I was hoping to move here just before covid, & had found a home I wanted to buy. The pandemic killed part of my income, which delayed my move. This allowed me ample time to thoughtfully consider my move.I continued to search properties throughout the year, & was thrilled to find a great resale home in Trail Riders.I’ve only been here a short time, & have met AMAZING neighbors.I’m originally from MN, & lived in Sun Lakes & South Chandler for 21years. Trail Riders maintains that small town community feel I’m used to. And it’s MUCH more convenient to everything than living on the edge of the metro. (I’m a realtor, & travel the whole metro for work. This is definitely more central).I’ve yet to check out the pool & other activities. But I’m enjoying my little town in the heart of it all!

Everyone has been so friendly. I can tell each owner takes pride in their property. I feel very safe and comfortable here. The location is great. Easy access to the 60 and lots of stores and restaurants. One thing I’m looking forward to most is riding my bike along the canal which is just a half block away. I’m going to enjoy being part of the community.

My wife and recently purchased a mobile from a private owner. Trail Riders Ranch Mobile Home and RV Park has a clean appearance. MAR strives to promote a safe, crime free community. The community is friendly and there are activities to be involved in inside the park and around Mesa. There is a swimming pool, fitness room, wood working shop, craft room and an activity center. If we were to suggest a new activity, it would be some educational programs maybe along the lines of an Active Minds series. We have only been in the Park a short time, so we do not know all the programs. In a year, we will have a better understanding. Another improvement would be to staff the Park office with set hours to assist homeowners.

I really wish I was old enough to live here. The residents are beyond friendly and kind. As my son and I visited my dad there, everyone was so nice to us. The park has been renovated recently and is absolutely beautiful!! The pool was sparkling, the grounds were clean, and the courtyard was like paradise! Really made me want to move to AZ, but only if it were in a park with such amazing residents like this place.

Trail Riders is a comfortable community. It is well kept, individuals care for their homes and property, and the general community yard work and upkeep look great. We moved here from another MAR property. Move in was OK after the property manager corrected a billing error and we received the keys. Brandy was business-friendly and willing to go the distance to assist new residents. I love it here.Sylvia Riester(Marci is my daughter)

A friend told me about an available mobile for sale fairly close to her. I felt like if she recommended it after living here for several years, it must be a safe, good place to live. I have found my neighbors to be very friendly and helpful and immediately included me in their activities.

It is a nice and clean community. A good 55+ environment.

Ive enjoyed living in Trail Riders the past few years, its nice and quiet here. Stephanie and Dawn in the office are great, they always come to my rescue if I need a repair. I hope to live here for a long time.

We are currently renting at Trail Riders Ranch Park and find it a great place to stay. It is a nice gated community and the residents are very friendly.

Very pleased with my choice to live here. Moved in a month ago and the staff has been very helpful and friendly. My rental unit was clean and like new.Theres been one issue that is really out of the control of the staff and more to do with a supplier. Still not resolved at this time but hoping it will be soon. Very nice place to live, clean and quiet.

New and up Coming Resort. A great Place To Retire..

I previously rented a tiny house, and discovered it was just a little too small for me to entertain or have company. So I bought a retro home in the residential part of the complex. I love my “new” home and have no plans to move anywhere else EVER. I enjoy the community activities and I have made many friends since my move two months ago.

Moved here a couple months ago. The property is nice, clean and quiet. My rental unit is beautiful and just like brand new. Very happy I decided to move here.

Can never reach anyone for questions or issues in a timely manner. We now have an issue and have no way to reach anyone with an emergency situation. Will go and start asking neighbors to see if they have any emergency phone numbers.

After a week of staying here, I have nothing but positive reviews for all the people I’ve met the cleanliness of the park and good positive people.

They increase the rent multiple times a year! The newer owner is trying to chase out the lower fixed-income tennants who have been here for years!

Only drove through to look at rental property. Premises were clean, quiet, and seemed well kept. Office personal was friendly and helpful. Residents seem neighborly.

Total change of mind from time I moved in til now. Well here it is a year later and I will tell you that do not live in any place that Mar management owns.This company is all about take you for every penny they can get out of you and demand entry for inspections.I also witnessed many instances of raising lot rent on elderly folk on fixed income to drive them out and not waiting one moment to put eviction stickers on there mobile.They lied and scammed us out of our deposit in the end so PLEASE stay away from Mar Management properties.

My father in law lives here he cant have guest because office refuses to give them gate code and half the time the office qont let you in

They do right by residents, are encouraging long term renters so fewer mobile home safety issues than other places
