It is under new management and there has been a significant improvement to the cleanliness of the park. The owners and management do their best to address any issues and resolve them. This is a good place for people on a budget.

The place is ran down and the pool is nasty empty rust and mold. The managment doesnt know anything she is a waste of space. Its a terribe park because it is ran poorly

I enjoy living here. I have noticed a significant improvement in the management of the park here recently. It is a good, clean and affordable place to live.

Its a very run down and dirty trailer park that doesnt attempt to accommodate people with disabilities. I know a disabled resident who doesnt have a parking spot in front of her trailer, while non-disabled neighbors on every side of her have multiple spots.

I can say for a fact that this place is NOT the same as it was before under the previous manager. Its a lot more cleaner and the mobile homes are newer. Theres hardly any cat situations as that was a big problem for many others living/lived there. The manager is very easy going and will help anyone with problems with their homes. Apache West is a pretty cool place to live at. Theres honestly nothing that I can complain about and this my honest review not a fake one to boost ratings for Apache.

I live here and for the most part its nice. People stay to themselves. The cat problem is horrible, smells like cat poop everywhere. Trailers definitely too close to each other, propain companies will not deliver because the trailers are not safely spaced apart. Last but not least, Never anyone in the office to Express concerns too and cant contact any management.

I came here once twice and the manager was very helpful and very kind professional attendant

CATS CATS CATS !!! Can you say cats ? Everywhere you look there are cats,and cat poo !! The manager Lady promotes the problem.. Their is a clubhouse with a pool table by the pool,and there are cats inside the clubhouse,by themselves,chillin on the pool table,like its all good... But besides all that.. The crime here is like the streets of L.A. . No Joke NO PARKING, none,not even for your own car. The mobile homes are very,very ran down...

Friends of mine reside in this trailer park and for the most part its clean, very little or no crime on property, and its safe.

Its a nice place you can buy a mobile home there they even have a swimming pool its a lot better than the one thats near eazy to get the light rail and Frys just down the corner circle k is just a skip and a hop away along with McDonalds and Burger King

Stray cats everywhere. The stench of cat feces everywhere. Unleashed dogs everywhere. Fire hazardous trailers every single one. Not inspected by the city for safe living conditions.

No-one bothered I me, it was surprisingly quiet.
