MUST READ! JET SKIING NOT RECOMMENDED! As an experienced jet ski rider, I was very un pleased! The GPS system in the Jet Ski was setup to only ride in a certain area of the water, so if you go outside of that area, it will cut off on you and if you get too close to another jet ski, a boat or the poles, it will cut off on you. You can accelerate as hard as you want, it will not go above 6 mph until you get back in the zone they allow riding in. I understand why they do it, it is a nice safety feature, however, this was not advised to us prior to riding. The tour guide led us out to the designated area AND THEN gave us brief instructions, “don’t ride to close to one another, stay away from other boats and don’t go past the poles” I followed those directions, it was just that the area allowed riding in was not clear or marked! They need to mark the area accordingly! Basically you’re restricted to an area I would consider to be small for 8-9 riders in one area. We purchased an hour, we went back after 30 minutes, I spoke to Annabelle and requested a refund, her response was “ The company does not give refunds, you decided to come back after 30 minutes, that was your choice, I can give you vouchers for next time for the remaining 30 minutes.” I attached a photo of the vouchers. I signed the contract which does say all sales are final, so keep that in mind folks!

This place was absolutely terrible. When you get there everything seems nice but once you start communicating with them they have attitude. We chose to go jet skiing which was absolutely awful. It is a complete scam. We where out for less time then what we paid for and the jet skis were terrible. They would stop accelerating every couple of minutes and would only go 5mph for quite some time.DO NOT GO!!First of all you never mentioned anything about the ototrack. Second we weren’t given instructions on what zones we can and can’t go to( so that’s false). Third he didn’t damage the jet ski, none of us did!You also shouldn’t mention any of your previous costumers names in a review. That is completely unprofessional and disrespectful.

My family and I had an incredible time here today! We reserved the jet skis and tubing package. The girl at the counter was so helpful and even gave us a credit for our daughters jet ski since she couldn’t drive one herself. (I forgot her name, but she has a badass shark jaw tattoo on her right forearm) also, Lewis our jet ski guide was great and gave us plenty of time to play around, and Captain Wade was also Boss. He made sure we hit some good waves on the tube. 10/10 would recommend to anyone wanting to spend the day on the water doing fun excursions. All of those employees deserve a raise!

The parasailing was so wonderful and peaceful when in the air. The guys were a great help with the instructions and fun also. Would must definitely come back and refer they to other. Thanks Pierre and captain for making my first experience magical.

They are lucky I even gave them one star. They charged us 100$ per jet ski for 20 minutes, when we are supposed to get 30 minutes. We let them know this and they answered back extremely disrespectfully. We traveled an hour to get there after calling them 4 times and not once did they ever say that a guardian was needed. All it said was 16+ to drive. The jet ski did not reach over 25mph and would constantly just stop. Might have been the worst experience I’ve ever had.

We had a wonderful experience here today with my friends! Parasailing for the first time. The crew were very good! Sam and Kyle took care of us well, explained the safety instructions with patience. Would definitely bring my family and would recommend this to my other friends also!

Excellent waters sports and charming family business. I regularly visit Miami Watersports, because they are wonderful. A family run business, with a really friendly and welcoming atmosphere. There equipment is really excellent and prices are great. No, I do not work for Miami Watersports (as you can see from my numerous other reviews on trip advisor!), but I cannot emphasis enough, how great the service is they provide.I go to Coconut Grove mostly for SUP boarding. I have also sailed a hobby cat from Virginia Key with Miami Watersports.The SUP boards are excellent for beginners and experienced paddlers alike. You can paddle around the natural marina and even get off on the small deserted islands. I have seem Dolphins here, as well as paddled in-between the moored boats and even the ship wrecks after the devastation of hurricane Irma.I regularly take friends and work colleagues to Miami Watersports and would recommend you do the same.

We had an amazing time and our instructor and captain made the event that much better!! Kyle and Chris we awesome, they are really fun and made sure our parasailing ride was the best it could be and they kept us safe! I wish I could give 10 stars!! Our jet ski ride was awesome as well we did the package deal. However I recommend taking a picture of your jet ski before you go out just to be sure no damages were missed by staff before you got on!! Other then That it was GREAT!!

My kids love this place! We got their family pass this year. Its a nice little gem in our neighborhood! Great people and it looks like they treat their animals well!

This place is only good for last minute fun. But be careful of the customer service. The lady manager is very rude and will start an argument with you for no reason. The employees there are nice, but get quiet when the managers come around as if they cant talk to the customers. Please find other places to go b4 considering this place.

We found a company near the beach we didnt trust and was worried we wouldnt be able to enjoy any watersports while down on vacation. But on our walk discovered you guys and talked us into booking some tubing for the next day. Our boat driver was Captain Pete. Guy was amazing both professional and fun to talk to. Gave us a little history of the place and kept everything very entertaining. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone and if you can suggest Captain Pete hes your guy. Thank you again.

SCAMMERS.Do not waste your money and time and go there. They will rip you off. In the beginning staff was very rude about the exam. We rented the jetskis for 30 mins, ended up jet skiing for 12 mins, and it was an awful experience. The jetskis have gps system where it will let you only jetski in certain areas, and don’t go above 6mph in all other areas. It kept stopping and going slow most of the time. They ended the time earlier by 13 mins, as we were promised time starts once you get to the area where you can jet ski. They will make you pay extra for gas. You end up paying close to 100 dollars plus to jetski for 10 mins. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

MUST READ IF CONSIDERING TO GO!!The staff at this establishment is not only unprofessionally disrespectful to their customers, but their staff as well. I don’t know about you, but I wouldn’t want to cater to a company’s expense when they aren’t deserving of it. Especially when their prices are so unbelievably high. If I were you, I would go to a place where you get your money’s worth and are giving your services to deserving people.

Didnt get to experience this place yet, but I called for more info about their packages; first off its hard to even get someone on the phone, once someone finally answered my call, the girl barely wanted to answer my questions and gave me the response it is what it is instead of explaining how much I would be charged upon arrival. When I tried to ask another question, she said bye and hung up and wouldnt answer my call again. Completely unprofessional, you want to charge an arm and a leg for prices just to treat future guests like this?... Ill be glad to take my money elsewhere

We never been to Jet skiing. We were all over the places to find a good skiing place. We found this via Groupon and google and our choice was excellent.The staff here in this place awesome. They simply superb in their customer care. Jensen is the instructor, the best guy. He explained the instructions and boundaries well and in detail.We enjoyed our first jet ski with full satisfaction.Great Place in Miami.

I am a local. I booked a 20-30 minute tubing ride for my sons 8th birthday. I wouldnt usually use a service like this however we wanted to give it a shot.This was an a terrible experience and a huge rip off.1) We were asked to be there 20 minutes early and they didnt take us out until we were 30 minutes past time.2) No shade or anywhere to stand/sit while waiting in the sun for an hour.3) After they were very late, they still charged me for a $2 for my kid who was complaining about being out there too long.4) The tubing ride was TWELVE MINUTES LONG.I spent more time asking the rude kids at the front to make eye contact with me when I was asking why they were so late than we spent on the tube. $134.88 down the drain. This place is trash.

WARNING - SCAMMERSThe worst experience ever! we have rented 2 Jet skis for an hour, and I saw the guy taking my credit card underneath the desk, I have asked him if he took picture of my credit card and he said no, only the ID.Afterward, we went out with the Jetski and they have a GPS system who was screwed and doesnt let you drive more than 5mph when you getting inside the zone (which is very small) it works, but for us, the jet ski was turning into the limit speed even when we are inside the zone!!! we could be 2 jet ski one next to each other, one is working the other one doesnt, after 7 minutes of trying to fix it with the guide guy we decided to go back and get a refund.we arrived at the desk and they just said sorry there is no refund. period. trying to put it in your fault that you were out of the zone or maybe you just dont know how to ride (we had jet ski for 5 years).At the end, something was suspicious to us and we ask again if he really did take a picture under the desk for the ID only, he said no, I took a picture of your credit card too. I told them I will let other people know about this scam the guy laugh and said put my name too - NicolasPlease be careful, we all work hard for our money.

This place is awesome! Its my sisters birthday we wanted to get out of the house after all this pandemic has everyone inside so long... everyone had there masks on. Shout out to Kyle and Eric they were an awesome parasailing team! Gabriella from spain was a great help too... help my fluffy self get into the kayak withour falling over...lol overall 5 stars. They disinfected the life vests and gear after each person and the vibe was cool.. lots of diversity and all in good fun! Met people from out of town and Celebrated my sisters birthday. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

What an experience. I went parasailing here. 10/10 would reccomend. The staff is great and they are reasonably priced compared to some of the other dealers around. I would say give it a try and you wont be disappointed. The captains of the boat are great and it is really easy to book your appointments online.

I went tubing for the first time with a group of friends, and it was such a great time!!! Captain Pete made the experience worthwhile. I definitely recommend trying to get him to be your captain, he’s great!

This establishment was sooooooooooooooooo rude, unprofessional and nasty the wait times are over 2 hrs long, you do not get a better price if you dont book online, but thats not best yet a group of people before us went out rubbing and the tube deflated while they were on it bc it was not properly blown up or set up right which damn there injured one of the riders they showed no remorse or tried to make the situation better i understand they say no refunds but in situations that could have been avoided or one of your customers was almost hurt a refund should have been granted. The way they handled that situation I would never come back again

Save your time and money if you have other things planned! The manager Anna who told us she was the owner is very rude and does not have good customer service. Tried to reserve a spot online and it said walk-in only for the time we wanted. Arrived at 11:30am and was told we needed to reserve and so we did for 3:30pm. Arrived again at 3:00pm and was rudely told by Anna we have to wait 45 minutes. We asked for a refund and was offered a voucher instead. Anna got rude again with the next group after us and called the police when they got upset for her poor customer service. Only a 1 star review because it wouldn’t let me move forward without one!

Found this place on groupon and booked directly with them. Annabelle communities excellently with us via text. She advised on how the weather would be and all. Overall my husband and I had an amazing time. we also had the kids with us. The caption was very accommodating. I just wish we were up in the air longer. It felt pretty short. We also had kayaking and the pictures included. I have had my friends join as well and they said it was the best experience ever.

The wait was way to long kept saying its coming in a few made us wait an extra 45 min. In the heat bec. They werent running on time, nasty staff.And lied about the price on the photos.

Simply the most amazing experience of my life. I found this place through TripAdvisor, and many of the reviews said awesome but they were late... yes that was very true. 45 minutes late for our appointment. We sat there while they overbooked our boat, and then each of us went up in the air for about 10 minutes. We didn’t have anywhere else to be so this was just a slight annoyance for us. Once we were in the air we both agreed it was so worth it.

First of Ill say you arent saving much with Groupon. They charge you $29 per person for fuel & *taxes*. There is no free premium parking. There are no GoPro for the media packages. The still charge you the full $35 for each activity. The front end customer service is horrible.I can say though the only reason they got 3 stars is for the crew members. Kyle and Damion were the crew for parasailing. They made sure we enjoyed ourselves. Told us exactly what to expect. And they were hilarious. Pat was also incredible. He made sure we had the best time tubing. If Im ever back in Miami not to sure if Ill come back due the front end service.

First time today tried Jet ski. It was amazing and had so much fun. Thank you for the crew who make sure everything was good condition. I was one of the youngest in the group and the only one without anyone. Solo driver was legit. Most recommend to try Miami water sports. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Also, actually one staff I forgot he’s name but he was very helpful to me. He make sure what things I have to revise before the test and he told me I will defo pass the test. Thanks to him. As well as because the reason i have to do the test because I’m only 22 years old I need to do a test to be able to drive the jet ski and pass the test. The jet ski instructor was great and fun. If ever, i come back again here in Miami definitely will try again. Miami weather nothing compare like London. One of the highlight here in Miami :)

Horrible experience! No services rendered and No refunds given, BEWARE!!!! The Staff is extremely rude and over talks you to make you hurry up and charge your card without explaining their policies. They then called the police on our group because we refused to leave without talking to the Owner/Manager. After seeing how my group was treated everyone of their potential customers that was there to patronize their business left.

Getttt experience. The instructor ( Captain Pete) did a great job explaining everything and drove the boat to the liking of my ride.

We did jetski there, and they were fast and comfortable. The team is super well organized and friendly. Highly highly recommended.

If you are using a Groupon be aware. Groupon doesn’t mention needing a reservation. It states go in, show the voucher and enjoy. I decided to call before going because I didn’t want to drive 20 mins away and not have availability. I finally got someone on the phone and she tells me that I do not need a reservation but if I did come in they wouldn’t have availability due to reservations that were already booked. If this is and event that you would like to do your best bet is to do it directly through their website. I don’t understand why you would offer the Groupon if you dont want people to use it.

I as well as a group of friends were visiting from NY. They require a $200 deposit when riding the Jetski’s which is fine, because we were told it would be refunded once they check for damage. I had went July 3, and returned to NY July 5. After a week I told them I had not received the refund to my account, I was then told I should wait another week for the refund. However it is now almost three weeks and I have not received my refund. I had called multiple times and each time they had an attitude and hung up. One worker told me to text her on the side, I texted her and she did not respond. I even asked if I wasn’t being refunded because I had damaged a jet ski and they had told me no.I had to eventually call my bank and open a dispute. Horrible customer service overall !

I called at 5:00 pm to see if jet ski rentals were still available. The “owner” told me yes, there would still be 2 available when I got here because she onlyhad 3 other people. I arrive 10 minutes later after buying an uber and talking to said owner. Upon arrival I was rudely told that I could not rent a jet ski. I explained how I called and talked to someone. The “owner” rudely came up to me and said first come first serve. I told her I would have understood that if she had told me that over phone but she failed to mention it. I asked to speak to her higher up because to me that is poor customer service. I then started being recorded and had pics taken of me by the workers. Mind you this comes right after her fighting with another customer and being rude to that customer. She then started yelling and cussing to another worker that looked like the legit owner. I am very displeased with their service and actions. This is poor customer service. I would never be allowed to act that way at my job. I really hope they do something about it and fix their management issues.

Great place to enjoy when there is no wind for kitesurfing.

The bridesmaids and bride to be took a trip down to Florida a couple weeks ago. This was a favorite from the entire group. The only down side of the place, is parking. Anyways...we bought a Groupon for Parasailing and Kayacking. We went parasailing around 5 (most of us not having gone). The guys who were in charge were down to earth, funny, HOT, and knowledgeable about the experience. My sister and I even had professional photos done when we parasailed for only 35 dollars-100 photos. WORTH IT. The weather was perfect, the Miami skyline in the background, and being dunked in the bay was amazing. We had to come back the next day to kayack because they close at six. We wanted to go on the little island they had...but it was closed to the public. Oh well...We would Parasail again here.

The staff here are super friendly. They take their time to explain the safety features in detail and many times. Customer service is excellent. The prices are also competitive. They take pics with a professional camera and they are good at it. Even though it’s few extra dollars for the pics, I highly recommend to pay and get the pics as the moments are very precious and you can’t them back. I highly recommend this company.

Paid online. Arrived 3hr early and they fit me into a early boat for the parasailing. They were very accommodating and professional. The host and captain were nice. Me and my mother had a great time. One girl got sick on the boat and they ran to her aid, thankfully she did not throw up. I would recommend Miami watersports to anyone.

My husband and I had a great experience at Miami Watersports, we did parasail! We went there last Sunday 7th on our last day of vacation in Miami. What a great decision. I called them one day before with some inquiries and the person who talked to me was very friendly and very helpful. When we got there all the staff who dealt with us were professional. They let us a store our luggage for free which helped us so much. But I want to thank specially the driver of the boat and the instructor (I am so sorry I forgot their names). They were so friendly, professional, extremely upbeat, the whole boat ride was amazing, so fun! These guys were phenomenal, keep up the good work guys. I skydive so for me the parasail reminded me of the free fall. The view from up there is breathtaking! Thank you soo much! Will definitely come back to Miami Watersports when we are back in Miami.

I and my cousin had a jet ski tour with them. They all pretty nice and polite guys. They really made it memorable by cracking jokes every now and then. Jensen, our instructor was amazing at his job and also a friendly person. We had fun riding the ski and those little chats when we were in the idle speed zone. Really had fun and totally recommended!!

I did the 30 minute fly board package and paid for the video. They brought a go pro out and it wouldnt turn on and the person who was recording and in charge of the jetski said he would record me on his iPhone and send it to me. After the session he couldnt sent it because the file was too big and said he would send it to me later when he gets home on wi fi. He gave me his number and email. We talked and I told him different ways to send it such as Google drive or drop box. Its been a week and I still havent received it and he has not answered. I also contacted the company through their website and received no reply. Mind u I paid extra money for the video. The actual flyboard experience itself was very fun and my guide was a nice guy. But in the end they charged me for something and I did not receive and thats bad for business.

Windsurfing at Miami Watersports was a blast. It was my first time. Adrain was a great instructor and got me comfortable on the board even in high wind conditions. He even doctored up my foot after I cut it on a rock (I recommend swim shoes). I definitely will be back the next time I visit Miami.

We tried fly boarding this weekend and it was awesome! Orlando and Jensen were great teachers and took tons of pics so we can remember the experience! If you listen to their instructions, you will be flying in no time. For the record, 30 min is probably long enough if you’re old like me. My niece went a full hour and started to learn different moves etc. Thanks again to Orlando and Jensen for a great time on the water!!

Using Groupon for this experience is an absolute scam. You cannot ride on the same jet ski as someone else without having the same address on your license even if they are your mother. You pay ~$50 on Groupon for a one hour jet ski rental, and without knowing until AFTER you purchase the groupon you have to pay an additional ~$55 dollars per 30 min of service and a ~$200 deposit per jet ski. Highly don’t recommend to anyone that doesn’t want a waste of their time while they are on vacation unless they are comfortable with the rates. Several people in line with us were not aware of the additional fees after booking on Groupon because of the lack of disclosure for rates prior to purchasing tickets.

We went parasailing with kyle and eric. The experience was fun and pleasant . They were very friendly and everything went smoothly.

We did the full package; parasailing jetskiing and paddling board. Shout out to Eric and Kyle for taking such good care of us !

The crew, staff and excursions were excellent. It was my husband and I first time parasailing and the crew made us feel safe and made the moment fun! Highly recommend the photo package. It was an excellent price and great pictures! Highly recommend.
