An average mobile home park but gated so much of the Mesa riff-raff is kept out. The way residents want it Im sure. Location is mid mesa (not West & not far East). But then Again it IS Mesa after all... Take it for what it is

They showed us around the property and answered all our questions. It is a very clean property with lots of amenities, and when we are ready to move in a few months I think we are going to strongly consider buying here.

Gated community. Good security, clean and quiet. They make it easy to find where youre going. Didnt go to the clubhouse, was visiting a tenant.

We have been here since October 2017 and absolutely love this place. The residents here are super friendly! There are beautiful views of the mountains from many view locations. Gated community and beautifully maintained.

My husbands grandparents Ive lived here for many many years. They have lots of things for them to do... Everyones very welcoming! Its gated 24/7 up front they have a beautiful Park area with which tons of ducks and geese live. The ponds even have water that sprays up into the air much like a fountain. Everything is always kept very clean and well-maintained!

I have a relative who just moved in here and they are thrilled! The property is really pretty and clean, the gate security is friendly, alert and take the safety of the residence serious.The best part is the people who live there. They are a warm and welcoming community, the neighbors go out of their way to introduce themself and make sure new residents feel welcome. They have tons of activities and its just an awesome place!!

We get our dogs groomed from a groomer there. She is the BEST EVER!!! We have had many groomers & she is the most caring & caters to all of her animals!

Very curtious and helpful staff. Took too long to get patient back in exam room. Almost 2 hours. Patient was in a lot of pain.

Bad neighborhood , Security gates run by voluntary residents who let crime in !!!! Place is too old and the extremely high lot rents could pay towards a mortgage. So happy I moved out from there. Did I mention that the management is replaced quite often !

Great 55 and up community. Everyone is nice. Facility is clean. My grandparents love it here.

Great place to live..alot of amenities

Not a great place to live as it is in a bad location. If you move there stay in the park as it is in a rather bad area of Mesa. To ascertain the nature of your neighbors just outside the park spend a little time at the Frys food store at Lindsey and Broadway. There is also a pawn shop and massage parlor at the same intersection. WARNING: There is a serious scorpion problem there. It is so bad that a few nice residents have taken it upon themselves to go about at night with a black light and spray the scorpions. The office did not disclose the scorpion problem when I purchased a unit there. Guess I should have asked. Best to do careful research on pricing too if you plan on buying there. Also the management will use legal but tricky maneuvers to evict you if you get on their bad side so be careful there. Respond immediately to any and all complaints that are made against you such as weeds parking on the street overnight or stuff on your driveway. No, I have not been evicted but saw what they did to a resident there, just my opinion. A very few residents are bitter people and will harass you and complain to management if they take a disliking to you. Gated and has two pools and was updated about two yeas ago. I did not see a problem with motorcycles there. No desert or Superstition Mountain views as claimed on some of their internet promotional sites. There are better places so stay away from this one.Good Luck!!

Nice but monthly fee way to high

Biggest mistake of our life was moving here. (3104 E Broadway Rd, Mesa, AZ 85204) Why? Community has about 15 residents that are in a Harley Davidson club. You will hear LOUD motorcycles coming in and out of the park everyday day and throughout the night bringing along other motorcycles who dont even live here.
