This is my experience based on some of the people who live there. I am a service person that frequents the place often. There is a group of elderly people that seem to have nothing better to do then cause trouble for others. They are constantly taking it upon themselves to look for issues that do not exist in order to cause issues for others. I hope others will read this and heed this warning before doing any kind of business there. These people will cause issues for you and even your business. I am considering dropping services there due to this, and never returning.

Always Great Place

Its beautiful well maintained and very clean a beautiful golf course

I have friends that live in this housing development and visit often. Development has permanent built homes along with manufactured homes on property that is individually owned. There is a golf course along with all development facilities from club house pool etc.

Tight parking in a typical 55+ Mobil community with clubhouse, pool, lots of Park models. Too close for us.
