First time here. My boyfriend supervised me for a date night. This is a very upgraded theater experience. You feel like youre actually watching the movie at home comfortable in your living room as we sat at the top you feel like youre in your own personal pot/ bubble. The staff are very friendly and attentive. I ordered the shrimp tacos they were decent I mean of course Ive had better but wasnt terrible my boyfriend had the chicken quesadilla and that was pretty good as well. I didnt order any alcohol.I love how they give you free popcorn I didnt even know that in the popcorn actually was perfectly buttered so that was excellent. They also have amazing art murals all over the theater. You can get really great pictures which we did. I definitely will be returning.

One of my favorite movie theaters. Its in a great location near the river with a beautiful view of the bridges. It has good service, comfortable chairs, and a nice little bar at the top of the building. Definitely worth the experience.

Worth the money get the premium seats with unlimited popcorn. (ask for your own butter and salt they dont add it) those seats seclude you from other guests. Service was good too. Even the location makes a good date night.

This movie theatre is very cool. We came here on a late Sunday afternoon and really enjoyed seeing a movie here with comfortable reclining seats and waitress service. We had the mac and cheese croquettes and they were pretty good!! Will definitely come back again!

Hands down, the BEST movie theater I ever been to! The first movie I saw at this movie theater was, “IT: Chapter 2” & the experience was phenomenal. The comfort level, hygiene of the place, food & drinks definitely exceeded my expectations.The noise level is quiet. It’s not packed like every other movie theater. The seating is super comfortable. They provide you with blankets & pillows. Depending on where you’re seated, you get restaurant styled customer service where they bring you your food & drinks. The food & drinks are extremely delicious!I actually had spilled a whole pint of liquor by accident because it was dark so I didn’t realize that there was a cup on the top of the pitcher. I thought there would’ve been a lid so when I picked it up, the pitcher was lifted but then fell, causing the drink to spill all over. I felt so ashamed & embarrassed. I apologized like 100 times. They were sweet enough not to charge me for the pitcher filled with alcohol even though I told them that they had every right to charge me but they insisted that they wouldn’t do such a thing. This is a prime example of EXCELLENT customer service skills where the employees literally went above & beyond!Thank you guys for such an amazing experience. This is my go to for movies from now on.

After reading the mixed reviews on here, I was apprehensive to say the least!Upon entering the theatre on a Wednesday around 2:30pm, we were greeted by 2 employees, 1 being the Manager. We had purchased our tickets online & were looking to pick them up. The ticket clerk was very nice & even inquired if we would like to change our seats, since a few were open. Turns out their website inaccurately displayed 1 Premium Plus seat (Pod) in the Handicap Accessible Section, so we chose a Pod seat from the next section above. The Manager offered to show us the theatre layout, before we committed on a section & gave us a tour, including their upstairs restaurant- The Tuck Room, which is also a participant for NYC Restaurant Week.The Pods are electronic recliner seats that come with a plush blanket & pillow, along with full table service & unlimited popcorn; well worth the splurge! Theres a little blue button you can press to call for an attendant & we didnt find it to be intrusive or distracting from the movie, at all. Service was also very friendly.We had placed our order during the coming attraction trailers & it arrived in the first few minutes of the movie.Everything we ordered was delicious, NYC restaurant quality!The only con I can think of would be the slow service for drink refills.

Great movie theater, i’ve been coming back here couple of times, and honestly i can’t go to other movie theaters anymore after trying this, they have raised the bar so high.Although it is a little pricey, around $30 per person, with it comes complimentary popcorn, and you can order food from your seat (adjustable seat ), and they have a great menu and the food is great although again a little pricey, but for the experience that you get it’s not bad.Love the truffle fries and the burgers.Highly recommend it.Hope these pictures help.Take your special one here :)

This place is freaking awesome!!Amazing service, food and drinks!Live music too upstairs in the bar/restaurant!We paid for the premium booth and the seats are so comfy!! The added blanket and cushion just make it that bit better!Let alone the table service you get whilst watching a film!So $60 for 2 tickets I would say is very worth it!!My only issue was trying to get tickets.Being from the UK I couldnt use their website to do so, as it wouldnt let me use my local phone number.Even working around that the site kept declining my card.Emailing their customer service got me so far, as to the actual manager of the cinema itself. Sadly at that point he didnt seem it worth a reply to my questions.In the end I rang the cinema and finally got somewhere with them and booked tickets!And Im glad I kept pursuing this too. As it was an amazing experience minus the manager not having decency to reply to a email.

My favorite movie theater in New York City. The place is beautiful, quiet, and clean. You can lay down and enjoy your movie with others people. The area is magical by night.Even if Im always surprised by the price of the movie ticket (17$ TO 28$ against 11€ in Paris)Cant wait to come back !

Depending on your seats, there are servers who will take your food/drink orders and bring it to you so you dont have to miss anything. Just a simple touch of a button. Certain seats will include complimentary popcorn, button for ordering, blankets and pillows and fully reclinable chairs. I took off one star because there are no bathrooms at all so you have to go upstairs through the Tuck Room, past their bar, just for the bathroom...

I have seen several movies at the Futon iPic and always had a great experience. The staff has always been very helpful and polite. The food and drinks are great. With the Premium & Premium Plus recliners there isnt a bad seat in the house.Tips:* Order tickets from their app. The electronic tickets are fast and easy.* The restrooms are on the 3rd floor in The Tuck Bar. The bar has a very relaxed vibe and is a nice place to grab a drink before or after your movie.* Premium Plus Seating. There is a call button on the table and I suggest hitting it asap and at least get a drink order in. The wait staff is great and can get very busy so its easier to use the button than having them guess when you are ready to order.* The lounges in the front row are nice but keep in mind that you will be lounging through the whole movie.* The cocktails are great. You can order a single cocktail or a shaker. I do disagree with the shaker being large enough to split between two people if you want more than one drink. (Added picture for an example).

Super expensive, but well worth it. I went alone, which I wouldnt recommend for this kind of theater. But I had a great time. Food was good, free popcorn is cool, being waited on as you watch a movie is a wonderful innovation

Go to the movies in style. Theater seats are comfortable. The food is good. Liked the buffalo chicken spring rolls. The drinks are fine. Great to be able to dine & see a movie at the same time.

Reviews seemed to be mixed on this so I wasn’t expecting much, but it was actually pretty good. Theater was clean, seats worked, waitress was attentive, food was pretty good, people behaved. Overall a good experience, just a bit pricey to see a movie.

Great Ipic. Blows the North Miami ( North Miami Ipic is THE WORST Ipic in the world and one of rhe worst theaters in the world ) love the use of space at this Ipic..reminds me of the one in Maryland !

The snacks and food are excellent...however the mixers for the drinks ehhhhh are not so good... some drink are a little spicy or bitter... it would be nice if they brought in better mixers for the drinks... the mule drinks are too gingery or spiced...... just saying... But overall love the V.I.P seats and everything else

I’ve been a member since 2016. I’m currently a platinum member. So I am a huge movie buff. Needless to say the #1 reason why I go here is it’s am incredible movie experience. I sit in the pods at the NYC location. I do t have to worry about people getting up and and down. Nobody walking past me while the movie is going on. They bring my food to my seat and the unlimited popcorn throughout the whole movie just does it for me. Yes the ticket is $30, but for a reclining leather seat, a pillow, blanket, cup holder and a waiter.....you can’t go wrong. And as a platinum member there is always sparkling water waiting for me at my seat when I arrive. The free birthday ticket is also amazing. If the movie isn’t showing at an IPic I’m not going. And I’ve been to the IPIC is California as well. They didn’t have the pods so I wasn’t that happy. But the service was great.

I really like this theater and wanted to give 5 stars but took off a star for two reasons. One is that the bathroom location is on the restaurant on another floor. Not sure if there are other bathrooms but that is where we were directed and luckily I got there before the line started to form. Secondly, I got the seats in the first row which looked really comfortable and not too close to the screen but it was in fact uncomfortably close and since I was not in the center I had to turn my neck to one side and up the whole 2 hours. I would not book that front portion of the theater but I would return.

It’s not a cheap theater, just so you know!Tickets range from 20$ to 34$ but it’s so worth it! The space is new and clean, bathrooms are amazing and they have a restaurant on the third level.Seats are reclining and very comfy!

Ipic theaters are probably my favorite theaters in the world, and this one is no exception. A bit pricey, sure, but the experience you get is unsurpassed. Comfortable, fully reclining chairs with a clean blanket and pillow, set up in pairs and separated from the others, that make you feel like you are home in your own living room - only with a bigger, better screen and excellent audio. You can also order food and drinks (good ones!) right from the seat, and get them delivered there. A must try.

Food is good and reasonably priced. Prompt service to the table. Comfy seats and blankets.They have a full dinner menu with entrees before 11pm.Last call to order food is midnight. They have a great selection of wine,spirits,beer, and cocktails. They have great sweets even including a keto cheesecake yummy.

In my estimation, iPic is a far superior movie experience to every other movie theater chain. From the moment you walk up to the theater to when you are leaving the theater, the customer service is unbeatable. Greeted by every staff member you walk past, service comparable to a high-end, 5-star hotel/restaurant. The Tuck Rooms ambiance completes the movie night experience. I dont want to see a movie any where else, ever again. My husbands expression on his first visit says it all.

I bought the VIP premium pod seats and I’m not really sure what the $64.00 price tag is for. This theater is named an up-scale luxury theater, but as someone else said in another review the experience was very regular.The pillow and blanket is conceptually a nice idea but how often are these blankets washed. I arrived early to my movie and walked in on them cleaning after the last showing and did not see anyone replace the blanket and pillow. Are these items recycled all day throughout showings without being washed after previously used?I expected at the least the food to be exceptional, but it was mediocre bar food at best. My boyfriend ordered the chicken spring rolls and did not enjoy them at all.So what are you really paying for? A used dirty pillow/blanket, unlimited popcorn which you are probably better off buying your own popcorn and a reclining seat. I often frequent the Alamo Drafthouse and it is a far better experience with great food and waiter service for a better price.

Very cozy movie theater. You watch the movie in your recliner chairs which are in a booth. Popcorn is endless. You get to order food from a very very nice menu. Food arrives right on time and really good, hot and tasty.

I loved this place. The ambiance is so nice. Costly but worth it. Definitely an upscale movie date experience. I would definitely go again.

We are big Ipic fans and make it anpoibt to visit every pic in a different city and have food and drink in the Tuck Room or whatever restaurant they house. Now,compared to our local Ipic...the drinks here are MUCH better. Also,food was better too !

If you want happy hour go all the way upstairs. Dont stop at the cute bar on the second level. Inside the theater is beautiful. The waitstaff definently know the menus very well and are happy to take care of you.

It is a beautiful place, designed to make people feel at ease. It has a restaurant and bar. One observation: in the movie theater, the chairs that are in the middle are a bit uncomfortables because they dont recline.

Its beautiful lots of art. The food was great from portion to flavors. The drinks are nice and strong not like some bars that charge the same or higher and drink its watery. A must go toooooo.

Whats not to love about IPIC? Best reclining seats in the industry. The menu is good and family friendly. Portions are generous and good for sharing.

Yummy food and drinks. Free popcorn and super comfortable seats. Make sure to try out your seats before the movie the begins so you can get fully reclined- our first seat was not fully functional. Also go to the bathroom before the movie begins because they are a bit of schlep away. Staff was efficient and tactful and allowed us to enjoy the show

This is my absolute favourite movie theatre. We watched the Nutcracker, which is AMAZING!

This is the first time going and it was an experience I wont soon forget. We had premium plus seating which was definitely the way to go when getting seats. The food menu is all chef prepared gourmet snacks and meals. Art design with a trendy feel. Everything is lavished and the staff is always smiling which is weird for New York. Surround sound is very nice and no matter where you sit it is a personal experience with you and the movie itself.

Very nice, fancy, romantic movie theater. Perfect for a date. Very comfy, with blankets and a pillow. You can order food and drinks. 30$ bucks per person. You can become a member for 50$ a year and get 10% every time you purchase a ticket and discounts on food. The service was excellent, free popcorn at the beginning of the movie.

My daughter bought the premium seats for her birthday and when she arrived both seats were broken as well as the call button. The waiter only offered her one free drink to sit the whole movie in a broken seat. When she called the manager the next day they said well you watched the movie we can’t give you a refund. At no point did the manager even come and speak to them. This place is knowingly selling tickets to seats that are broken. The manager in the oh one was very unapologetic. I would not recommend spending any money as this place does not care for the customer’s happiness or satisfaction. Worst movie experience yet!!! Even the Alpine in Brooklyn has better customer service. My poor daughter got robbed on her birthday!!

Absolutely enjoyed IPIC NYC. Located in the heart of South Street Seaport, it is such an upscale feel to having dinner and a movie. Food is delicious and drinks were really good. We had our own pod so it was nice, cozy and private. Our server was a sweetheart. She recommended dishes to us since it was our first time going. Every one of the staff we walked past was very polite, each one telling you thanks for coming and have a good night. Gotta say I loved the bathroom. Frosted glass stall doors, seat covers, sinks were pretty, artwork. Soap smelled good and didnt dry out your hands. Bathroom was large and had a vanity and a seating area. I always appreciate a clean bathroom. The bathrooms are located one level up from the theaters in the Tuck Room, a very lively bar/restaurant. Overall, I cant wait to come back! Great from start to finish.

For a theater that markets itself as luxury, it is anything but that. After arriving we called over our waiter to make an order and we were greeted by someone that didnt seem to happy to be working there and we were treated as such. We didnt even get offered water to start, so once the food came which was mediocre at best we had nothing to wash it down with. We asked the server for more popcorn, and had to ask once more to actually receive some. My girlfriend ordered the chicken quesadillas and I ordered the prime sliders. As I proceeded to bite into my burger I was greeted with the driest burger I have ever tasted, that I would much rather prefer a big mac. The quesadillas were not any better, with the tortilla being burnt. Once we received our check we were greeted with another surprise. The check holder already had money in it, and it wasnt even our bill (I have a picture). I do not understand how someone can mess up this bad. Then later we received our correct bill and gave back the other. Overall because of the terrible food and mediocre service I would not be coming back and would urge others to not even attempt to come here. The booths are nothing special and I believe anyone would have a much better experience at a regular theater with reclining seats.

My daughter and I visited this location on two different occasions. Most recently last week Monday on November 12th. This is movie watching at its highest quality. It may a little expensive, but so worth it. I feel like a celebrity when I go. Both times my daughter was with me. She definitely lives coming to see movies at the Ipic theater. I ALWAYS choose the premium plus seats. No matter where you sit in the theater, your experience is still the same. Blankets, pillows, recliner seats, little swivel table with button to press for your personal server to bring drinks, popcorn or food (which comes with FREE REFILLS).

It was my first time seeing a movie at this theater today. My experience was awful due to a series of things that happened. First of all, it doesnt indicate on the website that the food is not served to the front seats. So just a few minutes before our movie started we were informed by the waitress that we had to bring the food ourselves. We then headed to the Ipic express counter to order food which is not nearly express. I made my order and the cashier took at least 15 minutes, asking to another employee how to find the items we ordered on his computer. After that, for 2 meals we waited 30 minutes and by that time the movie had already started. I went back and forth in between the theater and the food counter twice and the food was not ready. When I went back for the final time, I was going back to my seat and I was asked to show my ticket for the 3rd time and I almost dropped the tray trying to find my ticket. It just felt like nothing went right in this place even though we paid $40 for the tickets, and $50 for the food. The food was extremely average, the tacos fell apart as soon as we held them. The lettuce sliders had soggy lettuce and the beef was not cooked thoroughly. The space is beautiful but it did not function well at all.I will not go back here due to my negative experience.

Beautiful place. Food and service was terrible. I was ready to order before the previews, didn’t get to order until the movie started. $30 ticket gets you unlimited COLD popcorn. Food is not fresh. I ordered the Cheddar Biscuits that came out rubbery. Filet Mignon Burger made me nauseous. Buffalo Chicken wrap was okay as well as the French Fries. 1st and Last time going to this location.

Amazing ambiance. Reclined seats in your own double cubicle like seats. Any where you sit, is a perfect seat. I recommend the margaritas ( plain) and the cheese or chicken casadilla

We saw THE PHOTOGRAPH! Good story line but I didnt feel the movie. I think it was an attempt at the millennium LOVE JONES but the two stars didnt have that on screen connection. Service was ok thus the 2 star rating but we ordered our food and drinks before the movie started it took forever for just the drinks and our Appetizers and entrees never came. So disappointed in my first ipic dine in experience .

Came here for a movie while on vacation, and this place did not disappoint! A great experience in a gorgeous location of NYC! Would definitely visit again!

Wanted to update my experience. Ive been a member of the IPIC theater since it opened on Fulton Street. Last year, management changed and so has the service.. Inexperienced bartenders and food quality sucks. Tonight attended a movie with no pillow and blanket available in the entire theather. I ordered a margarita pizza which was a frozen pizza with no flavor at all.. Not the IPIC experience im used to at all.. NEW MANAGEMENT is definitely needed.

The place was very comfortable with great seats. The only issue I had was with their Vegan options. Due to stomach issues I am limited to what I can eat so Vegan/gluten free foods are pretty much the only foodsI can have and they were only able to offer me a Vegetable burger (patty) with lettuce & tomato on the side.

This is an AMAZING theater. The ambiance is great.

Nice upscale modern theatre with real food service. Food is good but way overpriced. 2 people, probably wont spend less than $100, I spent more. Tickets average 25-$35 a seat without food.

Good screens and movie watching experience. However, it’s not cool that you don’t offer table service for people who sit in the front row. I got a pager from the kitchen which kept buzzing and shouting throughout the movie because it was “out of range.” Why have a piece of technology if you know it’s going to annoy the movie watching experience for everyone there?

Theater 7 was very hot and uncomfortable, but besides that this theater wouldve been rated 5 stars. Seats are comfortable and service is good.

A terrible experience! I had ordered food and left the theater when the buzzer went off. Half the order was not ready and I waited for a few minutes. After a bit, the server at the counter told me hed bring me my food. I went back in to watch the movie then went back out after 20 minutes to find out where the food was. It was sitting under heat lamp - no one brought it to me as promised. Missed a good portion of the early part of the movie. Terrible service and average food. Uncomfortable seats, too.

AWESOME PLACE FOR A EXTRAORDINARY MOVIE EXPERIENCE!

Nice place but the service extremely poor and slow!Ordered just two angus sliders at the bar, waited for exactly 40min and the food was not ready, then I was told they could bring the food to my seat, by now I already missed 20min of the movie, waited another 15min and the server finally showed up with the food barely warm, so after almost 60 minutes total wait for overpriced fast food, I walked out. Decided to call for the manager and after explaining the situation I requested my money back which she did but with a bad attitude. I don’t care how nice the place may be, if the service is a disaster, it’s not worth it, period. That concept of serving food during movie time simply sucks, never again!

It was OK. I arrived early to order in advance so I wouldn’t be bothered during the movie, but my order wasn’t taken until the movie had started. I ordered chicken skewers to come with my order and was given just a dry chicken breast, uncut. This is the first time Ive ever tried to use a fork and knife to cut a chicken breast in the dark. Didn’t work too well - nor is that a “skewer,” which would make a lot more sense in a dark theater. I spent so much time being bothered by the staff and trying to eat the misleading items I ordered, that I missed most of the movie. There was one staff member having a full volume conversation with another worker in the middle of the theater during the movie. I see a lot of good reviews, so I would give IPIC another shot, but definitely don’t want to pay another $118 for a mediocre experience.

It is a beautiful place with multiple stop where people can relax at.But the costumer Servece my girlfriend and I got was not the best.I don’t blame them. There was a cashier apparently was new and training however we did not get a good treatment.

Great way to pamper yourself to a well deserved movie. Comfortable couches, pillow, and throw. Make sure you dont get to comfortable and fall asleep midway through the movie. Free small bag of popcorn for everyone. Of course, food and drinks are extra and pricey but you are paying for fancy cocktails and upscale food and sliders to enjoy with the movie.

I really like the seating. Its the best part of it. Having a waiter at your table is obviously awesome too. Ive had mixed experiences though. This is sort of supposed to be a vip experience so you would expect to be treated as such. I dont mind paying for that but its become more of a traditional IHOP experience where youre interupted by your neighbors and server instead of being served. It seems like people dont really care. Id much rather have a good experience with the great seating they already have. It is so close to being attainable. I am also a Gold member with them but that showed me more of their faults. No body knows or cares about membership details. Its never mentioned unless you bring it up and then they offer the member discount but give a hard time about it. It seems like they need to have some good leaders come In to train people. People are great but need better guidance.

Literally my favorite theater in the city. However, if you are pennypinching this is not the place for you. It’s expensive, however doable if you’re not trying to spend much. We went all out and got the seats where they bring your food to you. We ordered appetizers, as well as entrées, and you get popcorn free

Great date night theater! Premium place at a premium price, one step above Alamo. Nachos werent great and slim selection of non-alcoholic drinks, but I really like the seating and the cozy nook style. I felt like I was flying first class. Service was lux too.

I love the seats and the fact that it’s clean but what I can’t understand is why did the chef take out the wings and calamari? Everybody loves to eat wings if not calamari. The menu needs to be able to please everybody. If a person is eating only Keto then it should be something in regards to that meal. Every time I get use to something they switch it up. I loved the Romaine lettuce with the chicken breast and ranch sauce but they took that off the menu. It’s the food on the menu is not worth buying which forces me to buy food upstairs at the tuck room and then come and watch my movie. Try getting the wings back on the menu and some salmon. People wanna really feel like their eating a gourmet meal while watching their movie. If it wasn’t for the seats and the cleanliness I wouldn’t even come to this movie theater so you get 1 star just for that. So the waiter says that when something is not selling they take it off the menu WOW! Every body eats wings so that’s nonsense!!!!!

Great theater in Downtown area. Has spacious rooms with comfortable seats and great sound. The movie fare is excellent, and the food and drink prices are reasonable given the wide variety and ability to cater to your needs. All this in addition to the fantastic service.

The location is beautiful.The reclining chairs we were in were very noisy as if they were broken. We paid for the premium seats for the movie It Chapter Two but we definitely did not receive premium services. Complimentary Popcorn and waiter/waitress service is a part of the premium experience however our popcorn came 30 minutes before the end of the 2 plus hour movie and only came because we asked for it. We pushed the button for service and had to wait quite a while for a response. Every move we made in our seats was loud and distracting....it definitely wasnt the premium experience we were expecting.

Incredible. I was blown away with how clean and beautiful everything was. Its super stylized and modern inside. I didnt know what to expect when coming, but I will definitely go again. I payed for Premium Plus seats and was not disappointed.

IPIC NYC is not only a movie theater, its an experience. Great movie, great food, personalized service. A bit pricier than a regular movie night; however, its worth every penny!

New york is full of secret amazing spots to discover and this is one of them. Off the bat the place looks great, the theater rooms are nice and movie and a meal concept is amazing. The food was delicious, props to the chefs. Only bad part was people taking pictures during the movie and no one coming in to stop them..like dude everyone can see your flash. Recommendation: go for the reclined seating or the full dining experience. Worth it!!!

Were to begin? The people at the front desk were attentive but standing in a curcle talking about a bad work experience wich is unprofessional. They stoped talking when I walked up to them. But immediatly began talking again as soon as they were done with me( save it for after work)the restaurant area was SUPER LOUD. you could barely hear the person next to you. The server was sloppy she leaned over the table and had her elbows on it wile talking to us. She seemed to pressure me to order food everytime she walked past. The menue had NO vegetarian options. Wich is crazy in this day and age. When I was finally ready to order my server was in the corner by the POS scratching a male employees back. And was talking and flirting with him( super unprofessional) When I finally got my food it was trash. A bowl with bread baked over it and some sugar apple slices inside. its like a dish a toddler could come up with. I felt bad that my date had to pay for it. The pizza was amazing So one star for that. (And one star for the woman checking the tickets she was kind and smiled). (One star for the concession stand guys who work fast and were helpful.)When I get to the theater my seat was super dirty and I had to use my jacket to smack the left over food off. I will not be returning. The Ipic in fortlee is wayyy better. Pay the toll eat at a real restaurant with professional servers.

A bit expensive for a movie but worth it. The food was actually pretty good, the service was great and the seats were every comfortable. Everything was clean and nice. Had a great experience.

The meals and service were beyond my expectations. I absolutely loved the atmosphere of this place. Wonderful spot to take my family out for lunch.

I’ve come here before and it was absolutely fantastic.However tonight (my birthday 10/24), I received no birthday treatment.Secondly, while watching Hustlers, I seen a rat in theatre 3 running around. Absolutely absurd. I was so scared. I want a refund for absolute danger of rats.Lastly, they removed Mac and cheese fries which were the best thing they had on their menu. A total disappointment.

Had really high hope for this place. The idea sounds great however the execution was very poor. The website describes the serving staff as ninjas they were anything but. It was actually very distracting trying to watch the movie because they would be very loud, fumbling at times (I know its dark) and they also had flashlights which would draw your attention. Seats were great especially the premium plus ones. The food however is pretty poor most of it is not edible and definitely not premium. Better off eating elsewhere if youre planning on the full experience. But if you want comfortable seats and can lose yourself completely in the movie and not be distracted by the above, this might be for you.

It was my first time and I will never come again. The movie started at 4PM, we came at 3:20 PM and ordered the food on second floor. The girl who was taken the order was so unprofessional, she was talking with the coworker and taking the order in the same time. It took for her 25 min to take an order and of course order was wrong. She started do it again it we were already late for the movie. Also she was saying that she train her coworker who was more professional than her. She was calling a manager every 5 min. I think will be better if the Manager will be next to her. The service is very bed and slow, the quality of the food is not cost the price.
