We went to the mall to watch a movie, and we got amazed by this theater because it was so clean and it was sanitized well. They also offer very delicious food!

Wow wow wow...what a super find. 35MM viewing of classics was so much fun. Had the honor of watching Terminator 2 and around midnight a round of coffee was offered. Old film lines,visual and sound made it so retro. Super cool vibe ...will do this again.

Well worth paying more for. Make sure you sit in the front row. I got to watch the new Han Solo movie with Christopher Nolan right next to me! I was literally thinking How would Christopher Nolan watch this? And then he came and sat down next to me! I dream about and analyze his films all day on a normal basis, so I was fangirling pretty hard. That was one of the best things that has ever happened to me and Ill cherish the memory forever.

A very beautiful and fun place to go. The theater has been once ranked as the 3rd best theater to go in the country, so that has to account for something.Its a great place to go for special events like the Oscars and the crowds there are always full of energy and have a real passion for the films. Also one of the few theaters I know that have a organist who plays before the film starts and during intermissions.

Amazing experience, definitely would go back. Such a different scene and I love it !!!

High-quality theater with great projection, excellent sound, and all-around cleanliness.Always some interesting items from current films on display - costumes, props, etc. in the lobby, which gives you something to do if you need to kill time.

Growing up in Miami, I remember the days when all the marquee-clad buildings throughout the neighborhoods were actually movie theatres. I remember the days before the Metreon, AMC Van Ness, Daly City, and whatever the heck went into the old Emporium. In those days, the Kabuki seemed like a 25th century futuristic space portal.

Amazing place! The movies, staff, atmosphere, snack selection. Everything! Absolutely unlike any other movie theater I have ever been to. If you’re a local or visiting put this place at the top of the list of things to do!

A hidden treasure thats a blend of a theater and a secret members only cinemaphile private club. See rare cinematic classics and rare seldom seen celluloid on 35mm projected on the big screen in the large theater or arrange a quiet screening or a large party in the multiple private and smaller viewing rooms. Its a venue like no other. The magic begins at the front door. Run... Dont walk to the NITE OWL ! Youll be glad you did !

Unlike any other film watching experience. Definitely a place to put on your list of places to go to in Miami. If youre a local or visiting its going to take you to a place youve never been. Would definitely go again.

Amazing retro feel! Pure film buff haven with killer staff!

A wonderful way to catch any films you never got to see on the big screen. Cinema lovers paradise. Staff is spectacular and true film aficionados. Decor is so original, its like a little funhouse of film. We just saw Jaws 3 in 3D as part of their 3D film festival and had such a great time. Such a unique experience. And they accept Moviepass!

Great experience here watching Blood Diner. The seating is great and the concessions were themed for the movie (best lumerian feast since 5 million b.c.!!) Thank you for the opportunity to see this on the big screen.

Great place, great ambiance. It never gets old! I’ve seen Meet the Feebles, Hellraiser, Elvira, Munsters go Home, Scary Movie, The Spongebob movie, a Christmas Story, and soon Die Hard! Great snacks too. Definitely one of my favorite places to spend an evening in Miami, I feel like I’m another time there

A beautiful theatre space, dedicated to playing movies on 35mm film. The space is impressive and great to hang out in before the movie starts. The staff is super nice. In a safe area with plenty of security. Lots of cheap parking on the street, in the malls garage, or with nearby valet. I have yet to see a bad print of any movie shown here. They alway show the best print available, including some rare prints. I love the lineup of movies. Alittle bit of everything for everyone. You wont be disappointed. You have see it for yourself. One of my favorite theaters!!

OMG! Take me back to the 70’s...No where else but at Night Owl Theatre, Will the incredible host / owner let you pick a couch, overstuffed chair or a stadium theater seat so that you can enjoy a classic movie viewing. By the way Nayib has prepared cozy private areas with AV systems to add a VIP personal touch if you bring a group of friends. Same movie shows everywhere in Night Owl Theatre.I saved the best for last.... It’s 35mm, nothing beats a movie that has the subtle sound of the projector going click click click!5 diamonds Sir!
