go with recliner chairs. On hot days I like to come here have a solo movie night out. People who come here are very respectful: dont talk or text during movie time.

This theater had a very friendly staff. The refreshment stand was clean and the server was pleasant.The recliners are in excellent working order, the sound system was good and you can get a great view from the back! Check out The Irish hunger monument its down the block, very interesting place.

My favorite movie theaters to go to in Manhattan. Have come here for multiple opening day/night showings of movies, and it’s great. Never too crowded, usually able to get a ticket for popular shows in advance after more popular theaters sell out, and there are several good surrounding restaurants to go to beforehand. Have had pleasant experiences with the staff as well, always my first choice theater if it’s not too out of my way!

This was my first time here and and the seating was really nice. The theater and restrooms were nice and clean and the concession stand had a nice selection. Many of the theaters I go to now serve real food and the throw back theater goodies were a nice treat. Will def be back.
