Good place for morning, evening walk. Currently part is full of greenery . I am going there regularly since last 15 days for evening walk. It measures 300 steps approx for a walkway along the circumference of a park. Kids come there to play along with their parents. No lights available after evening.

We have a community garden plot here. Perfect size little park with a splash pad sort of deal, water fountains, field for ball games, and about a dozen garden plots. Close to Electric Fetus record store on Franklin, dining on Eat Street and the Convention Center. Surrounded by highways so along the edge has a bugs bunny vs development cartoon feel to it.

I enjoy watching my kids run out there energy and fall asleep in the car and they get some what mad when we leave. But being a mom who knows how to handle them makes me even happier.

Good park for walking dogs. It can be not a very safe place at night or in the early morning. Its also good that they recently added a community garden.

There has been major changes in the past three years Ive lived in the area. Between the police and consern residents in the neighborhood. You can actually feel safe from the rift Raff. This past weekend teen challenge threw like a two day event for the community. It was a blast. Even when it starting pouring. People of all races were there and people got along. Nice to witness that.

Great park to lay out in the sun. No shade in the grass. Lots of picnic tables. Small playground. Big open field.

The park is okay, the only thing I dont like is that there is a lot of people hanging out drinking and probably doing some sort of drugs. If you bring your kids always stay close to them

Nice park! There was a big kid and toddler playground and swings. One of the swings are broken and the toddler playground window was cracked but it is nice overall.

Because I will testify on a stack of bibles that the people who come their are good folks familys single adults and the mpls police 3rd precinct and the park police are what the measuring stick for officers should be upholding the law never losing site that they are human and so are the people they have to deal with always patient and genuinely concerned for everyone! No Matter what ethnicity or social standings and iam black? Oh to whom ever the park polices supervisor is attitude reflects leadership my hats off to you well done! Noticed the mod and park police increasing their efforts to make it more secure and welcoming. So rest assure all you may sayers I can personally attest that in this instance our tax dollars are definitely working for us

Not the safest Park in Minneapolis, although no longer a crack & gang hotspot.Stick with Loring Park, or even Elliot Park -- this one needs time to earn back our trust and patronage
