Quite a beautiful spot to visit! Lots of construction in the area right now, but dont let that stop you if you just want to see the chapel!

I went to a wedding and this chapel is amazing. It has so much historical significance for our beautiful state. Definitely a place to check out.

Absolutely beautiful place for a wedding! Small but lovely. Went to a friends in 1974, and still lovely going to their sons wedding in 2019.

The Fort Snelling Memorial Chapel is a historical place. The chapel is very pretty, but we could not go inside. Thats all I can tell you.

Beautiful chapel, and great people that attend it every Sunday. However, DO NOT HAVE YOUR WEDDING HERE. I am warning you, you will receive very very little help. The lady, Laura, that deals with renting it is very unhelpful and hard to get a hold of. We are spending $1000 to rent it for 6 hours, and she tells us that it is hard to find people to open the chapel for us, and we cant go to the chapel except for the rehearsal. For $1000 it shouldnt be that hard, as we are literally just paying for it to be unlocked, and no other help on our wedding day. Luckily we didnt listen to her and have been going on Sundays before or after mass, and found out more information and met some great people. For $1000 (which is even the discounted rate as my fiance is a veteran), the service is absolutely ridiculous. I very much regret planning the ceremony there, because I do not like paying that much to institutions that do not care one bit about their customers. We were not asking for much. So again, theres a million other places to have your wedding, do NOT go here.

Chapel of Grace at Ft Snelling Chapel, 3:30 PM, is a fantastic place to worship.

The Fort Snelling Memorial Chapel is a piece of moving Minnesota history. It is a wonderful chapel where services and weddings are still performed under the roof of Gods House. The pastor speaks from the pulpit with humor and intention of conviction for Gods words from Gods book. The Bible is presented as it should be as Gods and the words of truth ring out as you experience a traditional Christian service. The truth shall set you free and you will get the truth when you enter through the Chapel doors. If you are not warm to the truth you may want to stay away, however, on the other hand it is a good thing for all to hear the truth of Gods word, the Holy Spirit may convict you and convince you that God is Lord of all.

So full of rich history.

The Fort Snelling area is wonderful, but the church is horrible. Our Boy Scout Troop went camping near the church, and decided to attended the service. The Pastor rambled for 20 minutes about the evils of Islam and how homosexuals are sinners. Then, he ranted that Christians were being persecuted and prosecuted around the world, and that they are waging a war. The racism, intolerance, and hypocrisy were a horrible way to end the camping trip here.

It is a beautiful historic venue.
