Vibrant and Glowing atmosphere! As soon as we walked through the doors we were greeted by a manager by the name of Nathalie. She was very patient and polite while going above and beyond making sure our movie experience was excellent! The food was great, the servers were quick and the reclining chairs were comfortable. I would definitely recommend CMX if youre looking to catch a movie and a meal, or just to have drinks at the bar (which they have 2 of)!

The place is clean and comfy. The outlet is available for charging while youre watching the movie. The biggest movie house Ive been to and the most affordable as well. Theres a lot of choices including the new ones. Thank you!

We always love going here to watch movies. They have ample parking in the parking garage and chairs here are awesome and recline all the way back. You can get a decent dinner and a movie for the same cost of a bunch of junk food. Its a nice experience getting served dinner right to your seat. Highly recommended!

Gosh! I was honestly impressed by this movie house. At first, when I buy a ticket, the staff was very friendly, nice, and professional. When I was already inside, the seats were arranged comfortably, and the screen was too large and loud. The foods that they served were hot, and the drinks were good. Overall, this movie house was a nice place to visit. See you soon!

This Center is beautiful. Great food venues (the italian restaurant on the corner is top, good pasta e good sea food)plus movies and the East hotel. You can make an afternoon or night of it. Shopping is too expensive but they are adding shops all the time. Big Brands are there. Take your time in Miami and go for some hours great shopping at Brickell City Center. Nice Bar arround, safe area, clean area. See you again.

I have been attending CMX since late 2017 when it fir opened up.I have lived many previous life moments in this place, from mother and daughter movie outing, to a romantic date with my husband, even a fun night with a friend, CMX will always be my go to!They have amazing poop corn (that’s a must) to great food and drinks.Mike has always treated my family and I in the most amazing ways!It’s so close to home and I have nothing bad to say about this placePs. The poke bowl is truly delicious, and the cheddar popcorn is to die for!Thank you mike for such amazing service

Big theater, nice atmosphere, and the speakers were not too loud. Friendly staff and the popcorn is always crunchy. The chairs were so comfy to sit on and also has a cup holder. The comfort room was so clean and neat. I should have known this cinema house long before.

The seats in the cinema are great and I would do visit once again in your theater. The screens are big. The audio and visual sounds are clear. All the ticketing staff is very kind and friendly to all the customers. They gave us free pop corns. I had fun watching the movie!

I like the convenient location & the idea. The execution needs ALOT of work. Not giving blackets is a bad idea. The food can be improved (soggy fries & no sauces). Even if the customer service is normally ok last night was TERRIBLE. Movie & A/C started late, the volume was insanely high. Someone politely asked the waiter if she could report that to the sound people and she responded like an annoyed teenager (more ppl had complained at that stage) with a whiney & unprofessional: I dont control the volume it is what it is. I walked up to the reception area to ask the same, the response was a super snoddy: Ive seen the movie and thats how it is.(so random & rude). In fact we meassured AND RECORDED the decibels and they were at a dangerous level, additionally the distortions made it impossible to hear or enjoy the movie. They did reduce it a tiny bit at the end but the staffs attitude, ignorance and lack of training could cause serious issues to customers & managers alike. In a case of emergency or a serious situation (even COVID) Id trust my dog more to deescalate, make good decisions and act professionally that those two women. !!!Get it together please!!!!!

Nice place located in an open shopping mall. The seats were comfortable but around the seats it was dirty. I brought it to the manager attention who immediately took care of it and changed the seats for us. The place is not overcrowded and great for dates. The is a great bar on the first lever and a DJ on Friday nights. The menu looked great and I will definitely give it another try. Do bring a jacket it is cold inside.

This is a very nice theater with great service, but way more than I need. They wait on you at your lounge chair in the theater. I prefer just getting the the concessions myself. But the theater was very nice, Jackson my server was attentive and friendly, and my overall experience was enjoyable. All the niceties come at a price, expect to pay a significantly higher price for this experience. If my review and or photos are helpful please give a thumbs up.

Front desk staff was friendly. Seats were comfortable. Sound quality was good. They have dining services. Food quality needs to improve. We ordered pizza which was served cold. Not hot or warmed. And the waiter would not answer to the light signalled.

The restroom smelled bad, the coffee maker didnt work, the french fries were cold, the short rib tips were cold on top of a hot pepperoni pizza. The red button on the seats to call for services didnt work, I wanted to try the cuban egg rolls but they did not have any. They forgot to deliver our $8 small bucket of popcorn and double chocolate skillet cookie with icecream. Overall the movie Bird of Prey was excellent. Helen the Server was great. She was ready to resolve the issues presented. The temperature in the room was great. For the price of the food ($125.18) including gratuity plus an extra tip for Helen, I was expecting more. My rating is 2.5 stars

Incredible place. Perfect to go and see a movie or watch a game. The service is the best. You can order food directly from your seat inside the auditorium, or seat on one of the tables at the bar and order a beer or your favorite cocktail while you enjoying your meal.

We dig the theater. We dont live in Downtown,so its a major pain in the butt for us to make it down here ..but the theater is lovely and seats are very comfortable. The place was horrifically empty when we went and I wonder if it has any thing to do w the somewhat high prices for movies and food. We were 5 year veterans of the 2 Ipics in Florida and recently decided ti stop giving them our business. In comparison to Ipic,the food here IS drastically better as are the drinks. Prices are still high,much like Ipic..Also, the ordering concept is much better at Ipic or even the Alamo Drafthouse. Here, you need to frontload and order everyring at once as the server will only stopby 2 times during the film . Also,you have to pay up front each time and are charged an automatic 10%. Horrible system. I dont like tipping someone who has done nothing for me. Makes no sense.

I used to come here a lot. I loved the comfort of the seats and the dine-in idea. I also love Brickell city Ctr. The place is clean, the staff is friendly, the food is good. There’s a bar at the entrance as well. I stopped going because last time I was there to watch a movie there were hardly any seats available in the room because they claimed the seats were broken. I couldn’t comprehend how a theatre that looks so fancy has so many broken seats. Also, FYI, they stopped providing blankets.

Living in the neighborhood makes this theatre my go-to. Typically everything is great - friendly staff, clean theatres and overall a clean and enjoyable environment to watch movies with such great quality. With this alone, they would get 5-stars; however, where they lack is the attention to orders and service. Given this is a dine-in, full-service theatre, the service is sub-par. My past two-three visits, Ive received my food that has been cold, with no napkins to clean my hands after. In addition, I always order coffees to keep me awake in movies, with sugar on the side. The order in this regard always comes correct, but the staff always seem to forget the stir sticks, and when asked for them after the fact, they never seem to return with them at any point throughout the movie. Its as if once they check-out and receive their gratuity, they no longer care about the customer service aspect of their position. I dont believe in knocking down businesses in terms of ratings based on a couple of bad experiences, as theres always room for improvement. Hence, why I am giving them a 4-star review instead of a 2 or 3. But, I really hope they do improve.

The chairs have been consistently broken for months, some bathroom stalls have no door, the trays are often greasy and chairs are dirty. Management is notified but all they do is offer a refund or say how sorry they are and that they are in the process of remodeling - nothing has changed in months. This is an expensive theater for this type of service. We don’t want a refund, just want to enjoy the experience. Quality hasdeclined from when it first opened at this upscale mall in Brickell (Miami, FL) I do not recommend it. PS ~ most of the servers are pleasant.

Staff was friendly and the seating was comfortable. However, this theater is over priced. A lot of the seats in the theater were not working when we were trying to select our seats. Aisle lighting is way too bright and distracting. You can only order food from your server and not at the register so youre forced to pay an %18 gratuity on an already over priced meal. A couple will easily spend in excess of $100 for a movie, drinks, and an appetizer.

The sound, the chairs,the screen was awesome but... I asked for a plate that comes with pop corn and there was like only 10 units of pop corn on it!!! What movies are without POP CORN.? The food vs the price 5 of 10.the place its too fancy.

I frequently go to CMX Brickell and have had great experiences. The only negative is the Choose Your Seats ticket purchasing. I have been looking at it every morning for a few days now and every movie theater opens to ticket purchasing with the same exact preselected seats already selected. Its like that for every movie and every movie date/time. The reason this as a problem is because some of the seats that are preselected are in prime locations in the theater. I have contacted corporate and hopefully they can fix this issue.

In my opinion this cinema accomplish its objective which is providing with a luxury cinema experience. Of course it comes at a cost. Be prepared to spend about $120 for 2 including tickets, hamburgers with fries and beer (Bud light). I went with my wife with courtesy tickets. There are little details like some complimentary chocolate mints. Then, the chairs are very comfortable and there’s literally a butler at your service that you can call by pressing a button. Guests can also charge their phones while watching the movie since every seat has USB ports. Food is pretty good, but again, I’d say quite overpriced.OVERALL: Very fancy cinema that is good for a special occasion since it’s expensive!

Nice theater with friendly staff and helpful. I would have given 5 stars but I was annoyed because I waited for 5 days ( the movie I wanted to watch was only in theaters for a week) for this anime movie to play in Japanese with subtitles and then they played it in English rather than Japanese like it’s supposed to. But I suppose overall other than that good experience. I might give it another shot, maybe.

Me and my boyfriend had a fabulous night here watching Sonic the hedgehog. The waiters in the theaters are so attentive. Their drinks are a little pricey but for the quality of services its worth it.

SUPER rude manager Mike !! Highly do not recommend this theatre!! Wanted to add one person to our party but they wouldn’t let us as it was sold out (totally understand) but 15 minutes into the movie there were still four extra seats. They said I had to leave the movie to change my ticket in order to stay in that film. At the front desk they changed their mind and stuck with the story I had to go to another film because even though the seats were empty I had to go to a new film. All the while missing both movies. Will NEVER return.

Watch your purse!!!!!!! I still can’t believe it! I went to see frozen 2 with my daughter and we fell asleep at the end of the movie. I woke up, the room was empty, only one man was there cleaning while we were sleeping and he didn’t wake us up. Once home, I realized that Someone went in my purse and stole all my money while we were sleeping! I will never go back there ever again! It is unacceptable! It is supposed to be a high end theater, we spent $120 for tickets and food, I thought I was in a safe place! I was so wrong!

The theater itself is super nice. My rating is for the service. I went on a date at 5pm on a Tuesday. We were the only 2 in the theater. No servers ever came into the theater. We pushed the service buttons several times and no one came. Then I went out to ask the person at the food stand if they could send someone in. They said they would and no one came. 40 minutes later 2 employees come into the theater to watch the movie. I call them over and let them know that we didn’t receive any service. Another 5 minutes later an employee comes in and says that there’s only 20 minutes left of the movie so we can’t order anything. This was a 2 hour + movie. The movie itself was great though! But the service at this “dine in” theater sucks. What’s the point of paying $25 for a movie and getting no service and being told repeatedly by multiple “employees” that someone would be in soon. The seats were comfy though!!!

This theater takes the term date night to a whole new level. Everything was absolutely seamless and luxurious. The chairs were beyond comfortable and the food was amazing. My favorite was the frozen alcoholic beverages. It truly took the experience of watching a movie to another level. Definitely a place to go for a nice date night. I will be coming back.

Awesome Theatre but way overpriced for a movie!

I went to an early seating on a Friday 12pm. Already at this time there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. What does this tell you? Probably that the toilets have not even been cleaned. We were the only ones in the theater. The buttons for the service were not working on the seat. We did not know. I called the theater from my seat on my cell phone several times until someone finally answered. By the time they brought me what I needed my food was cold. This is not the service you expect for the cost. The place is very nice and movie went smoothly with comfortable seats. That is why I gave two stars.

This review is more for management, movie theater is great, seats are comfy, sounds good etc, two things need to be better 1 the lights need to go off in time not half an hour after the previous and the movie starts, 2 you have 10 diferents services people. Coming in an out there is a mess it took half an hr for a coke and popcorn. For a 28 ticket you need to do better.

We went for the first time this weekend and enjoyed it! There is a nice bar with huge screens and the folks working were nice. We saw a movie in 3D and the effects were very cool! The movie watching experience is very comfortable with reclining chairs and a server to assist with food and drinks. Be prepared to spend a lot of money though, everything is pricey.

Ordered 2 beers and 2 entrees from Ashley A on 02/07/2020. Its 02/20/2020 and Im still waiting for my food.When we pressed the button, Ashley had another server come to tell us that she forgot to put my order in.WHY is gratuity already included in the check? Why should she do her job well if shes getting a tip automatically?

The CMX Cinemas in Brickell City Centre is an amazing movie theater in the Brickell area the staff are very friendly and caring, they recently upgraded their seats which their new seats recline and are very comfortable, the Dolby Atmos sound is amazing, and they have great customer service. I came here recently on February for Birds of Prey and the Sonic the Hedgehog movie and I usually have an amazing experience seeing both the movies at CMX. Also CMX Cinemas merged with Cobb Theaters and CineBistro so I dont have to go all the way to Dolphin Mall just to catch movies since the CMX in Brickell City Centre is a lot closer to home since I live in Miami Beach and I would be moving soon to Coral Gables so I can always access Brickell via Metrorail. I know this theater can get expensive over the weekends but the prices for Monday through Thursday is only $18 so I give it a 5 star rating because I rather go to CMX than Silverspot because their food is much better than what they serve at Silverspot. I would definitely come to this theater again because this would be my third go-to theater after Regal and Cinemark because this theater is amazing and all the three theaters I go to which are Regal, Cinemark, and CMX all provide the best service.

The only thing I dont like its the customer service the employees provide. The customer service sucks, even managers have horrible attitudes as well as employees. Ridiculous prices. $30 per person tickets. Lol. Food prices are insane. $30 + tip for small soda, small popcorn, and small M&Ms. Popcorn had no butter. Our order was forgotten so had to get up during movie and talk to someone. Manager tried to make it right, but second popcorn was half caramel corn. Save your money.

A hip vibe with modern & chic decor. CMX Brickell offers a new level of luxury & intimacy for cinephiles. Located on the top floor of the newly opened Brickell City Center, it compliments its upscale storefront neighbors perfectly. Tickets can be purchased online, on their app, or in person at the box office or kiosk stands. Once inside youll find a comfortable bar lounge on the main level with huge two story tall television screens. Another smaller bar lounge can be found upstairs on the mezzanine level. The theaters are arranged so every seating area feels intimate for you & your companion. The chairs are a mix of grey cloth & black leather upholstery, comfortably cushioned, capable of fully reclining. I read they use an all laser projector, but I noticed no distinction from a typical AMC or Regal cinemas screen display. The staff was very friendly, professional, and attentive. The waitress came to our seats about 2 mins after we sat ourselves. She explained all the chairs functions, the call button if we need something, the lamp side table, the adjustable swivel food tray, and noted the USB ports for charging. We had mojitos, the Special King Crab Roll, and Crispy Chicken Sandwich. The mojitos were perfect tasting & refreshing. Crab roll was good by its self but better with the small side of lobster bisque poured over it. The chicken sandwich was breaded in a flakey, tasty batter, very nice. $47 for the two tickets, $67 for the drinks & food. Not cheap. I enjoyed the experience because CMX delivered something different & quality. For the cost we paid Id save another visit for special occasion where a more intimate setting was desired to enhance the movie going experience.

The absolute best cinema I’ve been to ever! Can improve on food but overall I had a amazing experience! Customer service was great, and the recliner seats were one of my favourite things from my entire experience.

Omg what in world happened to this theatre?!? It went from an upscale VIP experience to a $1 movie quality but at $30+ per ticket. All the luxury amenities have been removed. Seats have been replaced with mediocre LaZBoy seats, food quality has gone down from 5 stars to 1 & served cold. The bathroom has doors missing & broken & those that do have doors have no toilet paper. When I let the manager know about the bathroom, she just basically ignored it. I used to rave so much about this theatre but now this will be my last visit here. It’s shameful what has become of this place

This place is definitely not for people they love animals. When I was sitting down in the lounge where the bar is in a section with 2 zebra pillows I realized that they are real. I was shocked and stood up , didn’t want to sit in between 2 dead zebras they got killed to make a pillow out of the fur. This made me really sad. Not sure if I wanna go back to this place and support this . Other then that , I liked the service and the seats in the cinema are very comfortable.

Take a walk around here is one way to have a great day. The movies at the mall was nice. They brought food and drinks to us while watching a movie. Great service for those who want the best. It does come with a price tag though be ready to open that wallet.

We reserved 5 seats for a movie. When we showed up they told us that their system had failed so we had lost our seats. The employee Lucia didnt really help in any way. Then we wanted to tell the rest of our party the bad news but their WiFi doesnt work either. We should have known when we saw the logo sign where the V in VIP was fallen down.

I love CMX Cinemas! The experience is top-notch from the moment you step into the lobby. The recliners are some of the most comfortable I have ever been on, and their food and service has always been great for me. Try the burger and truffle fries!! Theyre sooooo good! Their Sports Bar also has this giant screen... Ive never seen anything like it.

Very nice theater, but extremely overpriced for the service and food. Can look to spend $150s if you plan on eating dinner, enjoying the movie and having a drink for 2. In my opinion, simply not worth it. Additionally, there is a mandatory gratuity included on service, despite them just coming by once to bring you the food and a second time to check on you. Again, I recommend other theaters.

This was one of the COOLEST malls I have ever been to. Lots of shops. Open air feeling but had a roof to protect from rain. Multi-level with bridgest to adjacent buildings and lots of escalators.

The manager was awesome, he greeted everyone and made our night a little more special

First of all, I live in Brickell since 2001. I lived the development of the whole Brickell Centre.I had very high expectations of the movie theater, but getting in there was good as well as the welcome.Once I entered to the theater itself, the smell wasnt great. As soon as I sat could watch the moving table dirty and I requested to be cleaned as well as my companions. Attached picture.If you stare the entire room you could see broken poltronas. My rest head was not in its place. Who is responsible of preparing the theater for the show. Is he/she doing their job. But beyond that, what is the management doing.I had payed 50 dollara for the movies. So I expecte way much more. Besides my friend ordered pizza: awful. But the grilled Salmon was awesome. Service is not outstanding, it is regular.So I rated 3 stars but because they movies theaters are cheap for the image and marketing they project to the public.Corporative Offices, pay attention of what you are doing with this property. Sometimes profit damages the name and reputation.

It is very nice (and expensive) theatre. It is luxuy movie watching but it is so nice to cuddle up with your spouse and recline to watch a movie. An epic movie would be ideal. The seats are comfortable and even come with blankets! You cant afford to watch tons of movies here, but it is a treat. Food prices are normal movie theatre prices which was nice too.

I didnt have a chance to watch a movie but staid for an hour at the bar.Is it a general practice in Miami to add to a bill 18% tips after TAX for clients convenience? Seems like it works as a disservice than a good intention.

We always go to this movies, every single week expecting that something changes.. tonight we had to leave the room because the air conditioning was wayyyyy to cold! I was wearing two pullovers because I already knew that is always freezing over there but come on! Who wants to lay down freezing for two hours! It just ruined the whole experience. I had to find ways to keep myself from freezing till I had to leave the room! We complained three times and they told us they turned it off but this never happened... now my husband and I are homeWith headache and we never coming back to this place.. it all makes no sense! Inaceptable

Last week I bought tickets for Endgame premiere online. My credit card was charged for tickets for a movie I never got to see due to an error on CMX ticket system - so it was explained to me when I called the theater and later came in to try speak with a manager. - their best advise was for me to call my Credit card bank and ask for a chargeback.I don’t this is the best approach to tell an upset customer but okay I took it since it was the only alternative they gave me. Definitely need improvement in their customer service department.

I was harassed by an unruly employee and both general managers of CMX. Ive made attempts to contact the corporate office to file a complaint and resolve the issue to no avail.The service, the food, and the staff has gone progressively downhill since Ive started visiting CMX.HORRIBLE management.

Certain banks decline purchases here but can be used after confirming that it is not a fraudulent charge, also the theaters have little lights on the seats for guests who dine in & can get in your vision and be quite annoying. Otherwise its clean and staff is professional

For $25 a seat they could have afforded better signage and paid someone to clean the sticky floors. They could have fixed all the broken things. Sadly disappointed. They have a monopoly, but not much else!

Really bad experience with CMX. Paid online two tickets that was supposed to be for a 3D movies, surprisedly the movie wasn’t 3D. Movie was supposed to start at 11:30 , but the screen was white until 11:45 and lastly the popcorn was way too salty. the only positive things was the waiters Jonas, which was really cool and helpful that why i gave 2 stars.

Im not sure if this place is a social experiment to see if folks are willing to take the bait and pay an arm and leg to see a movie. The atmosphere is really great but no way should two movie tickets cost $52. I came close to swiping my card until I realized that other theaters nearby offer the same experience and tickets are only $13 each. I would hope the management gets a grip on reality and really adjust the seating prices to reflect what it should really cost to provide the service. Also the bar area food is average and expensive.

Me and my wife went down to this movie theater to watch Rambo Last Blood. The movie was good but the theater sucks. No free refills,chairs arent comfortable, tickets cost about $60 for 2 people and the parking was terrible. Ipic or Cinemark is way better

Great atmosphere

Dirty bathroom. No toilet paper on any bathroom (second floor), no door in 1 of 3 bathrooms (first floor)

The price we paid does not match the experience or customer service received. We have tried 4 previous times, being that were local it’s convenient however, Downstairs bar was filthy. Countertops were sticky And there were gnats flying around. Back bar was disgusting. The button to my seat did not work. Ordered popcorn which was delivered midway through movie and The popcorn was burned. Never going back!!!!

This is a nice theater but tickets are $26. At the equally nice Silverspot theater a few blocks away tickets are $17 - $10.70 all day Tuesday.
