I like this place for me and my family but I thought pitbulls were not allowed.. my neighbor has 2 one is nice due to her being old but she just got a new blue nose pitbull and I have kids that are outside and will come running back inside dude to the dog being lose and it barks from 6am and thought out the whole day and let me tell you it sucks having a dog braking all day at my windows only cuz it sees a child hanging out in there room:/ and the owner of the dog doesnt do nothing really about it she keeps its outside all day due to the same reason it barks alot smh..

I love Royal Palm Village. They have a good management and always there for you. This place is secure and have security cameras 24/7. They make sure that the grounds are well maintained. To improve the face of the community they should get of all much older homes that looks like shanties.

Royal Palms Village is a peaceful place to live. There are so many different types of people here all with the same ideas of happy home. Its constantly improving and striving to be more asthetically pleasing and the NEW manager is awesome. I think Royal Palms Village is a great place to live for a variety of people; there are some rules, but they promote peace and cleanliness within the community. Im a new home owner and I couldnt have asked for a better place to call home. Peace be with you.

Jim and Krystal have been a blessing for Royal Palm Village . They are very respectful people. You see Jim out most of the time around the park doing his job, cleaning the empty lots, helping others with there homes. Ever since they became the new managers they have put us in peace, and enjoy living here.Crystal does an amazing job in the office. Keep up the amazing work guys and dont let anyone think you are not doing a good job.

Very clean and in order and the management was very nice and polite and respectful. Great atmosphere.

I have family in the park and visit there frequently. The park is well maintained, clean and seems to be quiet and safe. My kids love playing with the other kids in the park. Nice manager, nice family park!

DO NOT MOVE INTO ROYAL PALM VILLAGE! I have family there, and since the new management has been here, the community has NOT improved, even though they said it was going to. Come take a ride through the community during the evening, street by street, and you will notice a lot. For four-hundred dollars lot rent, you get NOTHING. The management allows special residents to brake the rules. My family gets notices about little things, while other residents continue to break the rules and nothing is done. The community is NOT kept up, and no one cares. If you see a positive review, it has to be from a friend of the management, because if you would ask residents they would not agree. So DO NOT MOVE INTO ROYAL PALM VILLAGE, you will regret it. Beware, DO NOT BUY a mobile home from them, you will REGRET that to. Dont believe the positive reviews regarding Jim & Crystal Rating: 1 (Would prefer a 0)

I have lived at Royal Palm Village for 4 years now and let me say the manager we have now is very good very fair but firm. The previous managers did nothing for the upkeep of our facility. The new manager Jennifer has done wonders with royal palm Village. In the four years Ive lived here I have never seen it look so nice. She has worked tirelessly to give us a place we can be proud of and call home. There are always those who dont abide by the rules who dont care what their homes look like therefore it reflects on all of us. I must say kudos to Jennifer keep up the good work.

I love living at royal palms!! I have been a resident for almost 2 years and the managers(Vickie& Tom)have been making great improvements to the place. The landscape work they have done makes the grounds look amazing and more home like. I recommend if you want a great place to live for yourself and or your family this would be a place to look in to. I have children and its ideal since its a quiet family park with lots of other children. In my opinion the other posts are of disgruntled former residents trying to impede on the place with no real ground to stand on. Like I said i love living here and have no plans to move anytime soon, also I enjoy the managers very much!!!

The Manager in charge of this place is a complete ERRRR to say the least, she picked and picked and picked at me over everything, and then decided to force me into vacating my property with the threat of eviction if i did not sell my house to her for only 500 dollars. all because i did not get my skirting done in the time she gave me, yes it kind of looked bad, but many of the houses there are in the same shape! I have 3 children. and we were living a nightmare. about to loose my house over some plastic coverings!I ended up having to borrow a few thousand dollars and i moved my whole entire home right out of the mobile home park.I would not recommend moving into or purchasing any home here,BEWARE. They will scam you out of your home! They will try to get your children taken away from you! if you currently reside here i suggest keeping a fake friendly smile on when you stop by the office.

Park is fairly quiet and the manager cares about the appearance.

Ive been in some nice places before and didnt have a hole lot of money when I was looking to buy a house I was so tired of renting and came to royal palms and the management was helpful and nice and understanding . I bought more than a home that day for my family, we got peace of mind knowing the the managment is on top of running the park the right way Ive been here two yrs and Ive seen nothing but improvment with the community my family loves living in. Thank you royal palms village for everything you do for this community and keep up the good work .

I have a friend that lives in Royal Palm Village who is unhappy. There is a new manger name Viki is a miserable person and wants everyone else miserable. My friend like many tenants in the Royal Palm Village are not happy and does recommend anyone to live there. At least they get a new manger.

Ive been living at royal palms for the past year and a half . Ive been here with the last owners (viki and tom) and now the new ones (Jim and krystal) .Ive seen by far the best change in this family Park since Jim and krystal have came. .They have more of a caring heart and more actions have been takin.Not only that but they actually help and things get takin care of when said.I would recommend this family Park to any family ..

I would not recommend that anyone move into royal palms.The manager vickyis RUDE , DISRESPECTFUL,RASIST ECT.The only people who benifit from her is her family who lives here.They dont have to fallow the rules like the rest of the resident

Jennifer the maneger never answer the phones. They shot the water and electricity many times and they dont have the courtesy to give the residents a notice or something plus the association fees are too high for that place

This is by far the worst place ever to live. I thought this was a place that me and my family can grow until we purchased a regular home. Well this tuned out to be the WORST place ever. The manager Vicki, by far was the most unprofessional, inconsiderate, and lazy. She talked so badly of the tenants, not realizing us the tenants are the reason she has a job. I wouldnt ever recommend this place to anyone. To top it off the house she sold us within a 3 week timeframe we had a pipe burst. Week after week we had pipes bursting major leaks and of course when i told her something she was like that is your problem not ours. When I went to ask for a copy of our Point of Sale paperwork, she complained about using paper, and also was calling tenants names. I reported her to corporate. I went to check my mail the other day and her husband advised me that I am no longer allowed to check my mail while the office is open or when she is present. This is childish crap unprofessional!!! I am now moving and cannot wait to begin my lively hood elsewhere. SO BEWARE!!!!If they try to lure you into this sale make sure you get an inspection otherwise dont live here its unprofessional, manager will always cll you Sweetie and behind your back shell curse your name!
