Terrible service from the muscle bound Indian man that works here in the evenings and weekends. I believe his name is Jimmy. Has a negative and hostile attitude about simple questions and has no information on any of the products in the store.Suheel (younger Indian gentleman) who only works weekdays is very helpful, polite, and knowledgeable on the other hand.A simple change in staff and I’d change my rating and start going back.Until theres a staffing change here, Id rather go to any other vape store in the city (there are many close by) than have to deal with the rude attitude and intense hostility from Jimmy.

Pretty good prices, but only go there if you know what you want and get out. Every time I go there, the person will make up something about the product in order to just get me to buy it. There was one guy who actually knew stuff and if he didnt would tell you honestly, but I havent seen him in a while. Id only go there to buy something quick but, even that is risky because last time I bought something it turned out to be fake.

PUR VAPE Chelsea saved my life. I was out of Ejuice and was searching for something close to my location. PUR VAPE happened to be only a mile away, and let me tell you as soon as I got within the vicinity of the store, I could smell the sweet aroma of vapor. They had my favorite company, One hit Wonder. I got Muffin Man and the new Hercules plus tank black !!. I was looking everywhere for that tank. Thank you PUR VAPE.

Absolutely terrible vape shop i have ever been. Staff doesnt know anything about the product that they have. They say something but you can understand that its just a lie for you to buy the product. I bought 3 atomizers because they said its good bla bla. All 3 of them was disappointing and it wasnt good like they said. I went there, told them my situation they didnt even look at me to figure out the situation. I dont advise you to go there. You will be disappointed.

Fantastic Smoke Shop in Chelsea New York. I wanted to get Digital Volcano as a gift for my friend. I walked in the store and was astonished with the different variety of vaporizers they carried. Zack explained each one of them, but I fell in love with the Volcano. It was a bit pricy but they had the best price from all the other stores in the area and I knew from before what I wanted. He also gave me a free grinder as a gift. The store is more than a Smoke Shop, they have extraordinary collection of glass pipe which I didnt see any where in New York. Their designer pieces are very reasonable, they also have Hookah which such as khalil mamoon, Egyptians, and many more. I am just glad I found this place!!! If in Chelsea must stop shop for all your smoking needs.

Went right at closing at 11pm, and the cashier was nice enough to open the door for me and helped me find the broken glass part for the chamber of my vaporizer, and was very friendly and helpful. There are also many flavors to choose from, dont understand why such a low overall rating, maybe based on daytime employees.

The best, hands down, service, products, smiles, products, juice and attitudes you will find in a vape shop in Chelsea. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a honest smile and explained passionate about vaping. These people really support vaping and want to help people quit smoking. I came in with my mod and wanted to buy a new mod, but Zack the employee didn’t force me to buy a new mod. Instead he gave me a tank and said why you want to spend money on a new mod when you can save extra money with just a tank. He was very honest and down to earth. You don’t find honest employees anywhere in Manhattan. I ended up picking up virgin vapor, suicide bunnies and I love Doughnut Eliquid. This is one of the few spots in Chelsea New York that you can trust for all your smoke shop and vaping needs.

This is absolutely the worst vape shop whoever says otherwise is lying poor costumer service the attendant doesnt know nothing about their product and when u return it they give u a run around just to exchange for something else and also everything is over priced .
