Place is mostly quiet aside from people that dont reside in the community. Streets ar left clean & the pool is always serviced. Unfortunately, there is no office or staff in the community itself. You have to call the office which is in another mobile home location. However; having said that, the people in the office, especially Danyelle is outstanding!!! Whenever you call and report an issue, you would get a call back within the day or most of the time someone answers the call right there & then. I would recommend for retirees to check out this community...

I have lived at Deserama a Comfort Community Park since last Oct. So 8 months. I have to say. I love all my neighbors. We look out for each other & are more like family. Also Leah who works in the Office. I have to say She gives top notch service. I had a service need & she called & followed up & was on that contractor & followed up with me again to be sure I was satisfied. Just AMAZING service!! She really GETS that this is my home & she cares as much as I do about it which makes me happy. Buying here has been such a blessing financially. The hone was reasonably priced. The monthly rent is very affordable. Especially if you look at apartment pricing AND I have the satisfaction that I own this & this IS my home & I can improve it & change it for the better more & more as time goes by. Something you can’t do with a standard rental. I love my little home here in Comfort Communities. I think it’s cozy & comfortable & as I said Leah. Her service ? TOP NOTCH !! Thank you comfort communities!!

Quiet, friendly. I gave 2 stars its just that me and a couple friends went to visit friend who lives there. Didnt want to bother asking for their restroom and I knew I passed restrooms by laundry and mail, but when got there need lock code to get in and .y friend needed to be present. Im guessing this is how mainland goes and or maybe just that part of town .

I cannot believe the level of disrespect this community has shown my mother. I helped her purchase a home last month and she was not given a mail key. She was told several times by Isabel that she would drop off the key and never showed up. One day when she did not arrive with the key, Isabel texted my mother, “Oops, sorry If l have to go to the office and be late for work,l am not going to be very nice when I go in to pick up the key.” A few days after she moved in management was already calling to complain about the yard needing upkeep. This should have been taken care of prior to taking ownership. As soon as the 12 month period is up I will gladly be looking to relocate my mother into a new community.

This place is such a joke I cant even know where to start. First you have to call an easel sign it doesnt have the right phone number and you have to write it down quick because she speaks like shes on crack. Then theres people that sit around in lawn chairs drinking outside all day with shirts off. 25 Lots vacant but theyre not accepting new people right now ..4 units that look like they should be condemned. Talk to manager talk to corporate both dont know which each other is doing stay away they also own Trail Riders.

Raise rent every single month so far this year. Plumbing issues. Pool too dirty to swim in.

My Husband and I have lived in this Mobile Home Community for over 5 years, it is very clean well kept up and maintained all year long. It has some lots open for Snowbirds and Overnight guests also. When we bought our Mobile home, downsizing was a neccesity, but we enjoy the smaller home and its much less work. We were lucky our Home and Lot had an Orange tree growing on it so were blessed with an abundance of Oranges twice a year and throughout the park you will see many Citrus trees and nice landscaping. And who can resist the year-round heated pool you will see the minute you pull into the park. I recommend Deserama Mobile Homes to anyone who enjoys a quiet 55 plus lifestyle. We love it here.

I have lived here more than 2 years and find it a wonderful community!!Friendly people! It is small enough to know your neighbors by name, large enough to enjoy your privacy!Pet friendly. Activities to join and neighbors who will look out for each other.What more would you want from a community!

Quiet, clean, room for other homes. Suppost to be new Cavcos being brought in that will be for sale. Nothing close by if you like to walk, stores etc. Manager very nice extremely helpful. Maintenance top notch.

We just moved into a 55+ park community. Nice staff , office staff.We have yet to meet anyone yet but the ones i have met are very nice and friendly

What can one say - this is our second winter in this park and what a change a year makes. The longer-term residents are wonderful however the owner refuses to spend the money required to properly maintain the park. Many residents are selling out. The laundry room is filthy - roof started to leak last March and it is still leaking 7 months later. Shower room is locked. The clubhouse is locked except for limited functions. The exercise room filled with broken equipment - might as well be locked too. The new manager is condescending to the residents. So we bid our friends goodbye and good luck.

I was looking at this park a couple of years ago. The people were very unfriendly as much as told me to leave.

Very bland. High rent and you cant use any of the amenities

Stayed here a few days passing through town. The manager Lynette was very helpful and took great care of me. Clean showers and laundry room. Enjoyed my stay!

1/2017 My name is Lynette Pirkle and I am the new Manager. Taking over this position is a daunting task but we are moving forward rapidly. I am a strong Manager that know my job depends on our residents and winter visitors. The ownership has big plans in the works and I have seen the budget and items quoted and purchased and are waiting on delivery. Exercise equipment, fully furnished season rental, new TVs in RecHall, redoing RV shower rooms, cleaning and maintenance staff in place. This group is decidedly set to be service minded with a can-do attitude! Come see us!
