My husband and I really enjoyed our visit today, in looking for a property. We met with the most kind and professional young lady named Merri. The location was kept very neat and the MH are brand new. We would recommend this community to others. Thank you Merri for your hospitality. We look forward to living at Desert valley Oasis.

Its an older Park and theyre trying to move out all the older residents that live on Social Security by raising the rent the last two years .and they dont do anything to the park like clean up .the pool and hot tub are always needs to be cleaned the pool tables dont have any good sticks and short balls . they moved in Nice Home in the park is the only thing they done

5/14/2020 the manager Daniel went around breaking into peoples homes. She took tools out of my front room. Her reasoning was a gas leak is why she was on my porch. We dont have gas. So I called southwest gas. They came out said it was the sewerage leaking but no gas. Filed a police report but she evaded the police.

I want to say something about the manager and new company that run our park . When they came in they said there was going to be changes . And guess what there are changes and ALL good ones . Some things take time to do but little by little things are being done streets are done , people are cleaning their yards ( thank you )We have a wonderful manager she is kind very friendly and willing to meet anyone halfway . She is NOT unkind to anyone or rude . Anyone that’s been in the office from our new group of people have been friendly and helpful . Some people just want to cause a problem and it’s nit going to work . No one is skimming any money or anything else from anyone in the park . We want to thank Danyelle for having dinners for us driving around in her own time checking the park . Everyone in the office have been very nice . So STOP complaining and take a little pride in where you live . We are so happy that we have people that care how our park is going to look clean yards clean pool . Keep up the great work Danyelle there are more people happy than unhappy .

Nice, quiet, alittle slow in getting things done

The park is not taken care of. Weeds palm trees need trimmed. Has gone down hill since new owners have taken over Laundry room floor all ways wet from washers not working no one seems to care .Very sad .Many people very upset with management .And no way to contract owner .A lot of people have moved out .Need to buy pool key and exercise room key if you want to use them .Very sad to see place get so bad. Sewer smells in areas . Rent has been raised since owner has bought property .Water gets shut off A lot pipes break old .Cant talk to office they act like no one no s anything .Getting very run down 55 plus park but kids are living here .School bus comes in daily .Kids ride bikes an skate boards up and down middle of street.Emty lots full of weeds.

Visited the park was acousted by Jan Deb and Ron. Claimed to be the owners of the park kicked me out then proceeded to follow me back to my home in AJ. I informed the police but they fled. When I called there was not an answer from the office.

I love it

Office sends statements for rent. Even if you pay the amount on the statement office comes back for more money. After finding owners info the manager is skimping the tenants. Huge septic leak theyve refused to fix for years.

Sewage backs up flows open here. Electric lines are falling.
