Bought this toy for $54 and it doesn’t work. Bought brand new batteries and still nothing..... really annoyed by this. I should have just purchased item on Amazon if I knew this was gonna happen. Half the price and quality would have been way better. I’m so annoyed

I absolutely love the experience I had with the lovely ladies there they made me feel extremely comfortable for it being a first timer. Everyone there so full of energy and I was more then satisfied with the product that I bought for me and my significant other.. I totally recommend anyone that’s looking to experience something new to go And check it out.

ATTN: DONT SHOP HERE! Rude, unprofessional staff, who treat customers badly. I have been shopping here since the early 2000s and live 2 blocks away. The young girls who presently work here should literally be fired, they are so nasty to the customers. They were loudly chatting to themselves about their personal lives, sitting down (instead of working), and then giving nasty looks and making snarky comments to myself and the other customers who were simply shopping. There was a time when the staff was super nice , would take the time do DO THEIR JOB and treat their customers with respect as well as make them feel comfortable as shopping for sex toys etc can often make people a bit sheepish. There are many other similar stores in the area with nicer staff who dont act like jerks to their customers. TRUST ME, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! And to the business owners, FIRE YOUR RUDE STAFF! No one needs to be treated like dirt for shopping and spending their money regularly at a store. Customers: do yourself a favor and go to Pink Pussycat, its just across the street or Babeland. They have manners at least and the same items.

The first time there I was extremely nervous but then I keep going back to the staff there is extremely nice and they make you feel so comfortable and you dont even feel bad when you walk out the store even though the broad daylight

I’ve been here a few times and the staff there is phenomenal! The lady with tattoos and glasses has a lot of knowledge and helped me out a lot. I didn’t feel weird or out of place. I will definitely recommend this store.

I dont like to leave bad reviews unless it is absolutely warranted, in this case, it is. I used to like this shop. I stop in sometimes to pick up my basics and have given them a lot of business over the years. But OMG their staff here now is so bad, they are actually mean to customers. This past week I stopped by to pick up a bottle of lubricant and its cap and safety seal was broken when I examined it, when I put it back to take a bottle that was properly sealed and not broken, the girls working there yelled at me and accused me of opening it! I did not! I didnt want to buy a bottle of already opened lube! Who would! I took a bottle with the safety seal in place to the counter and put back the opened bottle. The girls working there shamed me, made me uncomfortable, and yelled at me. The cashier, a girl full of piercings with a bad attitude, was talking trash about me under her breath and would not even give me a bag for my purchase. Awful experience. Never. Going . Back! I agree with others, staff should be fired.

Was looking for a blindfold because cvs was out of stock, they were very knowledgable and friendly with their products

The two women in the store gave me one word answers when I asked them product questions, and frankly made me feel dumb for asking them. I’ll be sticking with Babeland in the future.
