I always love going to this theater. So comfortable and relaxing. There was several paper towels pressed between my seat and actually in my seat so we ended up moving down from our reserved seats. But honestly, thats such a small thing that its not worth taking a star away.

The assistant manager is EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. I have never been treated so poorly by another grown individual. For this reason, I will never be back to this establishment and I will forever tell others to never attend this location.

This is the Movie theater to go to! AMAZINGLY aesthetic and you’re truly entering a different place once you get inside. It’s gorgeous outside, I’m giving it 4 stars though because being the incredible location and best looking movie theater within 100 miles and not having the new reclining chairs the high class movie theaters have just feels wrong.

Clean. Good quality projections. Staff are great. Only complaint is that chairs can not be adjusted but that is typical of most movie theaters.

This is the best movie theater in the area. It is the cleanest. The kindest. The best maintained. If given the choice, I will always come to this movie theater. Not that there is anything wrong with the others that are in the area.... Its just that this one is the best. Good movies, good popcorn, good service. Easy.

They opened a bit early for us, nice staff and awesome sound and picture, thats why we keep coming back.

Malcos new IMAX is amazing! Super comfortable and spacious seating and the picture and sound are truly impressive!

Saw Star Wars episode IX this evening. The picture and sound were both top notch. The seats were spacious and comfortable. Staff at the concession stand were friendly. Well definitely be back.

The movie was great. Just Mercy. Six ofmy family members went to see the movie. But it was cold in the room. We had to put our gloves on. Wow

Ive been going to Malco since the grand opening years ago. Its the only theater I go to these days when I do go to the movies. It has a very regal, upscale feel to it and really makes it feel like a fancy outing when you go! Snacks and drinks are pricey of course, but thats all movie theaters nowadays.

Enjoyed my movie, TOY STORY 3. the children always enjoy their outings.The place was nice and clean. Some of the customers havent learn to carry their trash with them to the nearest trash can yet.the popcorn and soda was good!

This is in a nice area near a pretty big shopping center. Its always clean, and the staff is always friendly. Its a pretty modern facility with a good selection and good showtimes. Its our favorite theater in the area.

Its an O.K theater but I love being able to sit back and prop my feet up like I get to do at Tinseltown.

The new IMAX is nice! The chairs are nice, cushy loungers, but not full recliners. $15 for an adult ticket.

IMAX is worth every penny. Its just hard to give 5 stars when you pay $15 for a movie ticket and do not have the luxury of enjoying loungers!!

Great atmosphere and the IMax screen and sound is awesome. Do wish the chairs in the IMax reclined, but they are still very comfortable.

Me and boyfriend went to see Jumanji: The Next Level last night for the 9:20 movie. It was the WORST experience EVER!!! for the movie not the service the service is always great. The theater that they put us at did not even have any air it was a small theater and a lot of people without the air working! All of us was burning up my boyfriend about passed out he got so out and he actually got sick because he got nauseous. This was the first time that me and him had this experience there. Lets just say Malco will not be getting our money for a while to go see anymore movies there. We could not even enjoy the movie because it was so hot in there. There was a couple that was sitting in front of us that even rolling up there pants because it was so hot! we were very disappointed! So just giving yall a heads up ask before you go into a theater if the air is working!

Watched the it movie. It was a long time to sit down but the movie was good. The theatre was clean and the prices were affordable.

Way to expensive! Dinner (popcorn and a regular drink) and a movie should not be that expensive. Guys its just plain old popcorn, not any of the fancy ones. Sorry, we wont be back.#4dollarsone bottle of water!!!!

I called to ask about a movie because the website had changed the listings 3 times in the past day, and my response was uuuuuuuumm no we arent. If you are going to spend 20$ per person on some popcorn and budget quality facilities just go to the Renaissance.

Clean, neat- including restrooms.... spacious & airy- even while during the show...ideal spot.

The interior is beautiful. Theres a water fountain as you walk in, they have beautiful furniture. And the food and drink is below average price, they also dont give you plastic straws automatically.

This was our first visit to this theater, but we wanted very much to see A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood--so three of us got Sunday afternoon tickets. Despite the lengthy advertising segments, we were finding the seating comfortable and the climate-control ideal. Then, when the previews began, suddenly the volume was turned up, to the point of pain! There was no let-up. My companions were able to turn down their hearing aids, but I have very keen hearing and the only solution was to put my fingers in my ears. There was absolutely no reasonable need for that volume level; I am sure peoples hearing was being damaged, especially during the explosions on the previews. The movie was wonderful, (and deserves 5 stars) but the theater deserves no credit for that; the volume was so dreadful that I doubt I will ever go to another movie there.

Im a bus driver and the manager was very rude and racist I brought kids here on a field trip manager was very rude and disrespectful when I asked for a drink he said no I asked can I purchase one he said no were not open but he rather threw the extra drinks away then to sell it to me that was left over he gather them off the table. I will not drive anymore kids to this theater that doesnt want me there.

Good service overall, BUT you keep going up on the ALREADY HIGH PRICE OF the bagged popcorn... $18 for a large popcorn and 2 drinks is wild!Clean parking lot but you gotta keep those restrooms a bit cleaner...!

Very racist staff!!!! I brought students on a field trip. 30 to be exact. They made the chaperones pay and were rude!!! The manager told me he would put me out and the people I came with. They really didn’t want us to be there. But because I represent more than myself, I kept it professional. But I will never spend money there again!!

Shady. There is a wishing well located here. The manager collects money and deposits into theater account. One kid got fired for eating a cheese stick that was going to be thrown out. Fresh popcorn is only popped 3 times a week. Treat employees bad.

They need to iron out a few kinks with the reserved seating, but other than that I always enjoy myself.

Went to see joker with my love .I enjoyed it alot!

Took my daughter to see Avengers Endgame in 3D. I liked everything about it besides the glasses. You have to get them yourself and there all dirty and scratched up. If they would have at least clean them I would give a 5 star.

I have not been to many theaters. But I will say this one was so far the best. Nice seats. Movie at a great volume. Typical popcorn and coke prices but didn’t mind spending that hear because they went above and beyond. Highly recommend this theater

These seats are so uncomfortable. I guess with the reclining chairs at so many other theatres you get spoiled. The ones here just slightly rock back so by the end of a movie I was extremely sore and just wanted it to be over. The theatre itself is also smaller than most so not as many people can view the movie so they sell out faster.

Poor, the staff was rude. It is sad that they think they treat people any kind of way and get away if it. Were is the repeat. I was standing in line to purchase some nacho and overhead one of them say there go your girlfriend like it was suppose to be funny but it was not. As if their was something with that person. Even going into you felt uncomfortable cause they were trying to give you a hard time.

I love the location of this theater and the building is so spacious and up-to-date. Always clean and the staff is a younger generation but very respectful, and I especially notice the ones in the concession are helpful towards one another. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is because like any other theater, the price of snacks is legalized robbery.

Quick service but they need to improve on their controlling the loudness during the movie. All I could here was talking during the whole movie. A lot of riff raff.. Other than that everyone was really nice.

Its a nice enough theatre. The employees show good customer service. However, for the area, the theatre isnt really updated and there is no frequent visiter program like every other theatre has. I go when I need it to be convenient, otherwise I go where I can earn free tickets, etc.

We will not be back. decided to come here to watch Avengers endgame definitely overpriced and understaffed. As are all theaters but I digress. The unfortunate truth is I believe they schedule movie showings way too close together giving their staff limited time to clean up. As we were attempting to stay till the end of the credits, as I always do for every movie, the manager decided he should come in tell us that there is no after credit and that we need to leave. If you ask me, very rude and unprofessional on his part and he lost a handful of customers by asking us to leave even though I did decide to stay to hear what I had paid to hear.

Great selection of movies. They run special deals on Tuesdays, so I try to go then.

I love this theater! It reminds me of the countless times I went there as a child! There popcorn needs to be a lot better, but besides that it’s a great movie theater!

My son and I came to Malco today to watch Aquaman and it was a wonderful movie. I havent enjoyed a movie like this in a long time. Great job to DC films and Jason Momoa and the cast of this film.

Dolby Atmos sound was awesome. Screen and seats were spacious and the experience was enjoyable:)
