Lot rent is a highest of anywhere! Very poor management they dont even salt and the roads are horrible! Wish I would have known before we signed our lease. So many problems with this place

Rent keeps going up but nothing being improved...Roads are awful

Extremely high lot rent and raising. Bad management, and some questionable residents for sure known heroin overdoses my multiple residents and investaged child predator has known to reside here. False information given by the office and online. This place is not what it portrayed to be. No driveways, most all lamp post lights are non functional. Water gets shut off frequently for all the sewage problems without warning.

Smaller town feel yet within an hour or so of 4 larger cities.

The roads are horrible, lots of trailers with junk all outside, drug selling going on.

Horrible! This trailer park owner doesnt allow dog fences outside, cant have any kind of pool outside, any items on your porch (will get stolen by management), cant have a clothes line outside, cant have a hammock on a tree (it will get cut down by management and stolen), cant have a fire pit, you literally cant do anything living in the mobile home park in Lincoln Il on 21st street and Im sick of the owners harassing everyone. We have lived here over 10 years and have no freedom!! this trailer park is a joke and we are owners of our trailer!! Dont move here!
