Maintenance takes 5-9 months to fix anything, along with several hundred phone calls. The office is incompetent and can’t hold any records ( be sure to save yours ). They rarely answer the phone and always have a full mail box and won’t ever call you back. And it’s about 50/50 if you go to the office in person if anyone will even be there to help you. Save yourself the time and hassle and find somewhere else to live. It was a truly a blessing to finally leave this place.

DO NOT RENT HERE IT IS A SCAM. This office is always closed due to assistant manager always smoking dope with residents. Do not expect any assistance from this office they over charge you and do not explain the reason for it . No call back no answers nothing..They take your money. They will never repair anything that breaks in the home. It is infested with bed bugs, roaches, ants. Disgusting. Poor management and staff. Will never return to this dump.

Each time I call your guys office you guys never answer. Your guys office is never open at the time that it’s said your sign, like today; “open @ 8am “ guess what it’s 12 & you guys are not open. So “professional” you guys should maybe work on your schedule adherence. SO NOT PROFESSIONAL

Do not rent here. No ones ever in the office and they are hard to reach 24/7. They do not seem to care about their tenants. Except for their money.

If they didnt have meth users as staff they might get a better rating, my understanding is they are trying to clean up these courts, but when they hire the type of people they are trying to get rid of it tells me these people dont have a clue what they are doing
