Strange how you only respond to positive reviews. Also odd is that all positive reviews are over 6 months old. The in park manager is essentially useless. The amenities expected have either been reduced or removed. Time to clean house of the deadweight employees and step up their game. Would be a great place to live if there were results rather than excuses.

Great amenities and very clean

Very disappointed since new ownership by Treehouse Communities. Large pool has been closed for 3 months and small pool has limited hours. Although I am over 55 I still work full time and part of the appeal of this property was the availability of the pool. I definitely dont feel the welcome atmosphere that was here before. Hoping this changes soon

New owners (Treehouse Communities) is beyond horrible! This is 3rd owner in a little over 2 years. The new park manager is rude, abrasive in communication, extremely difficult to get ahold of...only talk via text or a do not reply email where her communication skills are seriously lacking, blames residents for pool pump going out, has taken trash pickup away, etc. Shes only part time and doesnt live in park. Were supposedly a gated community yet since Treehouse took over the gates have been non operational more than theyve worked. Get nothing but excuses from them IF you can reach someone. For a 55+ plus park were treated like children! Lots of amenities IF shed open them up and hire an activities person again. Lots of nice folks who live here, shame management and Treehouse dont care about us cuz this use to be and can be a nice park.

We have been snowbirds for awhile now and enjoy our winters in AZ. This place has evolved through the years into a fine place to stay. We enjoy the friendships made and the many activities available within the court. Reason for not rating a five is the senior management for the park is remote and local management is somewhat limited on managing day to day operations.

The facility looks nice. Very clean. Spoke to a couple living there about there experience. Very positive. Hoping to look at a few mobile homes for sale there. Love that it is pet friendly.

My mother-in-law lives here and she absolutely loves it! And so do I! Its always so clean and tidy around the community and the people that live here are always so nice and friendly :-) of all the places we looked at for my mother-in-law, Im so glad we chose Agave Village! And the groundskeepers do an extraordinary job maintaining the community I dont think Ive ever seen a single piece of trash or dirt on the streets :-)

We are a 55+ community. Legacy has been contacted many times over our on site manager. Everyone is supposed to have a clean background check. Our onsite manager moved her 51 year old felon boyfriend into our park. We also have an illegal living here. She curses at people with complaints , suggest and or concerns. We have many people not returning, merely because of her! Our contact at Legacy refuses to do anything about her. We have the most friendly community, yet it is rapidly declining due to lack of over site.After I raised issues at our public meeting, many people came up and thanked me as they are terrified of her, as she is retaliatory.There also is no reconciliation of all the cash taken in from our various events. If we attend an event, why can’t this be added to our monthly bill.The fact that Andrew from Legacy comes and talks and placates the situation is really appalling! Nothing is done!!!They state there is free WiFi for residents. Not done. They state there is a FT activity director. Not so.I really dislike having to resort to this public forum, but truly see no other options at this point.Do your homework before moving a Legacy property. They are arrogant and placating!Quite appalling really!

Outstanding place to call home

Great place to live, been here over 5 years. Tina is a great Manager and ALWAYS gets back to you. Agave rocks!

I have lived here for about 20 years. I love The park,the peopleand the amenities.I do not think the managerhas ever been trained in how to treat people in a business world. She ignores you, is defensive and loves to argue. People have for 2 years been without wi fi and she still does not have it worklng! There are mobiles for sale it is a wonderful place to live if you are looking for a wonderful park to live in. Just dont have to deal with her. We hear the park has been sold and were hoping the new owner will listen to the residents.

Ive emailed and called regarding homes for sale and the response I got? Junk emails! I responded to one saying please dont send me any more emails when you cant respond to emails or calls regarding homes for sale and the only response I got then was an email back saying to hit the unsubscribe button?!? And I STILL end up getting emails!?! Never a thing about the homes I inquired about, so definitely NOT a place I would recommend to anyone. Id give ZERO stars if Google would let me

We are just looking here so dont everything about the park. The streets are really wide and it looks kept up well. The sales person, Kelly, is very easy to work with.

Just ok. Clean and well kept but older mobile homes and RV spaces are ok.

We attended Agave Villages Open House on Saturday, March 2nd. Everything was free - we had coffee and doughnuts and played shuffleboard and bocce ball and had lunch there while a live band was playing. We also toured a few of the featured places that were for sale. A nice, friendly resort with very nice, wide streets and super-friendly people. They have new owners and a new name (Agave Village) to go with it. It used to be called Mesa Dunes. Anyway, they put on a good show until the rain put a damper on everything.
