After being a customer of their village location for well over a decade & now UES location for about 3 years- I can honestly say I will never shop here again.I’ve worked in customer service for over 20 years and I’ve always gone out of my way to try to be helpful to others. The one time I go in to try to get something resolved & all they could do is send me away with a duplicate copy of my receipt and told to take it up with the manufacturer.It’s experiences like these that make me understand why brick and mortar business is dead and people turn to the Internet for their shopping.shame on you you’ve lost a customer.

I like to base my reviews on a few variables. Cleanliness, visual appearance, ambiance & customer service for the most part. The place is quite large and laid out in a U shape. Things are mostly categorized with a few other things scattered. There is a large variety of vibrators varying in price and quality approx $30 - over $200. There are also a large selection of dildos ranging in various price & quality. Decent size selection of womens costumes & lingerie as well as BDSM, whips, electrostimulation, gags masks and more. There is also a small section of massage candles, oils, lock boxes. The place is clean & tidy. They have a dressing room to try on clothes. 2 staff members the day I was there. Both very knowledgeable about almost everything. I definitely left there more educated than when I arrived.

I don’t have words for the customer service I received. Best Adult Store I have been to in US so far.

Not a huge selection , they had some cool fun factory toys but whats up with the prices? We bought one and like it but way too expensive to return. Atmosphere was like shopping in a library.

Say what you want about prices, but the service here is spectacular. I’ve never felt this comfortable in a sex shop in my life. I asked the very tall girl a few questions about lube and she explained to me what I may need to do to improve pleasure. I felt like I had all tools necessary to make my partner happy.

I ASKED THAT RUDE CLERK TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER AND SHE WANTED TO BE A WISE ASS AND SAY THEY ARE GONE FOR THE DAY! DO NOT BOTHER GOING TO THIS STORE, YOU CAN BUY ANY ITEM THEY ARE SELLING ON AMAZON FOR LESS THAN HALF THE PRICE! I WENT THERE AS A LAST RESORT.. SAVE YOURSELVES A LOT OF MONEY AND GOOGLE WHAT THEY SELL.. AS WELL AS THEIR RUDE ARROGANT OBNOXIOUS BEHAVIOR!! THEY ARE A JUST A BUNCH OF TRASHY PEOPLE..

The staff made me feel super comfortable, and showed me products without being pushy. Specifically Mitsy, she was so helpful and guided through everything.

Out of Towners on a whim... If a Victoria’s Secret store sold adult toys... nice, clean shop, helpful staff, reasonable prices with a nice range of products.

The worst customer service I have ever seen.! The staff is very rude, and arrogant. We walked in, nobody greeted us, my girl was treated very rudely by one of the employees named Bashar.. and their prices are ridiculously high.. You can buy their whole inventory online for half the price!! And they act like they are doing you a favor! If you do make the mistake and go there do not buy anything, take a look at what you need and then just buy it on amazon.. they don’t deserve anyone’s business.

Amazing service, they opened the toy checked that it works and even gave free batteries. Very polite and offer discreet bags for toys. And have a great selection of toys with prices to fit everyones budget.

A decent store but the sales person was not very niceto me. they had an ok selection i would go back although the service was not the best. They do have some nice vibrators and Im happy with my purchase although i could have gotten it online cheaper.

I cant rate lower than 5 stars for any place that has more butt plugs than you know what to do with.I really cant.The prices does seem pricey and when I make a return trip Im sure Ill go into that in deeper detail.This place has everything that you need, might need, probably never thought of, thought of but never needed, thought of wanting, and wanting but never explored kind of toys...i.e. butt plugs, feather tailed butt plugs, glass butt plugs, big butt plugs, small butt plugs, lubes, condoms, straps, dildos, clit vibrators, regular vibrators, co*k rings, sex strap for doors, dominatrix gear, sex books, Asian store associate, pretty much everything you really need or want.Did i mention butt plugs?No?They have butt plugs.This sex shop is kind of small but the way the store is configured you probably wouldnt notice if you just came by to check the place out.From what I read they do have free sex classes which is great because we can all be better at it even if you are a pro, super pro, or legendary. I forgot to ask the store associate about that but I definitely will the next time I make a return trip.Im definitely coming back to check this place out.Again and again.

Went in first time ever buying nipple clamp with wieght got home and the clamp had zero grip even with out wieght they dont grip wast of money I called the store and all I got was thank you for your feedback they didnt even try to help the salesperson recommended me a boken product they gave me managers Ryan and Denise email and of course no one got back to me so they will sell you a defected product and no refund didnt even want money back just want a good product that works I contacted Kkink by Doc Johnson and no one cares they got tbe money thats all they care about
