UPDATE: Nov. 21. Stopped by to see another flick. Yes! Masks in place! No worries...all was clean and new employees (to us at least) were courteous. We felt safe. Thank you Cineplanet 15!Wha? The Caucasian guy, Sunday Nov. 01, 2020, had his face mask down under his chin. C-19 safety? Not as he served up our popcorn and sodas! AA guy was covered. Caucasian guy NEVER pulled his over his nose/face. We took a chance....should not have.

All you could really ask for in a small local theater. Im glad to have it. They have a very welcoming entrance, clean facilities, and comparable prices with the bigger theaters in Huntsville. The seats are comfortable enough with cup holders. The seats do not recline like the theater near the old Madison Square Mall but they do lean back if you rest back on them. I am glad we finally have a local theater.

Great movie theater. Relaxing reclining chairs with cup holders on both arm rests. You can just about recline like in your bed. Large screens with Dolby stereo surround sound. Great fresh popcorn & hot dogs & the usual theater foods. I reserved an entire theater room so me & my friends could enjoy social distancing. Its nice to have a whole theater to yourself. This is my absolute favorite movie theater. Go see for yourself.

The seats are nice and the tickets are reasonable. The snack bar is legitimately highway robbery. 2 small cokes and a small popcorn is $17. SEVENTEEN DOLLARS.Also, the bathrooms have Dyson hand driers that have apparently never been sanitized and literally have fungus growing on them. Thats nasty and unexcusible.

Great to get back in theaters. Seats were great. Everything was clean. Social distancing was done well. But, my big gripe is they put an R rated preview for Candyman before the PG rated Bill and Ted 3. Now my kid is afraid and can’t get to sleep. That’s pretty tactless on Cineplanet’s part. Not sure we’ll go back to that theater.

Its a nice theater. The seats are comfortable, it has always been clean on my visits, and the ticket prices are reasonable. Some of their theaters have fully reclining seats and others do not. Popcorn buckets would be a nice addition. Overall a positive experience.

Best place around to watch a movie.

The theater is clean and the seating is comfortable. There are places that have better and more comfortable seats but youre going to pay alot more. That brings me to my next point... the ticket price. They have the best ticket prices in the area. If you havent, give them a try.

Theater was nice, seats were decent. Loved being able to choose my seats online in advance! Better for someone that doesnt have wide hips though. Even though the arm rest goes up between the seats there is a hard edge there that you end up sitting partially on. I also prefer the buckets for the popcorn not the paper bags. Although it was clean and the staff was friendly.

Great theater with great prices. I will add one criticism in that this theater is relatively new and one of the seats we were in was already broken. Another made so much noise when you moved around in it that we all shifted down a seat to keep from disturbing other movie watchers.

Nice environment. Prices were as expected. Concessions and entire theater was staffed very well and concessions were fresh. Finally having movie theater within few minutes drive instead of always in Huntsville is awesome. Tuesday is $5 movie day.

$11 for Dad and a little girl to go see Frozen on the second night it was out. Great deal!Clean bathroom, lounge chairs nice and comfortable. Pretty awesome experience.

Took my family to see Lion King! Absolutely loved it and had a great time! All of the employees were extremely polite, respectful and very helpful! Really went out of their way to make sure we were accommodated and that we had the best experience possible! Very highly recommend!

Intimate theater settings. Chairs could be more comfy though. Otherwise very clean and we will be going back. Probably on Tuesdays for $5 tickets

Overall, a great place. Ive never had trouble with the staff. Quality is always great. Prices are what youd expect from a theater, except on Tuesday, when movie tickets are $5. All the seats are reclining, and from what I can tell, rooms are swept between showing. Definitely would recommend to anyone I know.

The movie. The call of the wild was awesome. This aS the best movie I have ever seen.

Staff was very nice and helpful, however that does not make up for everything else that is wrong with this place. The seats in the theater were covered in whatever was spilled from the previous showing in the theater and possibly the showing before that. It was awful. The seats are so uncomfortable. The popcorn is mediocre at best. Taste like it’s the same batch that was made when they opened 5 hours earlier. Paying almost $10 for popcorn you expect it to be some what fresh. We have been visiting this theater since it opened hoping for a better experience each time but that is just not the case. It only appears to get worse each time we come.

Good theater, fairly well kept up, but the one we were in had several broken seats. We thought the sound was too loud also and my hearing isnt perfect; used some pieces of napkin as earplugs. Overall we like it and go there because of the convient location.

Theater is close to home for our family which is always a plus. It was clean and well kept. We had no issues with video or audio. We will be back for future movies.

Ordered tickets online, but didnt receive a confirmation email. Went to the window. A nice lady told us that he could pull it up inside. There were several hes inside. One young gentleman at the concession stand directed us to the gentleman at the ticket booth. He pulled it up and printed them out fairly quickly, which was great. However, he wasnt really cordial or courteous. He wasnt rude but he didnt seem to care about us being customers either. All of the individuals at the concession counter were nice and friendly. There were a few broken seats inside the theater where we were, as well.

Sound system is good. Seats need to be reclinable like touchstar (its normal now in all theaters ). Need more cleaning staff. Walked into our theater and the seat next to us was stuffed with popcorn in every crevice possible.

Went to see a great movie, The Call Of The Wild another really good movie is The Incredible Journey.

Overall a nice place. We drew screen 15 and were able to enjoy a large screen with reckoning seats. Prices were fair - I was actually surprised as I expected our tickets to be more expensive than they were. Only downside was when we arrived, most of the staff was huddled talking behind the snack bar on seemed disinterested in helping us. Outside that, I would definitely recommend.

Went to see the Lion King in MegaD and were able to choose our seats at the point of purchase. The theater we went in had comfortable reclining seats that included cup holders. This was a new experience for me at a theater. Im happy that this theater is less than five minutes from my house. I will definitely be returning and recommending to others..10/10

I dont know exactly how to describe it. It was like visiting the old local theater, only its still pretty newly constructed. It was reasonably clean and tidy, seats were comfy, and prices were cheap. Quite good overall.

Movies are $5 on Tuesday and the seats are pretty comfortable even though they do not recline. Ive always had good experiences at this theater every time I visit.

Location is a little weird, back behind Publix, but a nice small theater. On a Monday evening, we pretty much had the theater to ourselves. Seats were comfy, sound quality was good. I recommend it.

Came to a noon movie. There was barely anyone in the theater. The carpet was all stained up. The seats we selected were full of popcorn crumbs and the drink holders were sticky with soda residue. Should really be cleaned better.

The movie and sound quality were awesome. I love the seats. Im a big guy and I had plenty of room. Only request I have it to please fix the air conditioning. There was only about 20 people at the movie I was viewing and it had to be 80+ degrees in there.

Good quality theater with amazing popcorn and soda nice seats and a huge screen loved it.The staff was extremely nice and the seats are in the same league with other theaters in the area. I still firmly believe that they have the most consistent popcorn and drinks. The popcorn has never been burnt and I like how you are able to put on your own amount of butter on one of there stations that they have. Generally pretty easy to get tickets since it has large theater rooms. Please help this amazing theater in business and support it by going there.

We had a great time there. The movie quality was good, the seating was nice, and the theater seemed clean. An added bonus was that we happened to go Tuesday night for five dollars per person.

ALL the reclining seats were broken have no foot rest and the Isles are very narrow. They are really uncomfortable. Will never teturn.

Seats are fairly comfortable, but not as comfortable as most theaters around. Seats lean a little, but dont recline. Evening tickets are quite a bit less to compensate. Snacks are general movie theater fair, nothing really exceptional. Sounds was really good in the theater and picture was adequate. Not too bad of a theater if youre on a budget.

If you are not in the main theater the seats suck. They set straight up. Yes they do recline back but the spring is so stiff you can’t hold it back but for a minute or so and the seat goes right back to straight up!!!small drink (snack size) is $4.25medium (small) $4.75large (medium) $5.25Dip and dots ice cream $5.00The price for a 2 year old and adult is the same price. I believe you should not have to pay full price for a kid that’s going to just fall asleep. This Movie theater is not the worse in town but as many as we have in Huntsville and Madison just go to another one.

Great location for West Madison. It had a lot of potential when it opened. The parking is great, the seats are nice, screens are nice, and sound is good. They absolutely do not keep it clean or take care of the property. Here are many broken reclining seats, the place is filthy. The lines for tickets and food are always managed poorly. New management and this place could be great. Right now it’s headed downhill.

The theater was not very clean when my wife and i went. Just a thought but it would be nice if recliner seats would offered.

It was my first time there. It is a very nice cinema with a very nice staff. We went on $5 Tuesday. The seats a comfortable. There is ample room between rows to maneuver easily. We look forward to returning soon

It was nice! Nothing was wrong. I went to a movie theater that had seats that completely laid down we took a blanket everytime we went! I LOVED IT !! since then no theater can match up to it!

We went to the first Frozen showing of the day and the theater took was gross. Popcorn everywhere, popcorn grease all smeared on the seats, Lego toys left behind. All of this from the day before. There was also a huge roll of carpet or something in front of the first row of seats that someone could trip on. Do you all never clean?!?

The ticket prices are very reasonable, but beware that not all of their theatres have recliner seats. Only the Mega-D showings have those so choose carefully!

The theater staff was great. We arrived early and I wondered if it was too early to sit in the theater. They said it was being cleaned and to wait a few minutes. We went and sat by the fountain and when the theater was clean the gentleman actually came and found us and told us our theater was ready.

Went to see Captain Marvel as a spur of the moment with the family. Very comfortable b and even though there was only a few people in the theater (afternoon during the week best time to beat the crowds!) The service was to notch. Might want to tell the kids at the out door ticket booth to loosen up a bit but all in all a great experience at a reasonable price spent 20.00 for movie for 3 people splitting large drink and large popcorn

UPDATE: June 29, 2019: The theater has improved. I enjoy the mega d screen, which does have reclining seats. The temperature has improved some but still too warm for me. I sweat. However, this has become one of my favorite local theaters.The web site description is a little deceptive. Only ONE theater has reclining seats. And the temperature in the theaters is hot. Screens and sound are nice. UPDATE: Went back tonight and came out of the theater drenched in sweat. Way too hot and uncomfortable! Also, a lot of seats were dirty, so we had to sit somewhere besides our reserved seats.

I was under the impression they had reclining seats do to their advertising. We went to an 8:30 showing that would be 3 hours long and being 35 weeks pregnant I couldn’t last sitting up 3 hours. Very disappointing because no other theatre in town had a showing before 9. It was our last date night before #2 arrives and it was squashed. I will say returning the ticket was easy, but as for false advertisement they get 2 stars.

My husband and I went for a matinee showing today. We are new to the area and this is the third movie theater we have gone to so far just to get a feel of what we like (or dont like) and I think we will not be returning to this one. This is quite unfortunate since this location is the closest in proximity to our new residence.The sound was amazing and the digital display was very good as well, but unfortunately, the quality of the staff service and uncleanliness of the theater outweigh the positives. Maybe we caught them on an off day, regardless, we value customer service in the highest regard.And another random tidbit: We arrived 20 minutes early to the show time. They had their own advertisements about placing outside advertisements on their big screens, which is really great? But not when its on loop for the ENTIRE 15-20 minutes while we are waiting for the previews to begin. It was a little tortuous.

This is an excellent theater; from the 7.1Surround sound to the reclining seats. Not to mention tickets are under 7 dollars even on Weekends. Only 5 dollars on Tuesdays for any movie. You cant beat it. Clean, upscale restrooms and a nice fountain in the lobby. I love this place. Why go all the way way to Huntsville or Athens when you can have it all right here?!

Good low key movie. 5 dollars Tuesday is great day for taking the family. A few lobby video games. I havent tried any food except for the popcorn that was good. Clean restrooms and good customer service.

This is a clean, comfortable, and affordable movie theater. Every experience here has been great! I also like the location and large parking lot. My #1 spot to enjoy a new film!

Everything was great up until these rowdy group of teen came in. They talked the ENTIRE movie. My boyfriend and I became so frustrated we left. The manager refunded us for the tickets and gave passes, but I doubt I’d use them.

Before I went to this theater, I read the bad reviews, but I still gave it a shot. The (2) employees that I encountered were both friendly and the place was actually clean. There were hardly any people there (which means no lines, but I see why there werent many). The downsides to the theater are the lack of concession choices and most importantly uncomfortable seats that do not recline. I would not mind at all revisiting the theater if they were to improve the seats.

Ive only seen two (2) films here so I cant really speak to all the screens in case some are different. Anywho, saw Captain Marvel in theater 15. Row F, seat ~12 felt like I was pretty much staring straight into the screen, so no need to look up or down. Theater looked quite clean walking in, plenty of leg room on row F and the seat was very comfortable as well. The next time I decide see a film, Ill likely come back to this venue.

Great place to take in a movie. It is kind of a little secret due to where it is located the prices were great my only issue is they did not have the reclining chairs. Being handicapped i like to raise my legs to ease back pain.i saw the movie Tolkien and that is what kept me in my seat. They are going to eventually change the seats to the declining style and then this will be the place I choose to see movies

The place is nice, the Price was great. But the service we got during the day left much to be desired. The older lady behind the concession counter was rude, and almost mad at us that we were there. She did the bare bare minimum. I would have left a 5-star glowing review, if my family and I were treated with the same type of respect we get at any fast food restaurant by a teenager who hates their job. A teenager who hates their job would have definitely been a step up from this older lady, you seem to hate us for being there. She treated us like we just kicked her puppy.
