The people here are ridiculous. Managment is poor and the prices are worst. Not only do they have so many rules and regulations for how your place is supposed to be they raise the rent every 3 or 4 months never living here again I would give 0 stars.

After applying for a rental online, received a letter stating I was denied due to having a chihuahua!??? Pet friendly community that doesnt allow chihuahuas? WowAlso every single home I inquired about I was told its unavailable only to see it posted on websites for rent. Discrimination if you ask me.

Everyone in that neighborhood is a thief, do not live here.

The person in the office cookie demanded w2s tax returns paystubs income verification letter from work ssi letters from other members of my household and bank statements just to apply when asked for a reason so much sensitive documents were needed just to apply no reason was given i countered with ill give paystubs income verification for all members of my household and bank statements and she replied youll just be denied this is ridiculous that they want everything but a dna sample for what im assuming is to prove you an afford the place which is understandable to a certain degree but at least explain what the info is being used for and why so much is needed to ease the mind of those worried about giving out such sensitive documents and dont have potential prospects put on a three ring circus just to rent from a mobile home park esp after their background check comes back clear and credit good

The filthiest “corporate” apartment I have ever seen. Pregnant wife complained about a stench in the narrow, dingy hallway to management for 2 weeks. Finally, the police had to do a full investigation to determine cause of death when a neighbors body was discovered. Basically, the Mesa Police used the testimony of the stench to help determine date of death. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! Oh, they may use a quasi pretty face at the office to entice you into this sh#•hole!

Landlady is great she answers every question without getting sick of you asking a ton. If there is an in home problem she gets maintaince out as soon as they r available .

A very racist community my family and I was the only family of color living in the complex since day one I had problems. Was lied on on numerous occasions and my kids as well.

When in the area I visit a friend who lives here, Mexican like neighborhood, music everywhere on weekends, most of the people are friendly,, ooh I almost forgot also Kids there asked me if I was an undercover lol
