This place is a 55 plus mobile home community the folks that reside there are a awesome group and very friendly .I am a newspaper contractor which I deliver in here , so if your looking for an awesome place to take up roots this is the place!!

This is a lovely 55 and over development. My parents have a new home for sale in here. Its beautiful! The management is great, the common areas are nice. The location is very handy.

Lived here for 3 yrs . with old manager not sure I would recommend at all. Debbie and Dave (current managers) are fabulous. Very well kept , clean safe place to live. Love having our own dog park.

Old management is out! Was very unfit... now Debbie and Dave are in and it is pleasant to visit the office. Change has come and it positive, good for me too. Met some other people and they were very nice and helped me move in. Forget the negative remarks the old management lady WAS rude ect... but new blood and I am all smiles. Very nice park without a lot of over restrictions. Feb 16 2018Well Dec 1s 2018 and we got new management. Met them and found it is a corporation thing to move Management and teach... Well the new people in the office are also great. Had a full tree in my front yard that was planted wrong 10 years ago..New management was walking his dog, I pointed out the tree would be big and should be removed... 8AM the NEXT morning the tree was gone and new decorative rock in place. Thank you.UPDATE: The same owner was walking by and I thanked him for the tree removal, turned and said you need new STEPS, those are old... you guessed it... 10 am new steps to my very nice 3 bedroom. They are great..I hope he keep walking his dog every morning I want to talk to him about planting Hummingbird bushes on the properties. Lots of Christmas lights out now, parties too.

Not a bad park. Pretty quiet. Community pool. Community house/event room. Library & other community rooms. Id give it a B rating. Nice little community. Id live there if I was older.

My aunt and uncle live there

It was very tranquil and the homes are amazingly beautiful and surprisingly spacious . Its worth looking into living there .

This is an exceptionally well maintained and secure park. The pool area is very well kept and I enjoy the Friday night Karaoke!

Under renovation, new homes are nice.

This park is well maintained has many activities for patrons it is a retirement community theres a Pool Spa Clubhouse and its gated

Decent little place to live for the price!

Very Rude and Bad management. Ask basic questions like if I could co-sign for my elderly mother and management said I dont know anything about that. Very incompetent workers. I would not trust my love ones property to be manage by these people
