This place you used be fire, but due to the pandemic I am getting things have started to fall apart. The recliner seats in the Dolby are starting to show wear and tear button get stuck. They dont have any popcorn drinks or snacks for state and wont allow you to bring anything from out side .....

We saw the Star Wars movie at theater room 15 and the air conditioning didnt seem to be working. The room was incredibly hot. We advised the staff of the issue and nothing was done about it. It was very uncomfortable to watch such a long movie with no air conditioning. I was literally sweating. The pop corn was salty. We hope to have a better experience next time.

Nice theater always clean and the staff helpful. Also love that theyre bringing back and playing more of the classic movies from the past instead of all the cartoon movies they make today. Also thr theater has plenty of dining options nearby for a nice evening out

Legit spot. Reserved seating makes life easier. This is our movie spot whenever Im further down south which is about every month and a half or so depending on if there are good movies out. Highly recommend Regal Kendall Village movie theater.

We went to see the Invisible Man. We bought our tickets at the automated kiosk by the entrance, the tickets never appeared. My wife went to look for help. To cut a story short I had to pry the paper tickets and receipts with a post box key out of the kiosk, by the way assistance never arrived.The movie theather was clean, the movie was good and the bathrooms were clean.

I found out that this theater has a new owner . People are not able to buy tickets at the front window. You have to buy them at the concession or at the machines(they dont always work)This issue creates long lines. Today was good but the previous time I went, I spent almost 30-40 minutes in line which is ridiculous. I hope the new management can fix this problem. I am not sure this new rule was a good idea.

Good and clean place. I was greeted and welcomed. The only thing that didnt sit well with me was the assigned seatings. But then again, after thinking about it for a short time, I do agreed.

The concession needs to have better customer service during the main hours. Sometimes they can be a little rude to the customers especially the elderly. The late night crew & their manager is great though I must say. Ill much rather go on down time.

Brave Kendall church does a Sunday service at 11am in a theater. Loving the church services and the connection that they strive to attain!I have also attended for a movie theater. This location is great and relaxing. They have the 4dx which I am going to try out this weekend!

I got the regal unlimited plan and see movies here a lot. Nice theater and staff, but EVERY movie Ive seen here in the past year has someone behind me or to my sides talking. Not whispering, but full on talking to someone in their group. Almost always also someone texting or using their phone at full brightness. Even in near empty theaters. In kids movies, the adults talk and ignore the movie half the time.

Wish they would get recliners like 18 does but besides that its a clean well placed theatre. They also have fathom events which is a big plus, saw one piece stampede in sub which its amazing they even had the option. They also had dub showings if youd prefer that.

Nice theather but managers treat you like and employee not a customer,beware i asked about the movie pass card and was better going into the internet to find out,i was explained but didnt like the attitude!!

When I say this was the best movie experience Ive ever had Im not kidding. This is so worth it. You have to come try it. It was amazing ! I dont want to spoil the surprise just be sure you watch a 4DX movie.

Services at food counter was quick and area was clean. Movie started in time. Do miss having people outside at the ticket counter. Kiosks make the visit impersonal. Other than that tonight was one of our better visits. Keep up the good work.

I wish I lived closer to it so I could go more often. Its in a great location, it has many good places to shop or eat at before/after your screening. Though I was surprised they hadnt upgraded to reclining seats last time I went, since even tiny movie theatres Ive gone to have made the upgrade.

Love this theater. CLEAN FLOORS....Never an issue. Everyone is always friendly. And the popcorn is always fresh. Its at a Great location with small shops for quick shopping and restaurants for when you are waiting for your movie to start. Also chuck e cheese to tire out the kids before your movie starts..

Amazing spot. We saw the Star Wars movie here a few months back. This is now gonna be our favorite movie spot from now on.

There was no one at the concession stand when I arrived. They came out quickly when another associate alerted them. Nice and comfortable theater.

Great place for movies. Parking is abundant where the parking garage is next to it. A new room is going to be added 4DX. Cant wait. Only con about this cinema is that they do not have reclining seats.

Nice seats that can be reserved as well as pay for the tickets online and easy to use ticket dispenser machines. Theaters always kept clean and plenty of room to move around. Love the high quality screens(RPX) and sound systems.

Let me be honest with you and tell you I had the best experience at my movie! Wonderful team of staff and a kind manager! Difently going for seconds!

I bumped it up to a 3 because my experience was fairly mutual. I neither hated or completely enjoyed my experience. Upon walking into the auditorium it was clear the crew did not clean up before the guests of the showing I went to entered. There was popcorn scattered on the ground in the aisle were my seating was. There was also left over cups. During the 20 minutes of commercials, advertisements, and movie previews no employee entered to clean up and we werent asked to wait outside as other places do in some cases. The other reason for my rating is the theater seats. Theyre a bit uncomfortable as they dont offer any sort of adjustment or reclining.

I went today to the 3D 4DX theater for the first time and its amazing how they can control the vibrations, scents, seats, water, fog, etc. BUT THEY CANNOT CONTROL THE FREAKING TEMPERATURE OF THE ROOM! We were all cold in there. It ruined my experience completely... Not coming again.

I went to see Star Wars The Rise of Skywalker in 4DX with my 2 sons and I was blown away by the experience... literally! LOL Its the priciest ticket you can buy here, but totally worth it!The 4DX theater adds water, air, motion, bubbles, rain, rainstorm, lightning, snow, fog, wind, scents, ticklers, vibration AND 3D into the mix. The entire seat moves - its like riding an attraction at universal studios while watching a movie. LOL Awesome!

This movie theater is located on Kendall drive in a shopping center with different stores. This is one of my favorite movie theaters, especially weeknights and weekends matinees because it has fewer people. Their bathrooms are clean. They sell snacks like popcorn, pizza, sweets, sodas and more. The theaters are spacious enough and the chairs inside them are comfortable.

Went to see Jumanji on December 26th and the theater was an absolute mess! Box office was closed, one credit card kiosk was working and then ended breaking also as 40+ people were waiting in line. Napkins, straws, popcorn all on the floor, spilled soda, and it smelled sour. For as much money that people pay to go see a movie the experience should be decent but this was horrific. I blame the manager for even allowing it to ever get to this point, there is no excuse.

Easy parking and clean location. Staff are very nice and helpful.

If you want food from the concession, come an hour early because that is how long it will take. I dont even bother getting popcorn anymore because I dont want to miss the movie or get bad seats. Also, you pay a small fortune for a popcorn and drinks. A family of three can easily spend $40 just on a small popcorn and small sodas. Otherwise, the rest of my experience has always been great.

This theater has been hit-and-miss at certain times problems range from lights being on for 20 minutes during the movie the cashiers behind the counter move at a snails pace. But when everything runs smooth it runs moves in the theater is great IMAX, 3D, standard, food is good the drinks are good arcade machines, bathrooms, only thing they do not have is wheelchairs for handicapped people and there is no special entrance for handicap people just the front doors in the front of the building parking lots is in the back of the building

This Thearter is where I saw Avengers 1 for the first time. & the same exact theater & nearly almost same seat that I sat all those years ago. Then I saw Endgame here & it couldn’t have been a better ride through all these movies! This is a great place why don’t you do yourself & head over next time you’re in the area.

This theater has always been one my favorite in the area. Clean, reserved seating is great, organized. Up until I experienced a black out in this theater in August 3rd. Customers were told to evacuate and go to the lobby to receive refunds. I could not wait in an enormous line with my two kids and my handicapped mother. It was just not happening. We were all told as long as you had your tickets and receipts, we could come back and receive our refunds. I returned the next day, only to be turned away at the door because FPL was still working on it. I was unable to return until August 18. Walk up with my receipts and tickets only to be told its too late and all I can get is a readmission ticket. People work in this day and age, and arent free all the time to just swing by the theater. According to the rep I spoke to, they werent even giving the refund after the first day. I was fuming because never once did they say it would be readmission tickets. Its not my fault the theater lost its power and I couldnt finish the movie. I was promised a refund. I wanted my refund. Next time, make sure you are clear on what you are promising your customers.

This is a good theatre in the heart of Kendal. There is plenty of parking and there are plenty of places to eat near by. Unfortunately, the standard strata are traditional seats and they do not recline. Come early so you can save a seat. Also,there is no bar which is another minus in modern theatres. Other than that, its a pretty good theatre.

This place was completely trashed! Popcorn everywhere on the floor from the concession stand all the way to your seat! Disgusting. We watched the jumanji movie that showed at 1145pm on 12/26/19.

The 4dx feels like a reallife experience and the staff is really mice but with the imax 3d was an error wich maked the movie start 10 minutes later.

My go to place to watch all of the new releases and to hangout with my friends!! Concession lines and the ticket boot takes forever so get there early so you can make it to your movie. Usually after the movie I cross the street to go get a meal at Chilis or Dennys with my friends. My recommendation is that management should renovate the inside to make it more vivid and vibrant because is just bland and boring after coming here everytime.

Theaters is just OK. What really really really gave my family and me a VERY SOUR taste was the fact that we paid in advance several tickets and received no email confirmation, when we showed up there was nothing in record. At customer they gave me a telephone number with a digital operator that I couldnt hear with all the noise, so movie started without us. We left the theater without watching the movie because by that time most seats were taken and we all would have had to seat separated with small kids. OF COURSE, WE GOT BILLED AND HAD TO PAY THE CREDIT CARD. Employees told us this wasnt uncommon. My recommendation is dont buy prepaid tickets.

This IMAX movie theater is terrible. I have seen a couple of IMAX movies here and they dont take up the whole screen. There are huge blank bars at the top and bottom. Also this time, they didnt turn off the lights until 15mins in to the movie!!!!

The theater has comfortable seats, good sound quality, and overall, it is well maintained. The bathrooms are alright, somewhat clean. And the customer service is excellent, however, I would definitely not recommend buying the food here since it is mainly overpriced and quite basic. As a note, do expect the place to be busy during the night.

Theater was clean and cool saw Ford vs. Ferrari the surround was intense.

I have been coming to this place for about 5 years and the main reason is cleanliness. The nail technicians are good, some better than others. I always go with Catherine but you have to book her well in advance because she is always booked. I have done my nails with other technicians but the result has not been the best. It seems as some of them are like robots and dont like to deviate from the routine. For example, if you ask them to scrub your feet a bit more they seem to be confused as if you are asking them for something outrageous or if you ask them to check the color of the regular polish with the gel polish it is bothersome or when you tell them that your nails need to be even. Nevertheless, this is not the case with all of them but you have to go through some trial and error before finding a nail technician that fits your needs.

Attendants were courteous. Theater is clean and doesnt smell. Enjoyed watching the movie.

This is my local movie theater. Free parking, garage or lot. Many shops and businesses around the theater. Theater is comfortable and clean. Regal doesnt disappoint...only with the ridiculous prices at the concession. Oh and assigned seating? Never knew that was a thing now at movies but yea its real.

Love this movie theater. I have going to Kendall Village since I can remember and have seen so many great films at this cinema. Concession stand has tons of options and they are always adding new treats. The theater can get cold, I recommend a jacket!

I have been to this movie theater a couple of times. Every time I go it disappoints me more. My friends and I went to watch a movie in 3D and the quality of the picture was very bad. The screen was very old and the sound was horrible, it was like watching a silent black and white movie. We headed to the costumer service to change the movie to regular Imax and the lady at the desk did not even offer to refund the tickets she even charged us more. To top it off there is a lot of inexperienced unsupervised employees working at the food section and the kitchen which is why the food takes 30 minutes to be done. I almost forget to mention that the chairs are very old and uncomfortable. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but just don’t go to this theater, is a waste of money and you wont have a great time.

Nice cinema, plenty of screens and movies at a broad variety of times. Get the large popcorn, it has a free refill included!Did have something weird happen though: we bought tickets at the sales desk and got seats J8 and J9 for a certain movie. Went to the theater, the seats were available, so far so good. After a few minutes, two ladies enter the theater, walk up to our seats and say “youre in our seats”. They show us their tickets and they have J8 and J9 too! They didnt fuss too much about it though and sat next to us. How this could happen, nobody knows. The seat reservation system is designed specifically to avoid these situations.

Not impressed! IMAX was small to me! No combos and refills on soda and popcorn! For the price there is better places in my opinion! Although was clean and not thugged out!

Went to this theater with my wife after a long week of her taking care of our baby boy. We get to the theater early and we’re given the ok to head to our movie 30 mins early.. As soon as we open the door to our theater #8, we noticed the trash all over the floor. At first we thought it wasn’t too bad until we saw our seats and noticed the whole room was filled with trash all over. The floors were sticky, popcorn and nachos on the floor, etc. It was a disaster. My wife went to speak to the manager and he basically told her they had just added this time and didn’t have time to clean. Mind you, they still had 30 mins before the movie to start and they never even tried to fix the problem. Thanks regal for not even trying.

This is a very good theatre, most of the screens are quite large with lots of room. Plus it has two deluxe rooms, the large IMAX theatre and the slightly smaller RPX theatre which has plush comfortable seating.It has a wide variety of snacks and concessions but some of them take a while to prepare and the line moves slowly on busy weekend nights. The same goes for the lines to the movies. Parking is free and there are a good amount of spaces. Overall, this is a great movie theatre, just arrive early if you plan on getting any snacks.

Not good. They need to update their chairs. They are old and not comfortable at all. And whats up with the AC? The auditorium was too hot. Really bad experience overall considering the price for tickets.

Plenty of parking. Not crowded with comfortable seats and good picture & sound. Very clean restroom.

Very unorganized, busy weekend considering end games first weekend but by now they should know how to handle this. 30 minutes for a soda and popcorn. A additional 15 min wait for a hot pretzel. And had to wait 20 min just to scan my ticket in line. Didnt miss the movie and once in, the seats were clean and the sound was great. But getting in was such a mission.

Saw a cool movie, good visuals from the projectors,good sound quality, clean theater, seats were comfortable. it was a little weird that they tried to charge me for adding cheddar to my popcorn but it was still delicious without it.

Really bad experience, worse customer service EVER. The dude that sold me the tickets couldnt care less about selling them to me, facial expressions and really bad attitude. He literally left the tickets on his side of the window and asked me (not really, he just gave me the look) to get them, with the receipt. Then i went to get some snacks... same story, its really sad to see this cuz you go to the movies to relax, not to deal with bad attitude, on top of that there was a shortage of power, i know this isnt nobodys fault but it was just the cherry on the ice cream to me. Overall a horrible experience, i read a review here that says they dont care about losing customers, i completely agreed with it. Not going there anymore and i dont recommend it to ANYONE!!!
