Owned by kind owners, this park is managed delightfully. The park manager approaches all respectfully, helps tenants with their respective needs to maintain the place, helps with utility hookups, and keeps the park clean. The current park residents are delightfully wonderful. Living in this park means understanding each others right to have a safe and clean place to live.

I have lived here since November and I am very happy. The area meaning Alma School and Main isnt great but you wouldnt even know your in that area because its quite here in the park. All the neighbors look out for each other and are always willing to help me if i have a question since its my first time living in a trailer. Donna is nice and is always willing to work with me which i appriciate so much. She works round the clock 7 days a week. She really deserves a raise she is very dedicated and i can tell she loves this park. Its a home here and i would definitely recommend if your looking for a place. Its walking distance to the light rail, circle k, Frys, McDonalds, and burger king. You cant beat that. Plus its affordable and clean. We also have a small laundry room and ive never had to wait to wash. Overall im more then happy here i feel safe and i sleep well at night! I have no plans on leaving.

They are slum Lords who own this place. The manager, cannot remember her name, is on workmans compensation. She is running this park and the one next to it.The owners should put some money into it. Fix things like the burned building in front. The other office to the east of the little Mexican food place. Dont fall when you walk into it, like I did!

I moved in June which i was approved quick but landloed Donna said she can waive some of the rent for me and my husband if we do the repairs ourselves so we did and the rent wasnt deducted like she said then when it was brought up she raised the rent we contacted the owner he had no clue she made that agreement with her .. Then everymonth she kept bringing new leases to sign when the one before that was for a year. Also every other night the helicopter is out looking for someone. 2 it was at the trailer park right the the first time the cops knocked on door asking my husband if he was under the trailer and then asked the neighbor if he saw anyone under the trailers. second time it was out side my bedroom window i can hear the k9 and the cop yelling for suspect. As far as the neighbors here they are ok they dont cause problems but there is alot of homeless people walking around and at the circle k on the corner which is walking distance we have had people approach us asking us if we want to by any drugs or if we know where to get some .. Theres alway police at light rail which is also walking distance.. I like the trailer but not the area or how unprofessional the land lord is she also didnt give us our mailbox key until October when we came in june

To close to main street and the lightrail. Just ghettofied all around that area
