Just a notice that this park is less than 2 miles from a beautiful mountain formation that is slated for destruction over the next 10 years by way of aggregate mining bringing noise, dust, home devaluation, etc. So before renting or buying, be sure you are well educated about this project. Very clean and quiet as well. Nice and helpful management. Beautiful indoor pool and large clubhouse. This is a retirement community of 100 large sites. Not active as the larger communities but thats why I love it! Been a resident for almost 9 years. Most have been here many years!

Sister just recently moved there and loves it - next space rental in surrounding area (20 mile radius) she has found. Friendly too.
