This is the kind of place and establishments we all should be supporting! As someone who always loves to watch and support local movies, this place gives the fix. Its a cozy movie house with free to use blankets, which makes it different from the usual mall cinemas. We will go back and bring friends!

Its decent place.. comparing to some others, its pretty cool. They have different stuff inside of the building, like bowling, restaurants, in case you want to do something else after watching the movies or something. Place is real neat and cool.

A great movie theater! Everyone is always friendly and nice! If you dont want to make the line outside to buy the tickets you can go inside and use the computers if youre paying with a card!

Where to start well first you have these teens being disrespectful when your watching a movie just talking and laughing when trying to watch a movie. I think they should put someone at the door to make sure they have a ticket for that movie. And the women’s bathroom smelled like straight piss it was nasty even piss on the toilet, toilets not fleshed just plan nasty. To be in a “fancy” place it’s horrible!!!

Ehhhh its a regular movie theater

This is a beautiful theatre from the moment you walk up the stairs or if you choose to go up the elevator. You can play arcade games while you wait for your movie to start and grab some snacks to enjoy before or during the move or both like me. Then, after the movie we have fun walking the mall.

They need to remodel & update like amc & regal has

Sufficient theatre size with 19 different theatre rooms, each having sufficient seating. Usually not crowded, only on premier weekends. Service attendants could be a bit more polite, but thats Miami so cant complain too much. Would recommend the AMC tamiami if youre looking for a more intimate experience. If youre with a group of friends Cobb Theatres would be the better choice

I found the cinema dated, not very clean and the staff not very friendly. The restrooms need a good deep clean. (There were marks on the back of the cubicle door). I had to walk back to ask the staff my seating location because it was not on the ticket. The response was given with the attitude that it’s my vault and I should know that it’s free seating. If you have ever been to other places and countries you will know there’s seating assigned to a ticket. So I took exception at the sarcastic response “you can sit anywhere just not on someone already seated”.

Huge theater, plenty of parking, depending on the day of the week. Join the Cobb rewards membership for specials. New D-Box (4D) movie viewing available. Food availability is good, as always pricey in any theater. Bathrooms are clean. Overall, it looks and feels outdated due to the decor, but worth it.

Easy getting in and out, parked in the covered parking. Straight to the theater and back. Happy to do some shopping late on Sunday!

No complaints about the theater just for the kind of food they serve here just spent 9.50$ for a bag of popcorn that clearly has been sitting there for more than 8 hours, after going where I got them no sorry no oh do you want us to get you some new ones? Nahhh what for right just got my refund and went back to my movie you guys need to try to fix the food you serve here!

No reserved seating in 2019. I dont understand why though, it cuts down on folks running from theater room to theater room and freely sitting wherever theres an opening. I guess if you want a better experience you have to go CineBistro which cost an arm and a leg.

Wonderful experience as always. Perfect location, multiple auditoriums and movie times to pick. Comfortable chairs. Popcorn, soda and much more. IMAX experience is awesome, vivid images and sound. Friendly staff and security. Perfect place to enjoy my movies in the big screen with family and friends. Thanks

This is the first cinema I visited in USA. I remember the movie was ‘Sully’. No the most theatrical one but I was with friends and we had a good time. The place is clean and the employees are friendly, also helpful. Don’t know if it’s the pricing or the fact that it’s located at Dolphin Mall, where people tend to have different priorities, but the place is always empty. No lines, few people in the auditoriums. There’s 19 so it’s a lot of empty space. The snack selection is average, nothing special here. The IMAX screen it’s is not really IMAX. Just a slightly bigger screen with decent audio. Not the giant screen you expect when you think in IMAX, so not worth the increased price. Loved the neon light in the entrance. Gives the place a cool retro vibe.

I loved how clean and alive the ambience was. Their theater chairs, vibrate based on whats happening in the movie. Their bathrooms are very clean and nice. I had a great time there!

Bring your Earplugs !!!The movie theater is old and not very well maintained. Furthermore, the audio is played super high and its so bad that it even sounds distorted. Tried to tell the manager that the audio was too loud and the response was that it couldnt be adjusted. Then he said that kids liked it like that. Got a refund and went to the much nicer and more affordable Cinemark in Davie.

Movie was great, bathrooms horrible. All the bathroom locks were shaved down, you couldnt lock your stall. Ppl kept on opening the door on each other!

I love this theater always have collectors cups or buckets always have collectible movie posters for free. the seats are pretty good and comfortable food is okay always get the pretzels and cheese and churros.only thing I dont like about the movie theater is trying to access the bathroom in my wheelchair pain to get in the door and out of the door but other than that great great movie theater.

In 2019 almost all local theaters have reclining seats. Unfortunately they have not upgraded these here yet. Except for the outdated seating, its an overall good experience while visiting the mall.

Worse cinema going experience ever. The staff was unfriendly and the food counter. Popcorns are not fresh. The screen in theater had huge smudges all over. Theyre just taking advantage of being inside the mall and always having first time customers who havent had the experience before.

Depending on what time you decide to go, the place can be very packed or almost deserted. Nice place to hand out with groups and the prices are fair. Also theres the mall right outside to there are many other things to do. The food is really expensive relative to other places. Youre better off ordering food at the food court prior to or following your movie time.

Horrible experience, I paid to watch a movie that felt as if I was wearing sunglasses with limo tints. Watched Terminator dark fate. Oh it was dark alright.. I guess they took the name of the movie pretty serious. Picture was so dark and faded that in dark scenes (50% of the movie) in addition I paid for churros and they had me wait 10 mins while asking for proof of purchase. They offered to deliver my food in theater which was respectable but inconvenient. While I was watching the movie I was searching for Waldo (my delivered churros)

I prefer purchasing my seat ahead of time so whatever time I arrive my seat will be available for me. Unfortunately this theater does not offer that convenience. The seats do not recline and the walk area is small between the rows. Dont enjoy having someones feet on the back of the seat next to me. Had to keep asking the individuals behind me to stop kicking my seat. Womens bathroom was dirty, definitely needs attention thoughout the day . Over priced concession.

Terrible experience! The coffee tastes like sewer water. Came to watch Child’s Play at 12:05pm and still waiting for it to start. It’s now 12:30pm and an employee is running around with a walkie talkie trying to figure out why the movie hasn’t started.

The theater itself was fine, however, the crowds of people were the issue. From some smoking during the movie to little kids shouting. Otherwise, the experience couldve been better.

Go on days when they have specials. Friendly staff, food expensive like any other movie theater.

Awesome movie theater, very clean!

This place is awesome, it has pretty cool arcades,so you can play while you wait for the movie to start. It has a bunch of screens so there are always multiple showings of the big movies. They offer regular screens, Real-D 3D screens, they also have the awesome theater experience that is D-Box and they have an IMAX screen so you can enjoy your movie in whatever format youd like. The staff is ok. The down side is how long the lines for concessions are and how long they take to get what you ask for, its ridiculous how long they take. Also their are no self serve for the drinks so no refills, also the seats are old and small and you cant reserve seats like in other theaters.

The worst movie theater in miami. they sold me tickets and there were no seats available, I spoke with a supervisor and she told me it was not her fault, that if I wanted to change for another time or I went to another theater. terrible customer service do not go to this place

2nd Consecutive worst experience in this COBB THEATERS. Came with my little girl to see Spider Man one hour early, not to have any inconvenience, the girl at the counter, tells me there is a show starting 30 minutes earlier, that it has plenty of seats, so we did agree and bought the tickets. We got in and the girl inside told us to go all the way in and then to the left Theater #19 , it was almost empty the commercials just started, I came out to buy some ice creams and looked at the sign of #19 and show the title Yesterday CC, ask the girl again if #19 Had Spider Man, because it was displaying something different in their sign, she said yes, that it was a mistake, dont worry about it. after buying our ice creams and the movie started we realize it was the wrong movie, went out to talk to the same girl and she said she made a mistake, it was theater #15 , the very first theater next to her station, she told us to go to Customer (No apologies, no nothing) Went to C. Service, explain what just happen and the lady in charge of C. Service told us, that girl is new some times she doesnt know what shes doing, again NO APOLOGIES, NO NOTHING, AND THE FIRST THING IT CAME OUT OF THE LADYS MOUTH IN C. SERVICE WAS, I CAN REFUND YOUR MONEY, I reply thats not what we want, we would like to see the movie in the next show then, she look at the next scheduled show {It will start in 30 minutes} and told us it was sold out, so she had to refund our money. My 9 year old was so upset, she wanted to leave and go home and advice me not to come to this theaters again, her first bad experience in this theaters it was still fresh in her mind. SO SAD!END OF THE STORY. HORRIBLE SERVICE VERY POOR TRAINING. US BAD AS IT CAN BE.

I had never been to this movie theater and since I was at Dolphin Mall decided to watch Dark Phoenix. This will probably be the last time, I go to this theater. The Air Conditioning was either not working properly or set too high as everyone in our group was uncomfortably hot throughout the whole movie. The concession stand prices are ridiculously high compared to others. The bathrooms were not the tidiest.

Meh, Its like any other movie theater really, except the sticky stuff on the ground might ACTUALLY be bodily fluids.

Great first experience watching Jurassic park in 3D. My boyfriend and I had a blast. We ordered some food and drinks, chilled, and watched a great movie. The waitresses were all very nice and got us our food in a very timely manner. We barely waited 20 minutes for the entire order. We had a Heineken, the Brie croquettes, the buttermilk friend chicken with loaded potatoes and waffles, and the NY Strip with Mac n Cheese. It was all very good. You place your entire order (drinks included) at one time and pay right then and there. As my first time I was like What?, this is weird, but it wasnt. Great concept, comfy seats and a beer during a movie... Whats there not to like?

After going to different theaters, I will most likely not be returning to this one. For starters, their ticket and concession pricing are extremely expensive. Secondly, the theaters just don’t feel clean and comfortable. There are many other theaters out there with reclinable leather seats that can be reserved.

People kept talking and standing up during Maleficent movie and employees did not do anything about this. I could hardly hear the movie because of the constant talking. Also, there was garbage under the seats too before movie started. Movie Time 10pm auditorium 16, on friday oct 26,2019

I usually go to this theater or Tamiami 18 and to be honest I like Tamiami 18 better because they have a bar, affordable food, and excellent chairs; the staff at Tamiami 18 is better too. However, there is a large variety of items to pick from at Cobb Theaters as well as D-box experience when seeing movies. So, if you have a lot of money I recommend Cobb Theaters but if you dont have a lot of money and want to have a good time then Tamiami 18 is the place to go.
