This area has a surprising variety of trees and other vegetation. It is frequented by local strollers and provides a pleasant, small venue to meet for a picnic or conversation with a friend or two. There are no toilet facilities or water source, so plan accordingly.

Cute little farm themed park, large playground with tons of slides for older kids, a fantastic toddler playground, swings & a huge field to run around in! 1/2 block away from Littleton Farm, a FREE, really fun, historical farm w animals & decorated old buildings, staff dressed in garb from early 1900s. They do not allow food there, so this is the perfect picnic spot! (Farm is closed on Mondays)

Gallup Park in Littleton is a quaint little park to go on a nice local city walk. You want to include the surrounding parks though and there seems to be a small ampunt of transients but everyone seems pretty laid back here.

It is actually a small park which I wouldnt have expected to have a play ground, but they did. There is also a field, but since it was covered in snow I am not sure what it is for (a sport or just for playing). It is across from the Littleton museum so you could combine activities.

Its an all around good park. Mostly just walking trails and green fields where both people and dogs can play. Although if someone catches you with your dog not on a leash you could be fined. Theres a lake known at Ketring lake people have been know to fish there although Im not sure anyone have ever caught anything from there. Most people just walk the extended trail around the park and lake while bird watching, and sometimes bird feeding but that is also discouraged because it messes with natures natural balance. So pretty OK as far as parks go. Although I myself prefer the large mountain type of parks and recreation.
