Great theatre, great staff and managers, comfortable rocker seats! Prices are good (for a theatre) but least expensive around anywhere.Lots of new construction, cant wait for the new entertainment center to open and the new Escape room. I heard they are opening the restaurant too.The hollywood roadhouse and sports bar. something about a carry out hot dog/polish sausage place, cant wait!!There has been some obvious remodeling done a the theatre and lobby. Attended the Rise of Skywalker viewing. Theater has recently remodeled seating thats in need of repairs. Very friendly staff. Bargain rates for a 5:30 pm showing. Reasonable prices on concessions. Great movie experience.

Why install expensive new seats that are too tall for average adults to see over much less kids?! Theyre comfortable but I have to look through the crack between the two seats in front of me to see the screen.I expect to spend lots of money for popcorn and snacks, but $4- $5 for a bottle of water? Seriously?Otherwise things are really improving!

A bit more expensive than some theaters Ive been to and the girl at the register was very unfriendly. The popcorn was seasoned perfectly, you get free refills on large popcorn and drinks so thats a plus, and the seats were a little worn but very comfortable. The womans restroom was clean but needed updated. The movie was excellent and I didnt notice any problems with the screen. Overall a pretty good experience.

The theater are pretty dirty and the seats are to small kid friendly but if you go on Thursday its only $6 so the nice.

I loved it! Pretty clean, nice seats, and if you come in a bit late you get almost a full theater room to your self! The movie was perfect! But I will say that they seemed to be a bit short on staff but they are very nice!

Madison’s movie theater is a joke. This is the Second time we have went to see a movie that they have been closed when we get there. The time on their website and on the screen in the theater both said 8. Show up at 7:45 and the doors are locked. Great business model.

They didnt have the movie I wanted to see, but the staff was very polite. The young girl that helped us was awesome. She was so sorry they didnt have the movie we wanted to watch.

Damp, somewhat dark, and emanating odd smells are how I would characterize this theater. The staff seemed disengaged in the work and almost put out that a customer would dare purchase a ticket while they had their phone out. The theater itself was not cleaned from the previous showing as trash was left both on the floor and some of the seats. The seat are visibly worn down and the upholstery is cracking from use.While it may be the only theater in town that shows current releases, this theater has definitely become run-down. Which is a shame as the community deserves better.I would suggest taking a road trip to Clarksville or Seymour and make an evening of the movie-going experience. There is no reason to visit this establishment beyond an escape from boredom.

Its probably more of a 3-star location, the seats DEFINITELY need updating, and the old theater is showing its age...but, Im just thankful the proprietors continue to operate the theater in todays world of consolidation and closing local theaters. The theater always has recent movies and a good selection. Its a good option when looking for something to do in Madison or Hanover.

Show times on website are not updated to correct showing times and movies, new seats doesnt change the smell in the theater of long term filth and trash being on the floors. Hopefully thenew management will be able to make this theater a better place to go. Many times my family has gone and the theater only has just a few going to watch films

Very very tiny, seats have very high backs making it hard for small children to see, very strange gross smell and low screen image quality. Only gets a two because the young people at the counter were nice...... deserves a 1.

Actually, the theater is really nice, and most times when we go, we get the whole room to our selves. Thats nice too. Seating is good, so are prices.

They have definitely made improvement. They have *new* chairs (obviously purchased from another theater because theyre well used ) but they are a big improvement from the old chairs. I also thought all of the old posters were interesting.One thought...they might want to retire the Cookie Monster, as both of his eyes are gone. Poor sad cookie monster...

Dont advertise show times that are outside of your business hours. I dont care if there was an error on your website, it was there for days. Its not hard to maintain a website. Ive maintained dozens over the last several years, as well as a couple now.

It is an older theater with a smaller screen than Im used to. It is somewhat more expensive than better theaters in the surrounding towns.

Friendly, cozy, clean and just an overall great place to watch a film.

It was raining outside..couldnt wait to go in and sit and watch the new Lion King...and stay dry. Haha..what a joke. Where we sat there was a huge hole in the ceiling and I heard water dripping. So..I grabbed my purse up quickly but, water had already gotten in it. I was able to dry my phone before damage set in. Thank God! I got up and went out to get paper towels and the manager gave me some. When I told her about the water leak...she said oops, we forgot to check on that. Really? How about not using that room until repairs are made? You think the bucket(to catch leaks) being in the main lobby would have been our warning. Also.....the sound needed to be turned up...we had to strain to hear.

A great movie watching experience. They recently, within the last few years, did an upgrade on the theatres. The seats are better and the whole experience is much better. It is usually kept pretty clean, but you can always find a little popcorn on the floor of the theatre. My complaint, the same as all movie theatres, is that the concessions prices are absolutely ridiculous. Other than that (which is to be expected), it is a great theatre.

New seats (that little ones can’t see over) and front staff were very courteous. I surprised my son with a Saturday Movie only to ask for a refund due to the overpowering stench of stale urine. It was reminiscent of a boys locker room. Needless to say theater number 5 is disgusting, and reminded me as to why I drive, and will continue to, to Louisville.

Overall, the experience was good... movie was excellent and it wasnt too crowded.However, after the movie was over, we stayed to watch for any mid or post credit scenes, as they usually do with any DC or Marvel movies. Since we werent sure if there would be anything after the mid credit scene, we continued to sit in our seats until the very end, not wanting to miss any setups for the sequel. But as the film ended, we were met with a very loud, and somewhat angry, manager yelling at us for still being there.Uh, can I help you?!?! He shouted in a demanding, and slightly aggressive tone, making us feel as if we had done something wrong.With that attitude he huffed and turned away, seemingly annoyed with us for some reason... confused, we all left as quickly as possible, not appreciating the lack of professionalism and finesse of the would-be manager.What could have simply been a Hey guys, were closing up was instead a rude and irritated employee yelling at us for staying through the credits.Not a great candidate for management, and the first and only unfriendly person Ive encountered in this city.Maybe he was tired, maybe he just had a bad day... Regardless, he did not handle it well, and decided to take it out on paying customers.Just thought you ought to know, seeing how this has been my only bad experience at this theatre. Next time we want to see a movie, I think well go to a different theatre in a surrounding city.. at least itll be worth the drive to not be scalded by a bitter and irritable employee or manager.

Movie was way too loud. We had to search for seats that werent broken. Staff was very friendly.

Nice staff, small movie screen and seats are very comfortable. But hard to see over even if your 5’10 had to sit straight up and had to move 2 times because seat was sticky or wasn’t working correctly. Theater we went into was horrible dirty and had empty cups and popcorn everywhere. Terrible experience, except for the movie. Management needs to get things in order.

BRING A BLANKET! Extremely Cold!!!! VERY small theater. Seats had to move several times due to something sticky on seats. Bathroom was fairly clean. There was a worker leaving as I was coming out of a stall and I had to inform her of an issue that someone had left for them in the handicap stall. (Some people are just so rude!) FOOD was I though quiet pricey. $6 cotton candy, sm popcorn $6.25$7.25. Med popcorn, large popcorn $8.25. $1.50 for kennel seasonings. Drinks small $5.00, med $ 5.50, large $ 6.00. Nachos $5.50,Very small attendance.

I am not very happy with this place! We looked online for show times for Angel has fallen and the website showed an 11:20 am showing but when we got there, it was locked and no answer or message stating you were closed or opening late.I was so upset! We came to Madison for the weekend and wanted to end it with that movie.Instead we headed home.

Nice local theater. Good selection of movies. Grab popcorn. Decent prices. Clean and in good repair. No loud or disruptive guests tolerated.

Definitely nicer than it used to be. Seats were comfortable..but the food and drink prices are ridiculous. I dont know how families can afford to go to the movies and get snacks.

GM was very impersonal and seemed annoyed that we were buying tickets. Failed to mention that theater 6 was small and looked like an abandoned theater. Movie didn’t start after an hour of technical difficulties. Crowd was moved to new theater room and was told no refund would be given for 3D tickets even though we now watched without 3D and with an hour wait. GM is totally incompetent, I’d replace him with a people person if I managed the business myself.

No previews. Started aquaman with no picture. Inform them. They dont seem to care to rewind it so we can see the beginning . Very unprofessional. I will be spending my money in in a higher quality theater.

Virtually no one there & it was clean. The movie was good for a cartoon.

The staff arrived when the movie was supposed to start so no popcorn and the movie was in auto start so after watching 15 minutes the movie was restarted.I liked the movie Avengers End Game tho

This ones tough... employees are great and the prices are fair... but the seating is terrible for children... took my 6 year old to see a movie here and we had to sit in the very front just to be able to see. I get that they upgraded their seating and they are comfortable, but this is not set up for children. Disappointed...not to mention this was our first time here and may be our last...I am 55 and had a hard time seeing over the seats too. No one enjoys sitting on top of the screen either....

This is the most overpriced under cap lack of good service theaters you will ever experience! They need new management to show them how to compete, and draw in customers, instead of continually staying in the stagnant business position that theyve been in! Poor customer service, poor choice of services, poor choice of concession, poor quality of movies, not worth wasting your time!

Cheap movie day. I saw Green Book and it was good. Theater was clean. Seats are comfortable.

Our only complaint was the theater floor hadnt been swept & there was candy wrappers & napkins littering the floor.

The movie projector went down and we were given our money back. They let us watch another movie free of charge. Very good customer service and the theater is much cleaner than the past.

Just like a caterpillar, it turns into something new. At first, this place was worn, and dirty, disgusting and smelled. I wont say its improved to the best it can be, but it has improved from looks, comfortability, and smell for sure. If youre in Madison, and looking for a nice time, and nice seating, come here. The only issues Ive had in recent months, is the staff having trouble setting the film up. The screen sometimes stays black, or error messages will pop up. Besides that, this is a good time, and at this point in time, the price is now worth it. It wasnt before, but is now for sure.Enjoy your day,M.

Tickets are kinda high but the theaters themselves are decent. Need a kittle updating tho and maybe do some cosmetic work on the outside

Worst movie theater ever! Went to go to a 8pm showing and the doors were locked! Their website and hotline both confirmed there was a 8pm showing that night.

Staff are friendly and helpful. The theatre was a little dirty but an enjoyably night.

This place is overpriced, it has lazy juvenile employees, it is unclean inside the movie theaters in between movie showings, and just not an overall good experience! If the family wants to have a night of fun, I would recommend traveling to a neighboring City to watch a movie at! The experience I had watching The Grinch in 3D was beyond miserable, and made me regret going!

Great place to watch a movie

Ticket prices were good at $9 each but the concession stand was outrageous. We only paid $27 for 3 tickets but 3 cokes and 2 popcorns was $32.50.

Theyve made some good changes, but the rocker back seats are too tall to see over in some spots. And the snacks are a little expensive overpriced. But, I mean, its gotten better

Came to see the grinch today and the trash can inside and outside of the theater and in the restrooms were over flowing onto the floor.. went into the theater and there were trash and empty popcorn cups and drinks in almost every seat.. looked like in had not been cleaned all day.. very disappointed.

This place is getting better and better. New owners are making it a nice place to go. Its the sole cinema in a small town and it is definitely my choice from now on.

Its the only local cinema. The food is way over priced. And there were no handy cap accessible seets in the theater I was at. My is an amputee and is in a wheel chair, he had to sit in the aisle. And online it said my showing was at 7:30 so we were late for the movie bc it showed at 7 and not 7:30.

The theater has gotten so much better in the last year or so. Prices are reasonable and seats are being replaced and are much nicer.

Madison 6 Theaters is no longer owned by Regal. It has been taken over by Infinity Theaters. They have remodeled the place a bit and are still working on other areas. The run down seats have now been replaced with much nicer/comfier seats. Snack prices are pretty expensive but not anymore so than other Theaters.

The movie theater was 10x cleaner before their upgrades. Lots of seats missing. I kept smelling mildew/mold really really bad. Then I look up at the ceiling and they are CAKED in mold, I mean enough you could scrape off and fill up a small trashcan . Other ceiling tiles looked wet. Some were missing with insulation and wires showing. The seats they had on the toilets were not even the right ones. Its definitely gone down hill. If I could figure out how to post a picture of the moldy ceiling, I would!

Its the only theater in town. Typical 70s movie theater - small screens, nonexistent sightline design, sound quality dated. Same ticket price as more up to date theaters elsewhere. I would suggest finding other forms of entertainment in town.

Went to sicario 2 at 950 pm showing And the theatre looked like it hadent been cleaned all day. There was garbage everywere and the supposed new seating was faded and broken from the bolts on the ground. The two theatre rooms we went into smelled like mold and had water stains in the sealing and on the screens, the ceiling was falling down because of the water damage. Really bad experience and do not recommend giving these people your money.

Been going for over 20 years. Has its ups and downs but has made major improvements over the past year. Better seats is #1.

Now that Infinty have taken over this theatre things are looking up. The theatre was in some serious need of some tlc, and Infinity has committed to that. They are in the process of putting in new sound and seats, that along with new facade and marquee outside have made a huge improvement. The consession pricing is still a bit high. I would like to see them go to lower pricing instead of the all you can eat soda and popcorn prices. Everyone here in Madison appreciates Infinity and their partners in spending time and money into this theatre. Being a small town with not much for the kids to do, having a theatre to go to makes a huge difference.
