Great. The pupper had a great time and made lots of new friends. Everyone picks up after their dogs and are super friendly.

Two dog parks that are spacious. Golf course. Plenty of wooded trails. A pond stocked with fish. Theres even a art museum but we didnt get to check it out.

Very welcoming, dont go on the trail at night if you arent familiar. I got lost haha and very dark. You can also see a couple zoo animals through the fence.

Ran a 3 Mile run through the trails, wasnt to hot outside but great running trails for the girls.#bordercolliesrun #overtonpark #lgbtq

Great fun place, however the park is currently closed, and theres no bathroom access, with the amount of people the bathrooms need to be opened.

Very very upset that the dog park was closed. Why have the park open but not the dog park??? COVID-19 didn’t stop the human park from opening. Why did it stop the dog park?

Good place to go for a walk, lots of trails. Also a good place to walk your dog, including gated dog areas where dogs can run wild with other dogs.

Grandkids like the new play ground

Loved it. Park is split for small and big dogs. It has a lot of running area. They stock bags to clean up after your dog too. Very laid back and friendly atmosphere.

We loved this dog park and its location. Mempops truck was parked nearby on a hot summer day as well (so glad they were they have delicious popsicles!). It was our first time in Memphis and we were able to do a lot of things in this one area with our kids and dogs.Within walking distance to Levitt Shell where Elvis Presley once performed, an awesome art school and exhibits to see and the park surrounding the dog park was beautiful as well. If I am not mistaken there was a zoo nearby as well? Great dog park!

The park itself is really nice and there are two separate areas for different sized dogs one for small dogs other for large dogs nicely fenced-in with water fountains.theres a play area for children and there are nice walking,biking and running trails. The only problems are people dont seem to know what side their dog belongs in. Parking is very tight and it is usually crowded. It is immediately next to the zoo so driving through there can be compared to a nightmare sometimes but overall nice place to visit

Nice clean park with trash cans for pet waste and a pet drinking fountain. Most of the dogs that come there are docile and not aggressive. Every now and then someone with bring a problem dog in and or not clean up after their pet but most people keep the park enjoyable to visit.There is a large fenced in area for large dogs and a smaller fenced area for dogs under 25 pounds. There are places to sit and watch your puppers play with the other fury friends.Great place to meet people too.

I dont have a dog myself, but I went to this park when my sister visited and brought her dog along for the trip. It seems like a really nice place for dogs to play and work some energy out.

I dont have a dog, so I cant really say if this is a nice place or not, but it looks like people and dogs enjoy it. And I like that it (mostly) keeps people from letting their dogs loose in other parts of the park (which is illegal, by the way).

Great place to take your dog. But it seems the city has a hard time maintaining the large dog bark park. Major hole in the large dog park causes people to use the small dog park for their large dogs which keeps small dog owners from using the park. Lately there have been no poop bags to pick up dog poop. It wouldnt take much to fix the issue but remains to be an inconvenience to a lot of dog owners.

This is a great place to take your dog.It is not really big, but it gives the dogs a break and allows them to run and have fun, after they get home really tired.The only problem is that sometimes people with aggressive dogs come in, and the dogs start to fight. If they leave it is okay, but some dont even care...

Me and my son loves to go see the dogs have fun. I recommend this place for people with and without dogs.

If ya got a dog in overton park by the zoo I guess its a five star or a pit stop for a bathroom break but was actually at the Memphis college of arts for my daughters graduation festivity

I love taking dexter here. Sometimes the big dog park will remain muddy longer than the small one, but overall it is a great space to let you doggo play around and meet some cool dog lovers.

Such a cool and neat place to take your dogs over in Memphis. Theyll love it just as much as youll love letting them off of their leash.

A lot of small dogs come here and theyre all so cute but its a nice park where people can sit on these big huge stumps and rocks

My favorite dog park I’ve been to. They have two separate spots, one for big dogs and one for little dogs. The insides of the pens have nice little areas for you to sit and socialize while your fur baby runs around and socializes.

Enjoyed the dog park and play area with my grandson.

I love going here and farting on other peoples dogs.

Overton Bark is Closed

Its always a pleasure to go and relax.

They finally replaced all the mud with new woodchips! The only bad thing about this park is that the dog water fountain is always clogged. My pup loves it here, please bring more high energy dogs for him to run with!

This place is gated and is kind of cool. I visit Overton Park a few days a week and the Bark areas seems to always be crowded. You can letyou pet dogs loose as their owners sit and watch them run around and play with other pets. My dogs aren’t used to socializing with others so I would caution others whose dogs aren’t used to being around others to keep them away from there or on a leash.

The park is great.. 2 dog parks. Tons of green space. Several trails in the woods. Great place to bike and walk.

Overton Bark is the most amazing dog park. Plenty of natural seating, lots of friendly dogs and dog people, room to run like crazy, and even a doggy water fountain. My favorite dog park of all time.

I love this park and so do the dogs. The only complaint is the drainage issue leading to all the mud.

This looks like a great dog park and it made me want to get a dog. Only downside is that it made walking my cat difficult. The nearby restroom was surprisingly clean for a public facility.

Overton Bark is a great place to bring your dogs if you want to let them run off-leash. There are almost always other dogs there. The people are quite friendly; there is a community of regulars. Free bags are provided for cleaning up after your pet. There is also a watering station for thirsty humans and animals. There is a separate park for dogs under 25 lbs.The only negative thing is that the dog park will be muddy if it has rained recently.
